From the moment I walked in, the difference in customer service was night and day. I was greeted immediately, the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping. Frank, in particular, was outstanding. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. My situation was complicated, but he never made me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Instead, he took the time to walk me through every step, explained all of my options clearly, and stayed with me until everything was resolved. I also had my toddler with me, which can sometimes make errands a little chaotic, but the staff was kind and accommodating. They never made me feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced, which I truly appreciated. I genuinely thought I had done everything right and covered all my bases. I asked questions, verified what I was told, and believed I understood what I was signing up for. Even so, I was still caught off guard by some of the promises that didn't quite match reality. It was frustrating, but looking back, I realize it wasn't a dead end, instead, it was just a bumpy road to getting everything sorted out. If there's one piece of advice I can offer, it's this: be cautious of Verizon representatives who come to your home offering amazing deals to switch carriers. As the saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Take your time, ask plenty of questions, and don't rely solely on verbal promises. The good news is that Verizon's corporate team didn't leave me hanging. Instead, they took ownership of helping me navigate toward a solution. There's a reason Verizon has built its reputation over the years; and when I finally reached the right people, they genuinely cared about making things right. Nothing worthwhile in life comes easy, and I suppose this was another lesson learned. While the process wasn't perfect, I'm grateful for the professionalism, patience, and commitment shown by Frank and the team. They turned what started as a stressful experience into one that ended on a positive note.

Service is still not restored, and not sure when. It's an hour and a half past when she told me it would be restored. I haven't had anything bad to say about frontier. It can lag a little sometimes. But this rep was downright rude.

1/5 -- ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID FRONTIER…read more Frontier has easily been one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. Getting an actual person on the phone is nearly impossible. Their automated system forces you through endless menus and loops, and somehow still manages to hang up on you. It honestly feels like their customer service system is intentionally designed to prevent customers from reaching a real person. After canceling my internet service, I paid my final bill and restocking fee. I returned the equipment I actually received. I already owned and used my own personal router, so the only Frontier equipment I received was the Eero device. I NEVER received or used the additional router they are now trying to charge me for. Despite this, Frontier continues billing me for equipment that was NEVER PROVIDED TO ME. Because reaching someone by phone is such a nightmare, I have had to contact multiple agents through their online portal. I explained the situation repeatedly. Multiple Frontier representatives told me I did NOT owe anything else. I was given case numbers and was specifically told the issue had been RESOLVED. Yet Frontier still sent me ANOTHER BILL. What exactly is the point of giving customers case numbers and telling them an issue has been resolved if Frontier is just going to ignore the resolution and continue billing them anyway? This is beyond poor customer service. It is an exhausting cycle of automated phone systems, repeated explanations, conflicting billing, empty promises, and charges for equipment I never even received. If you are considering Frontier, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Saving yourself from this level of frustration is worth it. AVOID FRONTIER AT ALL COSTS.

Their app is okay, it's not the best app; however, the customer service are always beyond helpful, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our Spectrum internet was erratic for a while, and the technicians came out to our house several times before actually fixing the issue. Our router crapped out once, and my husband had to spend an inordinate amount of time waiting in line to swap out the bad router with a new one. Any time we have had an internet outage, a phone call to Spectrum gets us set up with a refund for the internet down time, which is typically around $1.00 or so, and I don't bother with the calls much anymore. I like their text messaging system with which they advise you of both an outage in our area and the outage's resolution. That's nice information to have! Spectrum is crept up in pricing over the years and we recently switched to AT&T Fiber. For now, it's "so long" to Spectrum; however, it's nice to know they service our rural area should we need them in the future!

Dear Spectrum Management,…read more I am filing a formal complaint against Jessica Greenborough regarding her conduct at the Spectrum store on Bellflower Blvd. in Long Beach on Friday, August 7, 2026. I arrived around 6:15 p.m. for a phone upgrade and witnessed Jessica in a heated interaction with another customer. Initially, I assumed the customer was the problem. However, after observing the situation for over 30 minutes, I became extremely concerned by Jessica's behavior. While I did not witness what occurred before I arrived, I personally witnessed Jessica repeatedly engage with and antagonize the customer rather than de-escalate the situation. I heard her tell another associate not to assist him, not to sell him a phone, and not to complete his transfer. She also repeatedly threatened to call the police. From what I witnessed, the customer was upset but was not threatening anyone. After numerous threats to call the police, I stated that the customer did not appear to be a threat and was simply upset about the service he was receiving. Jessica responded by telling me to "mind my business." Jessica later disappeared into the back for an extended period while approximately 20 customers waited with essentially one associate assisting them. By 7:45 p.m., after waiting since 6:15, I was told there was no longer enough time to complete my upgrade and transfer. When I returned to request a manager's contact information, Jessica refused to provide it. She called her manager herself and presented the situation from her perspective without allowing me to explain mine. During our exchange, she stated, "See, even my manager doesn't want to talk to you," and continued making sarcastic remarks as I left. I acknowledge that out of frustration I told Jessica that her customer service was horrible and called her miserable. However, her conduct toward me and the other customer was unacceptable. I left extremely upset and crying. I later spoke with other customers who witnessed the incident, and three confirmed that they also believed Jessica's conduct was the problem. I am requesting a formal investigation and that Spectrum preserve and review surveillance footage from approximately 6:15-8:00 p.m. I have patronized this location for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. Please confirm that my complaint has been received and escalated to the appropriate management team
