We have been Verizon Wireless customers since 2006. We own a business nearby and have 2 Verizon Wireless accounts with 8 phones on them. Throughout the years we have purchased phones, had problems with phones, had problems with our minutes, messages, and data usage. In each case, the staff at this store took the time to research the problem and find a solution for us. We offer two examples. We applaud Cynthia for her fine customer service skills. She always approaches our questions with a cheerful demeanor. She has resolved so many situations for us - we cannot count the number of times. Today we visited the store and explained the problem we had with a Razor Maxx we had just purchased.. In a short period of time, she resolved the problem and sent us on our way. We thank her for her continual execellent customer service. We also commend Josh. I am sure all of you are aware that plans change over time. One day we went to the store and asked Josh to assist us in reviewing our account. We spent the time to print our our accounts - we have two accounts for 8 phones. He made several recommendations based on our past usage and our future use for the phones. Overall we saved money. We thank him for all the work he did on our behalf. I am aware that many entries here on Yelp are negative. After all, those with bad experiences are motivated to tell someone when they experience a problem. It is human nature. If this store had so many problems, why is it that the store is always full of customers? read more

Before I start let me make myself completely clear. The wait time I experienced at this verizon store was completely unacceptable. I felt I almost had to be there because my iPhone cracked and I had to buy a new one. After my name was called I was finally greeted by a rep. I believe his name was (Angelo). Within Seconds Angelo made me laugh by asking me if I was on Scarface because my name is close to the same and acted like he was gonna search me for guns. The wait time I experienced was no longer an issue and my wall was down within seconds. After I told him my screen was cracked he immediately made me feel at ease because he also had an iPhone and cracked his weeks before. He even gave me a discount on my Accessories trading in a cracked iPhone. I was amazed. Because I have been a customer for 6 years he even put me on a loyalty plan and lowered my bill!! All I have to say is I know Angelo had no control over my wait time but when he got me I felt like we were friends immediately. I trusted him with my life (I know that sounds far fetched) but it's almost true. I can't wait to re visit this store since Angelo is gonna allow me to call him and make an appointment so I don't have to wait again. I can't exactly say I would recommend this store but Angelo has put my faith back into this company and made Customer service a priority I noticed. If you visit this store ask for him. I really don't have a beef with the Verizon Store as they have typically taken good care of me and family when we've done business with them. That said, my beef IS with LG and the Spectrum smartphone in particular: I purchased a LG Spectrum from Verizon earlier this year. It has proven to be a very uninspiring device. Specifically, the email client constantly serves up duplicates of messages already received--and sometimes, even deleted! The Deleted messages reappear multiple times, too. When the phone is sitting still on my desk, I can watch it reset itself no less than 4 to 5 times in a day. Despite this being a 4G device, it seems to have trouble uploading things (usually pictures) to Facebook and Foursquare. For all the hype in their marketing (and I work in digital marketing!!), I have to say that the Spectrum is a crappy phone (I'm being diplomatic here!). While typing this review, the phone just served up 46 messages that I JUST DELETED 20 MINUTES AGO!! I am not a happy camper! My 2-star rating is posted in the hope that the guys at Verizon will notify LG that this phone DOES NOT live up to expectations Post Script: Now the darn thing just gave me ANOTHER 37 MESSAGES THAT I HAVE DELETED--NOW TWICE!! read more

I had to go in on an emergency basis and activate a replacement iphone. Before it could be activated all the data on the original phone had to be saved; this included texts, contacts and emails. Alexander delivered such excellent service. He came up with solutions that made it all possible and in a very timely manner. I can only sing his praises. My colleague said I would be there for hours. This was not the case. Also the environment has changed dramatically. A year or more ago I received service that left me feeling that I would never return. Now it is totally different. The staff is upbeat, they help one another and even laugh. What a refreshing experience. I highly recommend this store, their service is excellent. I also believe that the changes are also due to their excellent assistant and store manger. I returned two weeks later to upgrade our service to the new share plan and Alexander remembered me. His service was excellent and so was the feedback from Katrina and Dave. I really appreciate the way they all work together, it really makes the experience enjoyable. I had somehow locked my LG "old school" phone accidently. I stopped at this store for some help. There were lots of staff available and Brenda came to my rescue. I have been ready for an upgrade for sometime, but since I have an I Phone phobia, I have put off stepping into the 21st century of cell phones. I started asking Brenda about the new phones and see patiently answered my questions for 35 or more minutes. She was very knowledgeable. At the end I chickened out and stayed with my original phone. She had the manager, TJ, looked at my phone, he did something magically and got my old phone to work. Both Brenda and BJ were so helpful and nice and even though there was no sale for them, I would highly recommend this store. read more

I had an issue with understanding my new bill when I added a line and switched to a family share plan. The bill was $305 and I was frustrated trying to figure out why it was so high. I walked right into the store, luckily there was no wait, and had my questions answered and my bill explained. The location was only a 10 minute drive from my place, figured it'd take less time to drive there than to get through all the automated stuff on the phone. The people were quick and friendly. Turned out the bill included almost 2 full months for the line I added and 1 for my original phone. My plan is 1400 minutes + unlimited text & data + taxes & fees for 2 phones for 210. read more

I seldom find myself writing reviews here on yelp but I had an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Vincent! He went above and beyond to help me with some tricky issues after switching from AT&T and porting my number. Vincent was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked perfectly before I left. He even stayed 30 minutes after closing to finish troubleshooting and make sure my phone was set up and working properly. It's rare to find customer service like that these days -- Vincent truly deserves recognition. If you're thinking about switching carriers or need help with your Verizon service, I highly recommend asking for him! read more

Yesterday I visited this store on the recommendation of a friend as I was looking to change providers and to find out info about their Allset prepaid plan. I went right when they opened as I knew this was a busy store. I was greeted and waited on right away by Paul who referred me to Joshua whom he said was the "expert" on what I wanted to do. Josh's help was outstanding! He patiently answered every question I had, set up the refurbished Iphone 4s for me and encouraged me to come take a free class and to come in any time I had a question. Last week I went back to my favorite Verizon Store and requested Luis Vega ,my favorite young man. Luis first too care of me last year, he is knowledgable,helpful, and pleasant. This trip was to purchase my new IPhone 6 and he was amazingI He sat with me to find the best service from me, explained all my options then transferred everything from my old phone. Worst store ever. No one in the store knows what they are doing. Went in to purchase a new phone that was supposed to be $100 charge. Representative mis-charged for a buyout and charged $531 to my credit card in error. Didn't know how to refund it and no Manager to help and no apologies. Would never come to this location again. read more

I've had serious troubles with technology in the past and I rely on others, but do NOT rely on this place and the so-called manager Jason.
