Horrible, horrible company do not use this company. They cleaned two of my dry events. As soon as they left we were washing clothes used one of the dryers and it was not getting hot after numerous calls emails and messages on the same day. Nobody returned they upsell and charge me over $500 and my dryer is not working. I had to call Mr. appliances pay them $119 to come out to tell me that the unit is restricted the gas valve short, cycled due to poor airflow. He disconnected the vent and verified operation of the unit with vent connected. Gas valve will not remain open past flame proving stage recommends customer to have vent check and cleared again. I have never given a company a bad review, but this company is a bunch of crooks. read more

We have an old dryer but was working fine. After service we learned that we will have to change the drum in the near future. They should have said it before charging $200+ for vent cleaning. When I told him it feels like a bait and switch but I would be willing to pay he stormed out and mumbled something under his breathe I couldn't understand. next think I know he got in truck and drove off. Excellent service, friendly staff, fast and always left our place clean. We have used Ventco inc over the past few years and they have been great every time. My wife feels safe while they are there in the house. They have done our dryer vents, ac vents and even repaired our newer model Samsung washer. Don't waste your time with this company! I actually have used them in the past. When he first started out he charged 69.00. Every year he comes to clean out the dryer, it's a different price. For some reason the owner, David pretends he has never met me before. I find that a little strange since he had cleaned my dryer in my other house for a few years. I also recommended him to a few friends. They had problems with him and his service before as well. Anyway, I moved to a smaller home 2 years ago and called Samantha (his wife) to schedule an appointment. He came out and charged me $109.00. I even helped him move the stackable from the wall. This year when I called Samantha to schedule an appointment, I asked her what I paid last year. She checked and said $109.00. I asked if it would be the same this year and she said, yes of course. David showed up for the appointment and I can see the bill in his hand. It says $119.00. Hmmm, maybe a typo? He also didn't come to the door with any of his equipment. He asked me where the dryer was and I showed him. I also asked him if he remembered that I had helped him move it last year and he said he didn't recall. I thought to myself he really should make more of an effort to remember his customers. In any case he looked at the small size stackable and said "this price isn't right. I need to call my office." Ok great. It isn't right I exclaimed. It's supposed to be $109. just like last year! He said "oh no! That's not the price! It should be $40.00 more and another $40 as an "upcharge " bc it's a stacked unit"! I said "no way David that's just crazy. I'm not paying you $200.00 this year to clean the dryer vent. That's absurd! He said well I'm the cheapest guy out there! I said, I'm going to have to ask you to leave now! He did. I'll never call "him" or "his office" again. So bizarre!! Poor service and poor customer service. They just care about your wallet. A real scam.

I have used this company for several years. Last year, I moved to a new house, I called to ask about the cost to do my vents and I told them it was a smaller house and it was two stories. The office said it was the same price. When the service man got here he said he would charge me the price, but it was two stories. He came out again I have ever six months and the office again said it was the same price a I asked and again he charged me the quoted price. So I assumed that was the price. A week later the clothes had lint on them and I called and the office said it was no charge as he was just here unless he had to do something different. He did nothing was here ten minutes and charged me a fee for an hour. So I took my time writing the check as I was told there was no charge but I had to pay anyway. I called last week to set up an appointment and I called again yesterday and no mention of cost change. This morning 30 minutes before he came they called to tell me they were charging me 25 more. He came I said something about the office and the serviceman having different information. He said something obxious. I started to tell someone else at my house and he said he was leaving an not servicing the dryer. I find out he is the owner.I felt cheated and that the information charges as he feels read more
