I ordered a tablet online. When I received it, they didn't even have an account setup for me so the device would not activate. They tried making me a postpaid account and AGAIN messed up and made the account a business one. I call the next day to return the tablet over the phone for the horrible service. They say SORRY but no mail-in returns, go to the store. When I get to the store I'm charged a $50 restocking fee. All of these errors were made on Verizons part and I have to pay a restocking fee? BS. I called customer care again to get that money refunded and they give me a new story: ANY OPENED BOXES ARE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE. Wow! They conveniently don't have that listed on their website. In fact, the page doesn't even work! (verizonwireless.com/returnpolicy) A HUGE waste of time speaking to 7 different supervisors and departments for them all to not be on the same page.

SCAMMERS. I will be following up with BBB and the Corp office in SF and have contacted an attorney as well. I don't know how this experience could happen at a corporate store location of leading wireless company. Dec 6 my mom went to get a phone from this store location and walked out with a phone, new charger and service. Satisfied. Paid $139.44. Didn't realize til it was too late, no receipt was given. She thought it was placed in the bag. After the billing cycle came up, she was billed for $250 (not exactly) which included charges for use in the month of December and January..... She PAID for December. On her receipt (which was first seen today, January 19) it even has the expected bill amount due, which should have been around 140.. We spent over 10 HOURS and days and days on the phone with customer service trying to find out where her initial payment went? They didn't have a record of it! And everytime we spent time on the phone with CS we were magically disconnected right before they figured it out... she even has her banking statement! She went back to the location and was turned around again. The last time she went back, which was today, she came back OWING over $200 AND she gave her device and all back? Wtf? She had service for 3 weeks.... And if CS or the store would have been competent or honest enough to find her initial receipt in the first place, company policy states 30 day return policy with a $50 restocking fee.... You do the math. Crooks.... I believe the associate went back in, scanned her receipt, applied the "free phone" promo that they have running as of current, and refunded the payment back to his own debit card. That's why VERIZON had no record of her receipt for weeks....... She even asked the guy,"How could i walk out of here with a new phone, accessory, and an active line without paying anything??" After a long pause, he replied,"You just walked out??" Omg...... And the balls he must have to put this in her receipt as a reason for refund... check my pic.

One person manning the entire store. The phone selection was four Android phones and three apple. No Google or other phones available unless you want to order it. I don't mind being buzzed in for security reasons but having one person for the whole shop is ridiculous

I was greeted immediately, or at least acknowledged by the 5 staff that were posted at the far end…read moreof the store. In no time, a gentleman from that group came out to assist me. I handed him over router box and the adapter. He got on the computer and punched in some numbers from the equipment I gave him. He confirmed that my daughter had her service with Cox and that she canceled recently. No more questions were asked and off I went. Easy, fast and efficient. My daughter had been with Cox for probably 5- 10 years. Within that time, her internet service was raised, I believe once if not twice ($15 more per month, approximately $115 monthly bill). And, within the past couple years, her internet has gotten slower, signals were weak and sending messages with images took longer than usual. She then ended up exchanging her router for a newer version last year. Still, same issue. It was time to say goodbye to Cox. T-mobile offered her $50 service charge, per month, nothing more, nothing less. A new router and an extender. BOTH FREE! A great deal and better signals in her 2000 s.f. home. Try T-mo out , if Cox can't perform

I came in to get new service, and a new phone. I didn't qualify since my credit didn't go through…read more I happen to have my iPhone that had no service but previously had AT&T. I almost walked out when Andrea (who's been there for 4 years) asked me if my phone was unlocked. I mentioned that AT&T wouldn't unlock it. I tried at T-Mobile and Verizon but AT&T wouldn't help me since it was a business account. Long story short, Andrea unlocked my phone and got me service. Not only did she do that, but I also saved $10 a month on my cox internet for getting my mobile service. She really knows what she's doing. So THANK YOU ANDREA for helping me!
