    I have now filed numerous complaints against BOTH Verizon Wireless & Also Verizon Fios Home Internet for both deceptive practices , billing , failing to honor credits that were offered AND entitled to when we upgraded in the beginning of the year. These ongoing valid & legitimate complaints are only funneled to their so-called executive team , which you would think are executives or SR advocates for their loyal customers but they are really not on our side nor all that willing to resolve complaints and issues you may have with both this overly zealous cellular and internet company. I've decided after all the relentless efforts of trying to get these issues resolved , that we might be moving all our services to another provider(s). Verizon is terrible and the company and MOST of its employees totally SUCK! Now I know WHY there are so many similar complaints from other customers. We are still paying handsomely for both Internet & wireless services and we're with Verizon for 20+ years! The kicker here is that the services are even worse after we UPGRADED in the beginning of the year! It's insane how they run their company and get away with it.

    Conversation of rep no longer replying.

    Verizon's customer service has been extremely disappointing. Every time I reach out via chat for support, the representative either stops responding or the app logs me out--even when I'm actively replying and asking if they're still there. When I try to call instead, I get an automated message offering a callback for the next day, which is unacceptable. If I choose to hold, I often wait over an hour with no one ever picking up. I ordered a Meta Quest 3, and the shipping info said it would ship in two days. It never shipped, and no tracking information was provided. When I finally got through to someone, I was told my order was flagged for fraud--yet I received no notification about this. Speaking to the fraud department was equally frustrating: the rep didn't answer my questions and was mostly silent. Eventually, they said the order was cleared and transferred me back to customer service, who again had no answers. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there wasn't one and that there was no way to report what I was experiencing. To this day, the order still hasn't shipped, and it's nearly impossible to get real help. Ironically, I did get connected quickly when I reached the activation department--clearly, Verizon prioritizes new customers over supporting existing ones with real issues.

    This morning, I confirmed then accidentally canceled my appointment via Verizon's automated text messages. OMG, I was freaking out because I had no WIFI and Cable due to Con Edison/Aclara's visit yesterday. In the meantime, I have been using my Mobile Hotspot for WIFI. Phew, one of the representatives was able to schedule another appointment for me between 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm today. She recommended the Inside Wire Maintenance for $15 instead of paying possible charges of $99.99. I decided to add the Inside Wire Maintenance which Verizon locked my account for 3 monthly billing statements. Around 2:00 pm, I received and answered a text message from Eric (Verizon Technician) then he called me to let me know that he was outside. It took him an hour to upgrade my equipment from my old Triple Play bundle to my current Double Play bundle. We are living in a digital world so bye-bye landlines! Thank you Eric for fixing my WIFI and Cable problem! BTW, I am a fan of Verizon Fios!

    I made a one time payment on account that had $0.00 due so I could use up my debit gift card. So they cancelled my auto-pay and reversed the $20 savings for both our phones without any warning this would happen after a 1 time payment. The customer service rep in the Philippines (I guess to save money) promised me it would be reversed within 24 hours after a very long conversation. It never happened. I contacted an agent via text and they would not answer my question about the rep's promise it would be taken care of within 24 hours. Verizon needs to focus on customer service instead of trying different marketing strategies to make more money. 3/21/24 Update: They actually apologized and reversed the $20 charge after sending the complaint to the BBB.     Verizon is the most deceitful company.  For two bisiness lines, they promised me $50 per line or $100/for two lnes per month.  Once I agreed, they activated only one line for only two weeks.  The other line has never been activated at all.  And yet they billed me $221 for one line for two weeks.  It is not the Verizon we know 20 years ago.  Verizon today is total rip off and scum!  Once you give them your personal info,  they will charge you 5 to10 times of what they agreed  and they will refuse to reverse the extra charge.  Take my advice today or learn from your painful loss tomorrow On 10/21/2024, I signed an agreement with Verizon business for two business lines. The promotional deal they offered me and I signed on was a $45 per month per line ($90 per month for two lines) wireless phone service plan. In that deal they also gave me a trade in credit of $830 for my old iPhone I gave them to get a new IPhone 16 pro max . However, Verizon didn't gave me the new iPhone I signed for and they didn't activate the second line because they said they don't have the 16 pro max phone at that time and I have to wait until they shipped to me. They didn't ship it. Though they found the phone in another local store, they couldn't activate the second line because they said their activation service was down in the region for several days. While I was waiting for activation, they send me a bill of $221 per month. A bill absolutely baseless! Anyway, Since they couldn't provide me the two line service they agreed on October 21, 2024, On November 7, 2024, I asked them to either activate the second line as they agreed or if they can't honor their agreement, I ask them to just disconnect the one active line and cancel the whole deal. So they disconnected the one active line. Though it was canceled as a result of Verizon's inability to honor their initial agreement, when I ask them to give me my old phone and take their sealed unopened iPhone 16 pro max, they refused to do that. Instead, they continued to bill me exorbitant monthly charges that I have never agreed on. I called them to exchange the phones and stop their baseless billings. But they didn't want to correct and resolve the issue. They even threatened to destroy my good credit rating if I don't pay them their baseless exorbitant and arbitrary bills.

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

My phone screen looks good as new and they gave me a screen protector! I just paid in cash in the amount we agreed on and was good to go. This was probably 1/4 the price of what I'd be asked if I went to an Apple store. A few things to note: Even though my phone was very badly cracked, the phone itself still worked. Also, I have an iPhone 6 so it's a bit older (and cheaper) to fix. Finally, I was five minutes away from the store so I could easily and conveniently communicate with the woman who was working the desk. As someone who's Chinese-American but from suburban Connecticut, I think it's tough to trust seemingly "less professional" stores than larger establishments like Apple, but most places I've explored in Chinatown basically do the same, or better, work while charging significantly less. I'd highly recommend this store for quick and casual yet high-quality and affordable service!

After we had to leave for Massachusetts. so Sunny dropped everything and personally drove to Brooklyn to pick up the iPad as soon as the physical repairs were finished, and brought it right back, to meet us with. And he threw in a free charger, too. I was able to have surgery with my iPad keeping me company through my hospital stay, and my painful recovery. I will only go to Appleberry Repairs for my or my family's iPad and iPhone repairs, from now on. They also have used iPads for sale at great prices, so I plan to never visit the Apple Store again, if I can help it!

Thankfully, it turned out to just be a screen issue after all! The repair itself was done incredibly quickly and efficiently. He even let me know to come back if I ran into any issues with his work, but everything has been perfect so far and I highly doubt I'll have any problems. ​The quality of work and the speed make it worth it, but the prices were definitely a bit higher than I initially expected. I ultimately decided on 4 stars because they charge an extra fee if you pay with a credit card, on top of the regular tax. Depending on what you're getting fixed, that credit card fee plus tax can easily add an extra $20+ onto your quoted price. I know a lot of restaurants are starting to do this nowadays, but I wasn't expecting it at a repair shop and wish I had known in advance so I could decide if I wanted to use a different payment method to avoid the surcharge. Fortunately I was able to do so. ​Overall, they do fantastic, fast work, and the customer service is great! Just be sure to bring cash or an alternative payment method if you want to save a few bucks on the fees!

I was bounced around between stores, and nobody could help me. Then I met Nav at an AT&T store. Nav was incredible!! He spent several hours trying to help me, going above and beyond. Even though the transfer still didn't work because AT&T's system is a complete mess, Nav did everything he could even above his capacity! He was so dedicated and kind. Unfortunately, AT&T's system failed completely, and I was forced to switch to Verizon. I believe AT&T lost me as a customer, I doubt I will consider to give it another chance and come back. The whole process was miserable and I was so traumatized, but I want to highlight Nav's amazing customer service!! You can tell he loves people and he loves his job! If you need help, go to this store and ask for Nav. He will do his best to help you, even if AT&T's system is a mess. Thank you, Nav, from the bottom of my heart for your effort and great service! We need more people like you!
