The road noise is also very loud and they make no effort to reduce it, and frequently leave the door open to the main hallway when getting a massage. The last time I came here my massage therapist answered a phone call not once but twice during my massage and then went to the bathroom for 10 minutes all during the first 30 minutes of my massage. It was very awkward and uncomfortable, not to mention not relaxing. I get that the price is low but you can pay the same amount elsewhere and not have any of these things happen.

I had an $80 gift card that my mom gave me and I tried using it, but for some reason it caused so much drama with the front desk lady. I couldn't understand fully what she was saying, but she started raising her voice and I think accused me of turning a "$60" into an "$80" on the gift card. She kept writing the number 6 and turning it into an 8 on paper, it was ridiculous. She then called the owner and got her boss involved, to which they asked if I'm going to tip... I wasn't on planning to tip the leftover $20, but I just wanted to leave at that point after arguing for 15 minutes. What a highly stressful ending to my massage! I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you get the male masseuse and beware of using gift cards since they seem to freak out if you have one.

During the massage a worker came in and interrupted our services to talk to our masseuses, which was very professional. Also during the massage, my masseuse left the room. I added on foot reflexology, and she wore gloves, which was incredibly loud and uncomfortable. I have never had a massage where gloves were worn! I would understand if someone had disgusting feet, but my feet are pedicured and beautifully groomed. Not only was that a very uncomfortable way to end a 90 minute massage, the massage itself was terrible. She used no pressure, felt rushed through, and mostly used her forearm to rub my body. The lady who did my service did not speak English but she was very polite and knew simple instructions.
