I was helped right away and since I have a little bit of a technological background, I was out in a short amount of time. They did try a few upsells, then ultimately told me I would be getting a free month of insurance, but then I could cancel anytime in the first month. There was no option to decline? A quick call to ATT afterwards got that removed and they confirmed that I was lied to. No extra charges, so I was happy. Two days later, my co-worker's phone died too. He went over and spent three hours there... Two hours waiting... I went over to offer assistance and waited a bit with him. I came back ninety minutes after that and he was just being helped. There was only one person there actually assisting customers and the other representative, was just signing people in. I think I'll stick to the Apple store next time...

Most places including the Apple Store said it wasn't even worth attempting a fix. I didn't have it properly backed up and it was just awful as u can imagine. I asked Shang if I could fed ex it to him and just try, whatever he could do. I sent it from NYC to him and was trying to figure out what I would do if he couldn't fix it. Well, I am now using it to write this review! I got it back a month ago, quickly, and have NPs! It's all backed up too so I won't have that problem again. He said it might overheat and reboot or have some problems, but other than the battery itself being wonky, it works just fine! It'll carry me til the new model comes out, which is great. Time to upgrade anyway. Shang is VERY fair with his charges, and Fed ex'd it back to me super quick!!! I gave extra bc I felt he earned it and I'm grateful for the two jobs he has now done for me. I can't recommend Shang at this location enough!

I came here on a Sunday afternoon, I planned to be the first person in the store and I was but I…read morecould not have anticipated the high volume of customers that also needed help on this day... I spoke with the store associate to share the reason for my visit and was told to return in 90 mins (which is when my phone was expected to be ready). I returned a little later than directed and my phone was not ready - there were at least 2 other customers in the store at this time; the associate updated me to say that there would be another roughly 30 minute wait. As I sat, the phone rang constantly and customers continued to pour into the store... I continued to wait patiently and finally my phone was ready (I was not timing it at this point because I was trying to distract myself so that it would not feel like a 30 minute wait)... After several more interruptions and at least 30 minutes, my phone was ready. To sum it all up, I gave 3 stars because: 1 star for the efficient service and I give 2 stars to the store associate - the store was BONKERS from what I witnessed; he never lost his cool and remained calm and collected the entire time AND he was the only person working. He also gave me updates on the status of my phone while I was in the store. Note to future customers - allow yourself time to get your phone fixed, even if an estimate is provided... I made the bad assumption that my service would be completed as expected and it was not. I would return because the location is convenient and the process was easy although not quick... BUT I sure hope I don't have to return any time soon!

It's not cheap…read moregetting a new phone screen, but their prices are fine (especially when I looked up the cost of the screen itself!) Plus the owner fixed my phone quickly, after hours too. They took off the screen and cleaned the camera lens from the inside along with the tiny lens that does face recognition. Who would have guessed that was the answer? Not only did my camera work great afterwards but my face recognition, which had also been acting weird, was back. No lens cover replacement needed! The Iphone X lives on!
