No direction on what to do with the sheet... until I asked and she rudely told me to hold on to it. I then asked him to freestyle a design he could do. The result is in the picture. When I checked out I politely asked the manager if there was someone there that could do a design for me. The manager immediately got defensive and said the stylist is one of the BEST designers they have. The manager didn't charge me for the design. Refused to ask another stylist to provide a design. The manager then said she would remove the design and because she already had an attitude as soon as she began to remove the design the damn fool cut me! Absolute worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!! I went and tried to get my fake nails taken off in which I had to wait over an hour for this. No one actually assisted me, the front desk worker would come in between to do a rushed service. I was left unattended for long periods of time. She then said she couldn't take off all of it because my nails would be too weak. I really felt like a number here. At one point the lady came up to the nail tech and just hovered over her while she was completing my nails. I felt the nail tech going faster just to finish me up. There was no quality of service. The color I selected she was unable to create or wasn't true to the display one so I settled for a dark blue. It was still nice and I appreciated the nails but it wasn't clean. I did give her some grace but this was the second time I've had nearly identical experiences. I would highly recommend going somewhere else where the quality of service is better and it doesn't feel like they're just gossiping about you while you're getting your nails done. read more

They now have unsanitary conditions and the do nothing to try and compensate for bad service. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service from the owner. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes with at least 4 customers getting seen before me who were for certain on the waitlist after me. Continue reading for a detailed story of my visit. I go in to get my nail fixed which was a broken nail on the big toe) I tell them that i only want that one toe nail fixed (not an entire pedicure). I get on the waitlist and I am told to pick out a color to match my set. I would like to note that there we're maybe 5 people in front of me. 30 minutes go by and the owner comes to speak with me. She says that I will need an acrylic tip and that they are cleaning the chair and that the technician will call me in shortly. I continue to wait another 30 minutes. All 5 people who were before me were seated while I continue to wait. In addition to the 5 people before me, 4 more people come in and 3 of them get seated to get their nail service done While I continue to wait on my nail technician who is "coming shortly". During my wait the African American front desk lady notices me waiting and does her best to provide decent customer service and follow-up on my wait time. After a total wait time of 1hour. I see the owner tell the front desk lady to seat me. The lady tells me that she was just told that the particularly long wait was because all the seats in the room had to be wiped down...interesting explanation considering the fact that no one was in the room before I came in. I know this because i have been waiting for an hour and no one was in the room. Once seated in the chair, I continue to wait another 30 minutes with no service or update on when I will be seen. During this entire time I saw the owner walking throughout the salon and did not pay attention to the fact that I was still not seen by a nail tech. During this entire time she only spoke to me once about originally needing the tip. After a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting, I talk to the front desk lady (the only person who checked up on me during my entire visit) to ask what was really going on. After she went and talked to the owner of the salon she comes back and tells me that the real reason why it has taken so long for me to get seen was because the salon only had 4 acrylic nail technicians who can do the service I was requesting (acrylic tip on big toe - ONLY). I asked if all of them have had customers for the entire 1 hour and 30 minutes that I have been waiting. She was not sure, but gave a general answer that they are usually busy. by this time I am trying my hardest to restrain my annoyance and frustration and it was then the owner came to me to try and service me. By that point I said that I am skipping out and leaving the establishment. I do not appreciate that the owner allowed customers to get serviced before me during my visit. I know this because when the front desk lady pointed out the nail technicians who can only provide the service that I needed, one of them sat down and took a new client who came from the waiting area. I also did not appreciate how the owner was not forth coming with me from the onset. When you have a customer who has been waiting an entire 1 and 30 minutes, you as the owner should cater to that customers needs. I should not have gotten that information from the front desk lady. On top of that the owner did not even apologize for the wait and inconvenience that I experienced. I would really give this review a half star, considering the fact that the African American front desk later was the only person who gave customer service and did her best to rectify the poor experience. But since I can't I give this review a 1 star. read more

I have been a client for over 2 years and initial management and technicians were great. Current management have started taking short cuts in polish removal and application. Was told to help remove nail polish. They use to individually wrap nails to remove polish. Now they soak fingers, past the first knuckle, in acetone AND have the client rub the nails with paper towel. Procedure left polish on my fingers. No top coat dipping powder. No ultraviolet light to cure. I have never, ever, ever had my nail done so quickly. It is all about speed and short cuts now. I explained my concerns during checkout - no response. I went in for an acrylic set, I left dissapointed with the outcome. I reached out both via messanger and called to discuss my concerns. I was told to go back in. I went back and a different technician reshaped my nails. I tipped $20 and $20 for my daughter, who they only repaired one nail and her tech didn't match the shape or color to her set. I stil tipped a total of $40 on tipping techs. I was told by the manager to take care of the techs, which I always do, as I'm a generous tipper. Fine- They looked much better. Fast forward 4 days, a nail pops off while I'm loading groceries. I go back in to have it repaired. I spoke with the manager, she even took pictures prior to my set being reshaped, I had expressed to her on messenger that after spending $100 on a set and tipping another $40 dollars that I didn't want to risk going with that tech again, The manager put me with the tech again!! This tech would rudely tap me with her nail file (5x throughout my 1 nail being repaired). I was in disbelief, because I was paying attention the whole time. Again she didn't shape correct and it looked out of place to the others. I go back in and request for it to be fixed. The front desk girl said, "I've never had to deal with you before." RUDE! I recommend going to any other salon than here. I never cause any drama, I just wasn't satified with spending a total of $145 to have egg shaped nails. Worst experience ever. They have many chairs for pedicures but they put us in a side room filled the tub with cold water and left us for 15 minutes. I wouldn't mind but at least make the water warm and have the "bubbles" going. When finally someone came, he went back and forth between another girl and myself, finishing her polish. I've been coming here for about 4 or 5 months and have gotten my nails done a few times but the lat two times i've come i've asked for sets that have a design of some kind paying 90 dollars for both sets and they have both come out so bad. i would not recommend coming here for anything especially if you're not getting a simple single color set. I went to Venetian Nail Bar for my daughter and niece's request to get their nails and toes done. After arriving I was coaxed into getting a pedicure which I've never had before. After a a constant nagging, I decided to get "The Rock for Men" pedicure option which was amazing. The location is nice and luxurious. They provide a complimentary drink with your service (Alcohol beverages available). I definitely recommend anyone who's never had a pedicure to visit this place as it's very much worth it. read more

Here's my recent experience that I just had. Went on 15 July 2021... got there at 6:15 and wasn't seated for my pedicure until 7:00pm... my feet sat in water for over 30 minutes until the water was freezing before someone came over just to steal the stool for my seat to use on another customer that was getting a manicure and pedicure at the same time. When I finally got seen, I got more cuts and nicks on my ties that I would walking barefoot over broken glass bottles... then the stones were well above hot, they were glowing red when they applied them to my skin... I still have the burn marks... in the end, DO NOT come to this establishment if you are looking g for quality service!!! My tech was rude and bothered by my requests. Did wrong pedicure and when I mentioned it she said it's all the same anyway. My daughter never got her pedicure because they were too busy and had no one, even though we had appointments. I was told I was getting A discount but didn't. You guys... this place is not costumer friendly. Although beautiful on the outside and inside the atmosphere is so unpleasant. I am not very outspoken by nature but I can express myself clearly. You are not allowed to have a complaint or opinion. If you express one they are ready to fight. In particular Joann. The lady who mans the front desk and the business itself. I've never been made to feel so inferior. As I tried to explain what I wanted to a sweet tech who didn't understand, I was uncomfortable with the way I was made to feel about expressing my dislike of color match. I simply expressed my desire to have a color change at another time. Pay but return. Joann accused me of not communicating with tech even though the tech clearly did not understand or speak English. I let her know I was not refusing to pay or displeased with the tech herself. No scene or attitude was necessary or warranted. I left crying with my 7 year old daughter on our daughter date. It was so avoidable and unnecessary. Don't put yourself through it. It's not worth it. The airs of this place.... I don't care how much money you have you should never make someone feel cheap or less valuable. read more
