    Twinkle's bath time
    Sanaz S.

I use their self wash option often for my pup, Twinkle. You can book a 30 min or 1 hour time slot for the self wash tub, we usually do 30 mins. They provide the tub, towels, and have a variety of shampoo and conditioners to choose from. There is also a dryer but I don't use dryers on Twinkle so I can't comment on how that works. It's near home and a great option, and they have a rewards system that gives you a free wash after every 11 or 12 washes I think it is. I do wish they did a better job of cleaning the tub in between clients, as sometimes when we go in, the trash is full of dog hair or worse, there's some leftover hair already in the tub. I always give the tub a spray down before I put Twinkle in it. Overall happy with this place and will continue to bathe Twinkle here.

Eaten ball. Don't ever buy this product. It can end your dogs life.

I have been a customer here for over a year. I have purchased items for both of my dogs and some items for friends dogs as well. Today was my last visit. I bought a ball which is a treat dispensing ball and within two minutes my dog ate a portion of the ball. (Yes, he swallowed it.) Not the stores fault by the way. I ended up with a very sick dog (also not the stores fault). I personally think this ball should be removed from store shelves. It is dangerous and I have vet bills to prove this. I decided to return the ball, and guess what? The generally rude small guy who works their wouldn't refund. It was under 10 dollars! A customer is generally worth thousands over a lifetime and you lost one over a 10 dollar ball. I was going to make a purchase as well but decided to go to the Wharf where they are friendly and treat customers with respect.

I have been coming here since 2011, and can't say enough good things about this wonderful place. They have all the products that I and my dog loves, from healthy food to fun toys and everything in between. I really trust the owner picking out only good things for our pets. I know they care. You can tell by the way they love their own animals, and how sweet they are with mine. I also feel appreciated by their rewards program. I honestly feel so happy they exist. When covid started they made adjustments with roadside pick up and free deliveries. Pet Barn is awesome and I so appreciate them being there whenever we have needed them! Thank you!

I guess it is one-stop shop for all the things and services my pup need. They have wide assortment of foods, nutrition, accessories and treats. It's near my location, and parking is easy. I like their advocacy on adopting pets and their rewards program. You can feel the positive aura going on within the management and the staff. I love the help they do as I navigate inside for stuffs. Amazing!

    My pooch!

The self-serve pet wash is a back saver! There's also a great selection of items for your pet and friendly service!

It is and was a soothing feeling. My 2 dachshund/lab mixes hadn't been bathed since December. Petco used to be our bathing place of 10+ years. Petco has not returned numerous voice messages. The kind person who greeted me also had a calming effect. She wanted to know everything about our dogs. Unlike Petco, she just said OK after I disclosed age and that Tux had a seizure last year. I did not have to sign medical waivers that my dog is 8 years old. I didn't need to bring in rabies proof either (although we had it). I am used to having to pick up my dogs at a precise time @ Petco. Aloha Grooming is more relaxed about pick up time. The grooming of my short hair dogs: GREAT! teeth, anal glands, bath, sensitive shampoo, and nails groomed for $35 per dog (price based on size). Petco was $40 each. That includes all of the above in an extra add on package with a hit or miss dog bandana included. When we picked up C.C. (Bloom) & Tux (short for Tuxedo) they looked and smelled great. I was told that they had full anal glands. I don't know what that means. They accept cash or check as payment. I added a 20% tip. While I waited for my dogs briefly, a beautiful white cat meandered over to us. She or he was quite affectionate. My review is 5 stars. We will be regular patrons to this small business that loves pets and has a very cool vibe. Pictures of our 2 dogs/family members soon.

Animal Holistic - Freeway enjoying his happy place thanks to Dr. Kim

He was able to walk and move around on his own but it was visibly painful for him to do so. He was unable to jump and he refused to play or go for walks. All he wanted to do was sleep. Going potty even seemed like a chore for him because walking was painful. My boy left his first visit with Dr. Kim being able to walk without pain. He jumped into my small SUV before I could bend down to pick him up following his second visit with her. The third visit was a turning point because he jumped off of her treatment table for the 1st time and acted like he had never been injured. Dr. Kim told us to rest him in his crate after this particular appointment because he felt so good after his 1st 2 appointments that he did too much and ended up in pain again. When we let him out of his crate after his rest period, he started playing, running, jumping and acting like his normal rambunctious self. He never slipped back into pain again but he saw Dr. Kim a couple more times just for good measure because we were moving out of state. Dr. Kim is THE BEST canine chiropractor that I've ever known. She's extremely gentle and her treatments are effective and efficient. I love that her previous background in therapeutic bodywork carried over into her practice because my boy got way more than just a chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Kim doesn't just " treat 'em and street 'em."She educates you about what she's doing and includes you in the treatment process. She actually took the time to teach me things that I could do with my boy at home to promote his healing and strengthening. She found the root cause of my boy's pain and was able to treat/fix his problem. His symptoms completely disappeared once she fixed his problem (his sacrum was stuck). She's truly AMAZING and I haven't been able to find another doggie chiropractor like her. Dr. Kim also did a great job treating my husband and me for our aches and pains. I love that she can treat pets AND humans. She's one of a kind and I miss her.
