Horrible service, they cant help you with anything at all. Came in to start my own line, they said I needed to call customer service. That took 2 hours. Came in for an estimate on my phone because i was interested in trading it in, they cant help with that either... then what are they here for? Spoke with a representative on 611, I then was told to come into a nearby store to activate a new line for the promotion. The rep on the phone said he would notate my account in regards to the 90-day promotion. Once at the store Rodolfo assisted me with the transaction and was told a completely different thing. Zero stars if I could, the employees at this store only want one thing, there commission. If you need help with your device or line they litterly treat you like crap. They don't care about helping you unless you are there to buy a device or accessories. Stay reminded that our monthly phone bill makes there checks possible, but they are so greedy at this location that they could care less about costumer care/service. Id rather drive to a farther location than step foot in this store and give them any business at all. It's employees like the ones at this store that make the brand T-mobile look so bad. They will go to the extent of returning your device if you request to get it shipped to a store near you just because it will mess up there inventory. My phone decided to enlarge the icons, and I couldn't figure out how change it, so I stopped into this store here against my better judgment, because it was on my way home. As usual, they knew nothing, and the kid that looked at my phone said that he had never seen that problem before, and to take it to a Samsung Experience store inside of a Best Buy store, and they would be able to change it for me. The next day, I went to the Corporate T-Mobile store on 5th Broadway, and Nikki knew exactly what the problem was, changed it for me, and showed me what to do if it ever happened again. read more

Pros: 1. All of them are bilingual, making it dead simple if you don't know English. 2. Parking (which was why I went there) Cons: 1. All of them act as if they didn't want to work there, this is not only towards the customer but towards each other, they seem they don't get along. Thus see #2. 2. They are unprofessional. 3. They are untrained. The first time I visited them, the guy that was "helping" me said just after 10 seconds of explaining something: "There is nothing we can do to check that". I had to discuss with them for 15 minutes until they called the call center and see that they were wrong. In summary: expect to discuss on your favor if you go there, they will make you go back and forward multiple times if you don't defend yourself. 4. There hasn't been a single one of them in all the times I was at the store that showed professionalism, patience or a desire to help. To be fair, this is the first time I have issues with T-Mobile. This is the fourth (and last) time I visit them. I'm comparing them to the location in Downtown which had great service but contrary to here, parking is a pain. read more

Went in to buy one phone, was told that's what I was getting, but it was actually the cheaper version! Weaker glass, weaker case, weaker processor, worse camera, smaller battery, less storage, and even slower charging (I didn't realize the last one was even possible). The Plaza Bonita store verified that the Logan store had the model I wanted, so I came over and bought from here. After taking the phone home, I noticed that apps, the camera, and charging didn't perform nearly to what I expected. I rode it out for a couple weeks and then called into the store to find out what was going on. I was out of luck in 3 ways: -There's a $50 restocking fee after walking out of the store -The return policy was not 30 days like I was told, but only 14 days -They don't have and can't order me the correct model phone Shame on me for not double checking the model and taking the employee's word for it. read more

The two young ladies that assisted me today were so thorough and knowledgeable I could not BELIEVE how quickly 1) my problems were solved and 2) how professional they were. This store is joke. First, we went to order an iPhone and Rolando was the guy who helped us. My boyfriend is a second language speaker and had a hard time understanding some things. When my boyfriend asked him to rephrase something, Rolando responded: "what I just said." I was super upset and I was about to leave the store but we needed a phone. No customer service skills. After a few days, we went to pick the iPhone that we ordered and the person who was there could not complete the transfer (transferring info from one phone to another) because the battery died. So you could not find a cable to keep both phones working? Oh and she kept talking about getting a new line for free for everything that I asked her. I told her at least three times that I was not interested. Also, she was tapping her nails all the time on the table, did not answer my questions when asking about renewing my lease, and they used profanity in front of me. I guess one lady did not take her lunch on time? (She was showing a customer how to exercise). I have no idea but I heard one of them talking crap about each other. Instead of focusing on what you co-worker is not doing right, why don't you coach your other co-worker who is texting the whole time and does not seem to like her job. Is that your idea of being a team player? Oh and a customer entered the store and was not wearing a mask. Did they something to her? Nope. We left and went to another location in Hillcrest where the service was fantastic. In fact, I ended up getting a new phone, and they were super helpful and patient with us. Admittedly, I'm not a huge YELPER... But this place is so deserving of some commentary that I installed the app just now as I stand here at the counter! I'm here with my son, transferring his phone line to my account. The process has been hampered by issues with his dad's Sprint account (the account we're transferring his line from), but the amazing customer service we're being provided is just so far above and beyond what I could have anticipated! I have generally done my in-store business at stores near my office or on my way home from where ever I've been; by happenstance, I came to this one because it's close to home and has parking. I can say, unequivocally, that none of the other stores I've visited would have offered us the level of service, help, professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and congeniality in the midst of literally a couple hours of dealing with the issues, negotiating, renegotiating, making changes, adding the line, buying the phone, setting things up, changing numbers, etc....... Worst place never had a problem till i decided to upgrade my galaxy6 to a galaxy7. Not only was the phone never reported turned in but im still getting charged for it. And the miss communication on the team associate with their superiors is beyond comprehendable. Not only the lackof interest to get my issue resolved as quick as possible, when it should of been resolved that same day i upgraded. I have to be chasing them calling them on my day off to get this issue resolved i get the run around. I really feel highly upset at the lack of customer service i am paying for. Came to pay my bill. I paid and asked for a paper receipt. I need it for my taxes. They said they could not give me a paper receipt, only an email receipt. It does me no good, i have no printer. The staff told me they could not give paper receipts cause they are going paperless. In the near future i was going to buy another iphone and an ipad air2. Now i am highly questioning buying the 2 apple products from this establishment. I give em 120$ a month, was going to buy an iphone for my wife and an ipad and they cant afford a paper receipt? Terrible terrible customer service. I went in to pay a bill and chipped it in that I qualified for a discount down payment on the Galaxy S8(I know this because I had been to the same store the month before and the other stores at Hillcrest and Fairmount where they told me by January 5th this year I would have made 12 consecutive on time payments, and thus qualified for a discount on the purchase of the Galaxy S8). The kid who attended to me was so rude and arrogant and told me I didn't qualify cos I had a late payment on January 23rd last year. What late payment bro? I've been to several stores and they've never spoken to me like this and they all told me a resounding YES I qualify. I told him I had my payment history on my phone and my payments are always due on the 21st and have never been late and he cut me short and told me to call customer service and explain to them. His tone was so haughty and was looking at his smartwatch the entire time and his phone. I couldn't get his name but he was walking around with his arms spread out and chest puffed out typical to people who just began lifting weights. I was never rude at any point and I'm surprised at this quality of customer service from this kid. All the other guys attending to other customers seemed really polite and nice though. I've never had any problems with Tmobile and I would not let this oneoff experience create an indelible mark on what has otherwise been a very enjoyable experience with Tmobile. read more

Terrible customer service, it took them 30 minutes to find an iPhone 6s in their stock for me to buy, and when I asked what is taking so long, the employee literally just answered "uhh I don't know" and kept going in and out of the stockroom without giving me any information. I heard three employees in the stockroom who were not on break, just laughing and talking instead of working to find my phone. After the long wait for my phone, the T-Mobile employee screwed up the payment and billing on my phone and account and now I am dealing with the billing issues, tmobile says "they can't fix", that she caused. Terrible service, employees are disrespectful and not trained properly at all. Go to a more popular and more experienced location. read more

Very bad service, i don't recommend this location. The times that I've gone i always wait 30 minutes so that they help me, and when they finally help me they don't do enough to resolve my problem. Today i went to return a personal cellspot, which is a device that sends signal to your house when there isn't signal where you live. The company told me i could return it in the UPS or the T-Mobile store because if i didn't send it they would charge me $289. The most easiest thing for me was to return it to the store. I took exactly 40 minutes so they could attend me and when they finally attended me the person put every small detail to not send the cellspot. I even made them call the company so that they could send them the label. They sent it through email but the only thing that they did was print it out and give it to me so that i went to UPS and send it myself. Therefore i wasted all my time just so that they said that i had to do it myself. They didn't want to help me. Don't go to this location its horrible customer service. read more

I went in to pay off a phone a take out a new one. I first ask if i would been eligible & the girl said it was fine by the time we got to the point i wanted to purchase another phone they came out with me having to pay around 150 of down payment. It didnt seem right at all because it was the 3rd phone i took out & i never gave out any down payment. I cant remeber the girls name but she wears fake eye contacts. I left & went to another t mobile where i only payed 60! Dollars & no more then that. I hate the fact that employees like her take advantage of people which i dont appreciate, we all have other bills to pay not just a phone bill. T mobile should make sure to hire appropriate sales people who do theyre job but not take advantage! I will never go back to that store again. read more
