This is my second time at this Verizon ( Real Verizon ) store and the same guy Andrei Cabrera did an outstanding job. We went in to buy accessories the 1 st and the 2nd yo get rid of our iPad and this guy totally listened and explained everything. Then when the " bundle " came into the discussion Andre allowed us to get what we wanted and we are so satisfied. I hate Verizon but they are the best. The store is super clean and has places to actually sit ! And the location is great. I hate Verizon but dealing with a friendly knowledgeable service rep makes it less painful. Also Verizon paid me more money for my old iPad and when I renewed I saved 150.00 off the price. I still hate Verizon but this makes it a little less horrible too. read more

Shout out to Andreas, Bellingham, MA I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Bellingham, MA. I came in with some thing that was totally a mess with porting a phone over. The people at Verizon (by phone) couldn't figure it out, and I was on the phone for an hour with them, but Andreas did and it took him some time, but he did not quit. He was patient, he was knowledgeable and he saw the job to the end. This was just a wonderful experience. The best customer service !!! read more

Switching back to AT&T because Verizon cell service is atrocious in this area. I never ever had connectivity issues with AT&T and only left them due to $$$. Verizon even sent me a signal booster and it barely works correctly either. Oh well. read more

This used to be a nice Verizon store with great customer service. Not anymore!. The customer service here is terrible! They all seem like they hate their jobs and are very bothered by helping people. Any question I ask they hand me a phone number that I have to call because they can't help me. Even with purchasing accessories they would not give me my work discount and very rudely said I had to call customer service to get it. Did not offer any suggestions whatsoever. Always a bad experience at this store and will drive further to a few towns over where they are very pleasant and helpful. read more

Zero stars, spent an hour in the store,paid for a phone and supposed transfer from my old phone which they couldn't do but charged me anyway , a restocking fee for a phone I never held and a transfer to a phone I never purchased nor could they complete. Honestly the worst service I've ever received from a business. Please do not mail your traded in phones. I was offered 700 dollars for my phone in excellent condition and I was using it to the day I mailed. It was packed in bubble envelope and put inside a cardboard box with packing materials. I was expecting a good credit and got an email telling that they adjusted the value to $74 dollars. I only got a new phone because this much money. Please do not get trapped in this great offer. This is big scheme for you to sign up for 2 year contact and later say the phone did not meet their criteria. If you have to do it absolutely, try to return to store and get receipt that phone is good This is big time cheating. Do not fall into trap with organized cheating. If you need to fix a broken phone screen or turn on a phone, this store's got you covered. But for anything more complex....well maybe not. Came in to turn on a phone, then asked for assistance with enabling Wi-Fi calling. The guy had no clue how to do it, and after Google couldn't guide him, he gave up. He said sorry I'm incompetent at this. Try calling. Currently a half hour into what will probably turn into a 2 hour hold with verizon after wasting time in the store. Thanks a heap guys! read more

I got put on the waiting list at this store with 4 people ahead of me. Waited 35 minutes before I had to leave. Decided to call Verizon customer support Because I'm just doing A-line billing transfer. Each time I had to be put on hold for over 8 minutes. 3 times I was disconnected and the last time after I was put on hold by alive attendant I waited 45 minutes and she never returned. Terrible customer service. Sold us a gizmo watch with a faulty batter (lasted less than three hours in a full charge) and then charged us a $50 restocking fee to return it. Restocking? They're going to put it back on the shelf??? Claimed I would need to contact customer service to fight the fee. If you can't provide customer service in the store then just close! read more

If you can get your wireless phone business done on line, do it on line. I only came here because my daughter absolutely HAD to have her iPhone immediately, and she didn't want to wait two days to get it in the mail. We arrived at about 11:00AM on a Saturday. I wanted to be here even earlier, I'd been here before on an evening and it was very chaotic. When we first walked in we were met me a greeter who took our name and put us on "the list" explaining that there were seven people in front of us, and that the average wait was about 5 minutes per person, so we would be waiting "at least" thirty five minutes. Luckily we're in a shopping plaza so we walked over to The Paper Store and Newbury Comics to browse a little. We came back early, in twenty five minutes, because my daughter didn't want to miss our turn, and she didn't mind standing and waiting (there are no seats!). Unfortunately, they called our name while we were gone. The greeter said we'd go to the top of the list, and spent some time typing frantically into his terminal, but they called five more people before us. We were assigned a salesman, we new exactly the phone we wanted, so it was pretty quick, but Jarod never mentioned that the $30 data plan was "SOP" on iPhones unti I aske about it. I knew a data plan was required on smart phones, because my son has one, but his is only $15. The iPhone requires a $30 data plan. If that's the only way you can get one, fine, the decision is mine. But I was asked to sign on the little register screen, no details of the plan were disclosed to me, and I would have left the store never knowing that I was getting this $30 data plan. I'm seriously thinking about switching to another carrier. I think it's only fair that, if they are going to ask people to wait on average at least 30 minutes, they provide a waiting area. If they can't provide a waiting area, they should understand that people might want to wander around the shopping plaza during long waits, and people coming back just after their name was called should be handled routinely and professionally, not as if something had gone horribly wrong, throwing everything into confusion. I think Verizon is taking on an attitude that we have no choice but to deal with them. Their family plan is very comparable to other carriers, maybe I'll switch my family over to T-Mobile or AT&T and prove them wrong. read more

Terrible service & local business strategy.... After coming back 4 times within less than a month to try to get help, and waiting 30+ minutes the most recent time, I was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. Only when I asked was I told I could schedule an appointment or do the service I needed online!!!! I told the manager it would have been more beneficial if I had learned my options when I first entered the store. He basically brushed me off. Also, there are some other terrible associates... Rude, dramatic, totally unprofessional. Ugh. Update: the operations specialist Erin totally saved my day.. Because of her, I will keep coming back to this store. I would not recommend this Verizon Store. Tim, one of the salespeople talked me into getting the HUM and a charger stand for my droid when I was getting an upgrade to my phone. He failed to tell me that the stand cost $50 and that there were all these additional charges with the HUM. I cancelled the Hum before it was delivered but it has taken me 6 months to get these monthly charges off my bill. Yikes!!! The Apple Store in Chestnut Hill is great!! Professional salespeople who make sure that the customers understand the charges before they leave the store.... read more

Not only would they not help me with a device purchase I had made a month previous to my visit, but they had the gall to insinuate that I stole the item!!! I went to get a new phone this weekend and had such a great experience. I worked with the sales rep Jack to help organize my plan. I was actually moving from my parents plan to my brothers plan, and he made the process very simple. We helped walk us through the different plans, monthly amounts, and installment fees so we knew exactly how much we would be paying. A couple days after I left the store, the store manager texted me to make sure everything went ok! I was absolutely blown away with the customer service and effort the whole sales team was putting in. I could not imagine a better experience with Jack or his other team members. read more

I went in last weekend to get a new phone and will never go back again. I knew that it would be a long wait being that it was a Saturday afternoon and that didn't bother me. I waited for my turn patiently and so did my 2 children (which was surprising). I should have known that the customer service wasn't going to be great when I heard a woman and her daughter ask one of the gentlemen working if he could help them to which he replied "No - I'm the manager." At first I thought he was joking but when he promptly walked away I realized he was completely serious. Fast forward to me actually being helped, getting a new phone and case and leaving the store pretty happy after spending an hour and a half there. We start driving down the road and I quickly realized that the gentleman helping me accidentally gave me the 16GB phone instead of the 64GB. I return to the store (less than 10mins after leaving) and tell the associate checking everyone in what happened. He asks who helped me and then proceeds to tell the manager (yes the same extremely helpful one from earlier). I'm told to have a seat and someone will help me shortly. So we sit and wait and wait and wait. Another female manager kept coming out from the back and doing various things (snacking, handing out waters, checking products) but never offered any assistance. I was made to wait over an hour (with my two small children) before the associate who originally helped me was free. The next day I receive a text from Maureen, the general manager, thanking me for being a customer and asking if O needed anything else. So I went ahead and told her how disappointed I was with the service and explained what had happened. I received an automated text stating that if my message requires a response, she would get back to me shortly. So far it has been a week and I haven't heard anything. I'm not surprised though - my whole experience and the attitude of the managers on duty the day I was there just proves that they just do not care. Honestly,the only reason I'm even giving this store 2 stars instead of 1 is because the associate I actually worked with was very helpful, friendly and apologetic. The managers are absolutely horrific though. Don't waste you time going here - you're better of driving 10 minutes down the road to another Verizon store. read more

My 6 week old iPhone stopped working so I took it to this store. Before even looking at it they said I must of gotten it wet while doing dishes. After looking it over up and down and determining there was no water damage, not even a scratch, I had a case and a tempered glass screen, the manager had to look at it. After fifteen minutes they came out and told me it was bent. It was not bent! They told me to file a claim with the insurance. Not wanting to pay the $150 deductible and knowing it wasn't bent, I opted to make an appointment at the Apple Store. I just got back and not only did they replace it, it was confirmed not to be bent, they told me there was a glitch in the software that causes the phone to shut down and if I didn't do the upgrade it was possible this was the problem. I will NEVER do business there again and I am filling a complaint with Verizon corporate. I am also considering changing my service provider once my contract is up. They went out of there way not to replace my phone. read more

Service was lackluster. Made an appointment. Once I got thete no one had any notice of my comming in. All associated gathered at one table. Worked with sales associate Chris. Did not answer our questions well. Did not set up my account correctly at all. Put protection on each account even thou I asked for it to be taken off multiple times. Waited untill after getting my card swiped to tell me about all the additional fees and how the first bill will be inflated and the "discounts" will apply in a few bills. Signed me up for "autopay" but never did that because now I have a massive bill that hasn't been coming off my cad as I was promised with no access to my account Was also told someone would reach out to me to connect my phone account to my wireless fo an additional discounts. Also told me about $250 that I would recieve for each line as a rebate for switching. But when you apply for that it takes longer then the time you can return the phones for the rebate to get rejected so you're stuck with phones at full price no rebates and none of the discounts you were promised before you checked out. Quite a horrible experience to get stuck with mediocre service. read more

Then I went to the Verizon corporate store in Bellingham, Massachusetts's. At the store I met with the most wonderful employee ever named Andrei! ANDREI was not only quickly able to get my cellular telephones situated physically he additionally organized things in my account with Verizon and now my life is much easier. Went to this store with my boyfriend to get a new IPhone 6 (upgrading from a flip phone). Salesman asked what we were looking for, pointed them out, then walked away and talked to another salesman. Of course we had questions but he wasn't coming back, so I had to go get him. He didn't seem very interested in explaining anything. We did buy the phone and he just rattled off that we would have to sign up on gmail but offered no help on how to do that. You would think when you pay $650 for a phone that they would have people sit down with you to get it set up! Very poor customer service! read more

Worst place ever, please never go here if you can avoid it. The employees there are some of the rudest people I have ever had to encounter. They are ignorant, condescending and don't have an ounce of compassion. I've never been treated that way in my life. I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for over 10 years and never missed a payment. That means nothing to them. I own two businesses and they thrive on my Blackberry, when this broke by an admitted "Manufacturing Defect" there was nothing they could do to help because it wasn't under warranty. This was my 3rd BlackBerry from them, all had broken due to "manufacturing defects" and the best they could do was tell me I could buy a new phone. That is the last thing I would do, only a few more months and I'm out of my "contract" and done with them. This store should be shut down, I've gone to other VW stores and been treated with respect, kindness and compassion. I've never seen a bigger disgrace in service in my life. Went with my mom and my 4 yr old nephew on a busy Saturday in February. My mom was new to the whole smart phone thing so I went to help answer questions and get her a good deal. We waited about an hour to be helped, which we expected because it was so busy. When we finally got helped the "salesman" was so trying to bull my mom into stuff she didn't need or want. Told her the phone she chose would be $120 with everything included (chargers, case, etc). The data plan would be $45 and include text, phone and limited data. Hit all the right buttons until.... check out. Firstly, by the time he was ready to check out we'd spent two hours there in addition to the one hour wait. And suddenly, the phone isn't $120 it's $200 because of a $50 upgrade fee and taxes. The plan isn't all $45 it's actually $80 something. And my brother's old iPhone we were turning in for the Verizon Card mysteriously won't turn on (even though it worked in the car on the way over) so we can't get the card but he could "do a deal" for us and get us a Bose speaker. Ugh. My mother took her old phone back and left. She's a lifelong Verizon Customer (as am I) and she was seriously talking about switching companies. Horrible service. Won't go back Ever. read more

Wonderful service! I went in there today with a really complicated issue involving my account and trying to activate a smartphone. Victor took the time and was able to fix my problem (which was was incredibly time consuming), but he did it! I don't know how he did it, but I'm seriously impressed with them. This is the second time I've been there, and even though the initial wait time is a bit long I'm confident that I'll get someone trustworthy to help me out. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them 0 stars. My Samsung galaxy phone won't hold a charge. I purchased the phone here. Samsung wanted me to test the battery. I called the store to make an appointment (because I didn't want to wait 2 hours) and they transferred me to tech support. Tech support called them back and they basically said "it's not our problem". They made the tech support woman so angry, she hung up on them!! She found out that BJ's in Franklin will test my battery. Guess what? That's it for this store and possibly Verizon Wireless as well. My contract ends in September. read more

They lost all of my 4,000 photos, then the manager with complete lack of respect brushed me off like nothing had happened. After telling me they would upload the photos to iCloud the obviously below amateur employee placed it in a poor spot (Unlike the standard protocal) causing it to get thrown away. I have been coming here forever now and the service is not great at all unless it is one of the employees that have been there since before they remodeled the store. Anyway I went in today because my iPhone screen wasn't working correctly The person who greeted me a the door with the iPad was friendly and i got helped right away. Timothy was the employee who was helping me with my phone. I was not impressed by his attitude and the fact that he was leaning on the counter the entire time he was helping me, as well as explaining how people with damaged phones had the same problem and that i would be charged a fee if my phone was damaged but after looking at my phone without the screen protector in he said it was in good shape and he ordered me a refurbished phone that I am currently waiting for. Overall the process was quick and painless but I do feel that timothy could of been a lot nicer and for what I pay to have insurance on my phone as well as the pricy plan I expect better service when I visit the store I can not wait until my contract is up so I can leave verizon for good. read more

After being accosted by not one, but TWO greeters proudly wearing their iPads strapped to their hands like potholders before I even made it through the door, I was put on "the list". "You're next, so it shouldn't be long" I was told. I knew exactly what I needed...to upgrade my phone and buy a case. After waiting for 20 minutes with these two stooges yapping at each other continuously, I asked how long it would be. It was 12:30 and obviously the service person who was counting his cash drawer penny by penny was either coming off of break or just starting his shift. "Shouldn't be long now, you're next".....well then the phone rang. The penny counter took the call and was on for another 10 minutes---amazing to me that these guys work on commission and here I was, credit card in hand and no one would wait on me. Mind you I have 4 lines with them and they know this because greeter #1 took my phone number when I got there and typed it into his potholder! I told them I was going home to order it online and they sand in unison "OK!" .....Seriously, the greeters at Walmart work harder than these stooges. I came back and asked for the manager's name (Claudia) and they actually offered to go get her! Maybe SHE could order me a phone! unbelievable. read more
