They were able to get her in the next week. Check in process was smooth and quick. The people at the front desk were nice. We then met Dr Morgan. He was so cool and down to earth. Follow up doc told me I need to meet with surgeon on next visit yet today's visit was not with surgeon. In addition, they were running "a minimum" of one hour behind but you can't leave once you check in to run a get a to-go bite. My appt was for 12:40 and I wasn't seen until after 3:10. And lastly, every visit I feel like I'm just a part on an assembly line. Rote verbiage over and over again.

Her husband told me he thought I'd have no problem with contact lenses. I paid in full upfront and when it was determined I was not going to receive them I was not reimbursed. When I asked was told they might give me a $20 discount off a future appointment but no reimbursement for the money I gave her upfront, in full for a service that was never rendered. I paid $110 or $120 and felt uncomfortable even being asked to pay in advance.

Update 3/10/25 I changed my review to 5. The billing…read moredepartment finally was able to fix the billing problem. They sent me an email apologizing and saying, that I don't owe nothing. I have been with this company for over 25 years. Always very pleased with the services. Lately I have been disagreeing with billing for an invoice that Tricare should pay. Apparently and according with Tricare the billing department need to submit a form for Tricare to approve the payment and they have not submitted. It's been few months trying to find a solution. I went to the office today and hopefully this will be fix. I still gave them four star because these people has been very good to my family and I don't think is fair to give them less just for one disagreement. I will update this review.

After research, I saw Dr Bester and that my insurance (OptimaHealth) was accepted. Absolutely love my doctor and the nurses who work with her. Everyone is easygoing but looking out for your best interest. For example, I came for a simple prescription refill and during the routine check up she realized how much wax build up I had and offered to flush them out. Never heard of it before but they ensured me everything would be alright! And it was, definitely glad I got it done. Had an appointment at 7:40am on a Monday and was seen at my correct time. Not a long wait for the doctor and everything went smoothly. Everyone at this location are truly kind to include receptionists.
