Dude, I'm from NYC so I figured I was the biggest snob but stand back CA is in the house! lol I had the eggs Benedict which were perfectly cooked and had a Hollandaise sauce that came straight from heaven! My son had two breakfasts one sweet with a waffle and then eggs and sausages well. The staff was amazing , the food was perfect! And such a cute space! 10/10

But when our server was with us, they were very nice and patient with my questions and requests. It's a bit loud when the place is on the full side, making it difficult to have a conversation. I wouldn't bring my girlfriend who is hard of hearing, at least with a group. I'd be curious to try more of the menu. I was very much not wowed by the breakfast. The beverages were however very nice, and I recently had the cobbler dessert and it looked amazing and tasted better. We had the coffee (Extracto, love.), I had a really good hef and my mother a very well balanced Bellini that I was very pleasantly surprised with trying. From what I saw, the lunch sounds very good and I'd be more apt to recommend folks give that a shot if they happened to be going there too. I'm not sure if I'd recommend as a must go stop. Vibe wise, the ambience is overall really nice. I think having rolled flatware, even with just upgraded napkins, would better complete the aesthetic you initially see and feel. This would also connect with the price point of the food and quality of the beverages. As a fellow server, on that note I would expect more consistent stronger visual appearance standards with servers. (Sorry guys! But some of you looked great!) Overall, I'd definitely join a friend for coffee and lunch over there in the future. Just wouldn't be my top pick for a celebratory brunch or intimate dinner with a date or friends and fam.

We must've had some good karma because when we walked in there was only about 8 people in front of us! I was really surprised in how attentive they were once it was our turn. It was nice to not feel rushed and rather everyone in line also understood that as well. I believe it's because everyone knew that they would have their turn. They encourage you to explore all their flavors and to not feel guilty about trying a wide variety of their menu. My group all ended up with different flavors and we were all super happy. I went with a lavendar-based flavor and a sea salt caramel in a homemade waffle cone. I highly recommend coming to tcheck them out.

When we came around 3pm, it wasn't busy, so we got to try some of the flavors right away. They had about fifteen different flavors, including few limited edition ones. We tried about six different ones before deciding the ones we wanted. The staff member was super friendly, politely handing us the sampling spoons with the requested flavors. The store offered single, double, split and kids scoops. They had waffle cone and bowls available as well. We picked the double vanilla and my favorite sea salt caramel ribbons. The kid's scoop costed $5.25 each and additional toppings were 75 cents each. I loved both the scoops. The taste was as good as other locations we had tried. The ice cream was dense and creamy. We enjoyed our time at the store, sitting by the benches they had by the large open windows.

We were seated immediately, but waited a short while for our order to be taken. They seemed quite busy. The dessert menu takes up a whole page. You can see many items in the front case when you walk in. There were at least 10 gluten free options, all clearly marked on the menu. All looked delicious and the decision was difficult for once. My dad had the mango black tea panna cotta and I went for the raspberry gateau. The panna cotta had great flavor. Subtle on the tea, strong with the mango. A generous portion but light enough that it could be finished. The raspberry gateau was rich and chocolatey. The raspberries were a necessity to add dimension to the dish. I recommend this location for celebrations, evenings out, or for a sweet treat just because. Everything is clean and it feels fancy and special without being overly exclusive. This location is right on NW 23rd and would make a great stop before, during, or after a day of shopping.

There was no reasonable excuse for such a simple task to take so long. To make matters worse, it took over 15 minutes just to receive our beers and desserts after ordering them. Our water glasses sat empty for most of the meal and were never refilled once. The waiter was inattentive, rarely checked on our table, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even the most basic level of customer service. We spent more time waiting than actually enjoying our meal. And you expected tip for your service? What a joke!!!!!! For the prices charged, this level of service is inexcusable. A restaurant can survive a mistake, but it shouldn't fail at the fundamentals of hospitality. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and it completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable evening. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone until they seriously improve their service.

If that isn't heaven what is? Oh yeah don't have single pic to share as I have inhaled both individual slices and whole pies when I have received them. I cannot imagine anyone who has the self control to wait on their dessert long enough to snap a pic. If you do props to you for your impulse control. The cheese and crack sundae has toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and cinnamon cracker crumbs. Omg the cinnamon crumbs are so good, that with the ice cream was really yummy (I'm a simple girl what can I say). The chocolate hardened into a chocolate shell and it was kind of only on the bottom of the cup so that was a little disappointing. The toasted marshmallow didn't add much, but maybe I'm biased bc I don't rlly care for toasted marshmallow ‍ Overall, the entire sundae is mainly a ton of vanilla ice cream. It's a big portion that I shared with someone else. Second time I went, I got the banana pudding sundae which was soooo good. I shared this with my friend and it was plenty. They give a good amount of banana pudding and you can tell it's quality. I saw bananas, the bread/wafer part, and it pairs nicely with the ice cream. Prob my favorite thing from this place. My other friend got the pbo which was also good. They layer oreo and peanut butter pudding so you get it all throughout the sundae which is nice. She also got an everything cookie which has literally everything in it. It was texturally interesting and not too sweet! Overall, good flavors and quality ice cream. The portions are a bit big and I wish they had half or even quarter sizes since these came in huge cups. At a certain point, the vanilla ice cream becomes flavorless bc there's so much of it but the sundaes were still pretty good!

If I was a billionaire, I'd invest in this shop to open a second location by me in Maine. Small batch and homemade, these ice creams are luscious and delicious. This trip already I have visited once IRL and later I ordered a shake from them for delivery to my hotel, which was great! No drop in quality there and they drew a cute little note. The marionberry was sweet, tart, and refreshing. The birthday cake had bits of yellow cake and confetti folded into the ice cream. The Belgian chocolate was deep and decadent. The bowl was filled to the top and our waffle cone was served to the side because the scoops would not have fit. My parents had the hibiscus coconut sorbet and chocolate sorbet. Both are dairy free. My parents were indifferent to both flavors. The hibiscus flavor was too strong whereas the coconut was too subtle. The chocolate sorbet has an intense cocoa flavor and they generally prefer a sweeter version.
