Thanks to EVERLASTING, our dream came true in just six and a half weeks! Our old backyard was in desperate need of a refresh. Looking at the before pictures, you can see what a challenge it was: overgrown weeds choked the flagstone paths, dead leaves and debris were scattered everywhere, and the lawn was patchy and worn out. The old red brick patio and walkway also showed significant wear, especially near the house. Our biggest headache, though, was a serious drainage issue that caused rainwater to pool near the main house foundation and even flood into our ADU. Thankfully, EVERLASTING tackled this major engineering hurdle head-on. They re-leveled the entire yard, corrected the problematic slopes, and expertly installed hidden drainage lines to direct water safely away to a proper absorption area. Recent heavy rains from tropical storm Hillary proved the success of their work. The finishing is spectacular - the surface is an even sand-exposed texture, and the stone accents are a work of art! It was estimated that the pool demo, rebuild, and completion would take between 5-6weeks. It took a little longer, more like 8 weeks but the setbacks were mitigated and addressed right away. We had a good experience with all of the workers who showed up on time every day, worked a full day, and left the property cleaned up at the end of the day. There was a glitch towards the end of the project with a pipe leak to the jacuzzi. A small portion of the new cement decking had to be removed (and replaced) but it was fixed in time and the pool was ready for it's reveal on the day of the party. Just had a great 70th birthday party and EVERYONE loved the pool with the clean lines (cement coping, the vertical tiles, pebble bottom, and the LED lighting). Very happy with the end result!

The fire pit installed by this company exploded into my girlfriend's face. We had an independent professional company come out to inspect the unit and the gas line. Their findings were shocking: the gas connection was completely loose. This negligence allowed gas to build up inside the fire pit structure, which caused it to explode upon ignition. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard. We are currently in the process of legal action to hold them accountable for the damage and trauma they have caused. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
