He did all the checks outside and inside the house, everything was as is it should be, so puzzled he was, then said let my check wireing at the cross over pole in front. BOOM that was it, the juntion box was busted open and the wires looked like a mouse was chewing through them. I have to say, "Nitco", "Tech support operator" and The service tech" didnt just call it job done, they monitored the issue until thing were fixed.
