I loved that they take pride in their sustainability and responsible sourcing and were so touched by their family stories. You can clearly feel the love and the passion for chocolate and the joy they bring with their tasty treats and experiences. I also got a mini cinnamon roll, and for me, the cheese puff. The cheese puff is the combination of a popover and the best of alpine cheeses.
