After going to two other places - Best Buy will only repair iPhones 8 and up and Mac-o-rama would have to order the batteries - I decided to go try the kiosk in the mall. I had checked them out a couple of days before and wanted to do some price checks before coming back. Tre - the owner - was very helpful and said this was his second iPhone7 battery replacement today and I was in luck because he had one battery left. YAY!!!! There was no one at the store when I entered except for one lone guy just sitting forlornly staring at the exit. No smile. That's fine. No greeting.. hm maybe he doesn't work here. We just stare at each other for a while and then someone (maybe a manager) peeks around the corner and the lump decides to put his phone away and finally at a snails pace decides to get up. He mumbles, he shrugs, he yawns so wide til I see down his throat and basically offers no help for my screen besides "just file a claim" there was no follow up. I had to prompt every single response from him. I finally left much to his relief and figured out it's a hardware issue which I googled and answered all my own questions. This Apple Store has never let me down. Great service, experience, and products all around…read more I've visited here for MacBook service, product purchases, and just to shop. It's an Apple Store, so for the most part you know what to expect, but every once and awhile they have some fun non-Apple branded accessories. The value of Apple products is arguably poor in some instances, but I think the products are superior to many other brands you can buy, especially when it comes to laptops. The only downside of this store is that there can often be a wait to checkout or get service. I would highly recommend an appointment if you know you'll need service or if you're making a large purchase with lots of questions. There was one instance here where an employee argued with me whether a product existed or not, surprise... I was right! Other than that all of the employees have been great here. This being the only Apple Store in the area makes it a specialty store for sure, but still a great store offering a great experience.

The age old adage "you get what you pay for" holds true for Apple's support after the sale. My phone is four years old, ancient by today's standards, but they still support it no questions asked. How many businesses can you say do that? Apple is far from a perfect company, that's why four stars, but their products are well built and reliable.
