Friendly and professional staff. I was helped by Kyle when I went to this location to exchange my phone case. He was great and even went the extra mile to show me a new style phone accessory, which happened to be exactly what I needed. A female staff (tall young lady whose name I didn't get) was friendly and helpful when I couldn't decide on the color of the accessory. I was pleasantly surprised by their great customer service because I had just been to another Verizon location and had a very bad experience. I will definitely visit this store again. read more

I was originally a little leery about coming to one of the Verizon stores, simply because of the inordinate amount of despise other Verizon stores have drawn. However, because I needed a new phone and the fact that I want to stay as far away as possible from the Victoria Gardens mall this time of year, I discovered this place instead. It's located north of the 210 Freeway, somewhat close to the secret Costco in lovely Fontucky. When I first went into the store, I was warmly greeted as soon as I went in. I explained that I was on the market for a new phone, and to the salesman's credit, he told me that it was his first day, but that he would be more than happy to find the answers to all of my questions, which he did. This is a completely new store and I don't believe that very many people know about it, so if you are looking for a Verizon store with minimal traffic and helpful people, you might want to consider visiting this location. read more

Hmmmm let's see, where should I begin..... I can't put the whole blame on the employees. It's more for corporate. Went in to get 2 iPhones and came out with nada. Verizon wants me to give up my unlimited data plan. Basically, what i was told was that I had to buy phone at full retail, which they wouldn't even sell it to me there. I'd have to go to Apple Store for that. Employees are trained well because they tried to convince me that I'd be okay on a 2 gig data plan. They kept trying but I wouldn't have it. Go to Costco instead. I got great deal there and kept unlimited data plan. Gosh, they are ridiculous! I went in last night for a new SIM card and was told I'd lose my unlimited data if they gave me one. Wtf?! read more

After calling customer service to activate a phone, they told me I had to go in the store to get a SIM card. I went to the store only to be told that they couldn't do that unless we we're going to get a new 2 year contract and lose our unlimited internet. I called customer service ... Again... And was told that absolutely I could get a new SIM card without changing anything on my plan!!! I went back to the store with the rep on the phone and THEN all of a sudden I was able to get the SIM card without any changes. A different sales rep explained that it's not that my plan will change but "it can change without notice" and it "has happened to other customers". She was very polite and informative, but I let her know that there's a difference in telling a customer that they can't do something and telling them their options. I get they're sales reps and they want to get everyone off the unlimited, but they all need to get on the same page about what their policy is instead of lying or just cancel the unlimited for everyone and lose their loyal customers. I gave them two stars bc the lady that helped us in the end was able to get us the SIM card without a problem. This is the second time this has happened and apparently I'm not the only one. Won't be coming back to this store even though it's so close to home. :/ read more

One of the better store fronts in the area. Every time I come here the employees are helpful and most times in a very good mood (which is of course contagious). An employee without me asking even checked my plan and suggested I change it for optimal savings (super thankful), while others have continuously helped reboot and fix and quirks in my phone since I have no patience for it. I had my last phone replaced via insurance and was confused about my SD card which the phone said I was lacking. I go to the store in Tyler mall in which they weren't much help (said I put my card in backwards), then the kiosk in the same mall didn't even look at my phone and just insisted I buy a new SD card... me think nots. So I go back here, I don't even know why I strayed. The employees were extremely helpful and helped solved my problem (I actually didn't have the SD card, I left it in the old phone which I sent out... bummer). This place is to be trusted, especially by analog girls like me. read more

This Verizon is one of the best I've been to, even through tough times they strive for amazing customer service and deliver it. Even though it took a few days, the employee that was helping me continued helping me and doing whatever he could do in his power to help us get the amazing service he knew Verizon could deliver. Yes sometimes it may take quite some time to receive some service but that's due to all the customers they are trying to help. The employee helping me was straight-forward and did not want to leave out any details about their service. May I remind you this employee would stay longer just to help us, this shows that Verizon really wants their customers to have out of this world experiences. Even though it may be pricey, they do not fail to give you the amazing service you are paying for. So please do not be frightened by the price you are paying for better service, keep in mind they have amazing deals that not many companies or services have at the moment. I setup appointment for upgrade, for my husband. The appointment was setup from 5-5:30pm, we arrived at 5:20pm. The greeter came out and told us we were late. I told her no since the appt said 5-5:30pm, she said it's states if your 15 mins late will reschedule. I told after the 5:30pm, she said no and roll her eyes. The greeter told us she will put us on the wait list. So we decided to wait outside, the greeter told us to wait in the car which will take 30 mins to be seen. I told her its ok we will wait outside. There was only 2 customers in the store, the greeter went inside spoke with one of associate. She than came out, told us we could now be seen, since there was a cancelation. She told us that Edith will be assisting us, the greeter never apologize for confusion of appt nor made effort. The reason I rated a 2 is for greeter who made us feel we were not value customers. I been with VZW since it was AirTouch, i referred my husband to VZW for thier service. Throughout the years I have never felt less of loyal customer. I've been a Verizon(formally known as Airtouch) customer sense 1997 THIS STORE ONLY CARES ABOUT COMMISION AND DOES NOT HONOR OFFICIAL VERIZON POLICY ONLY THIER VERIZON STORE POLICY. I've purchased online with in-store pickup and they did not have item in stock, then they did not want to honor sales online with in-store pickup for accessories and today my husband was not allowed to make a purchase without service , we were charged an upgrade fee on one of our four lines and the item was paid in full . I returned the item within 30 minutes and was NOT credited the upgrade fee and CHARGED ADDITIONAL restock fee $35. .This store, team and management is the absolute worst in my 20yrs of experience and doing business with this company read more

This place is horrible. The first time I came in some heavy Mexican guy working there was playing loud rap music on his phone it was really annoying. Then a black guy was trying to sell me a phone wouldn't let me look around. I decided to try again I wanted a flip phone. I went inside 5 sells reps look at me like shark bait. I knew one was going come up to me right away it feels uncomfortable when they let you look around. This girl was really rude she told me I couldn't get a phone because I didn't own the account. I'm in the account so I can buy a phone. Then she wanted to charge activation fee for new phone. I told her no I'm going to buy the phone not going to make payments. I want to buy it full price. She said I have to go online and buy it full price what is she talking about. I ask her about the phone specs she didn't know if had a front or back camera. Why is verzion paying these people to stand around and talk when they should be studying the phone specs. They shouldn't be waiting for customers to show up and attack with bad sales approach. Went here today because my phone was stolen and was promised help by manager Janet, only 10 to 15 minutes she said and then Erica would be right over and time went by and in the back ground is some black guy singing rap about hurting a white girl. What a horrible thing for people to have to listen to! Have some class, have some taste don't subject innocent people to such ugliness! Verizon Sierra Lakes, Fontana Ca. A friend gave my wife a Samsung smart watch. The next day I was going to Lowes so we took the watch over to the near by Verizon store so they could pair it with my wife's phone. Kyle the store manager flopped the phone around in his hands and looked at the back and asked what "kind of a phone" I replied a Motorola. Kyle half laugh, half smirked and said " this will only work with a Samsung phone. We left went to Lowes and talked about options but something about Kyle was off. A sense of laziness and like we were not worthy of his attention. Perhaps our phones were not good enough to warrant it. When we got home I got on the internet download the Galaxy app from the play store and 20 minutes later it worked. We have been Verizon customers for over 20 yrs. We recently added a fifth line and agreed to keep it for at least a year. At the end of that year Verizon is done. The only thing I want from Verizon is to go away. read more

This is the 2nd time I come into this Verizon location and have recieved nothing but exceptional service. The first time my sister and I came in we voiced our concerns and questions he answered every question with detail and gave us a great offer to think about. We didn't feel pressured like most sales locations. 2nd time we came my sister came to pick up her new phone. He was patient and even helped her with making sure all her information was transferred from 1 phone to another. I walked in and they ignored me. I feel it is because I didn't fit the demographics of the rich old white people in the area. I am a younger person with darker skin in cheap Street clothes but has plenty of money to spend. I continued to ask for service from multiple people and they kept on wandering away to help other people while with me. Obviously only caring about their commission. Very offensive and drove away. it was crowded the day i came in...so there was a bit of a wait. We waited patiently until it was out turn and the customer service person came out to us. A little different than it used to be when we got called to the counter. Much more friendly and personalized service now. I had issues with my phone, so they had a new phone shipped to me the next day. Great service...which is why i'm with Verizon! I went into this corporate store to purchase a phone at full retail price only to very very rudely be refused service. The manager I spoke with refused to give me a reason why and would not sell me the phone i wanted at full retail price even thou its listed on the card next to the phone. Finally the manager started giving excuses but finally said that i could only buy a phone a full retail price if i upgraded or re-signed a 2 year contract. This just another way Verizon keeps screwing its "valued" customers. My favorite part was when I called later that day, talked to the same manager and I asked for the phone number to the District Manager only to be hung up on. The service was terrible. The manager Chris was unequipped with the skill set to handle a problem that was created by Verizon. Instead of thinking outside the box and providing a little extra customer service he decided to act very unprofessional. I had to call the 800 number and have a representative call the store and he still continued to give me a hard time. I expected so much more from Verizon. Tim did a fabulous job! I was all set to buy the galaxy s 5 and then he convinced me to get the droid turbo on the Verizon edge plan. He said it had the best camera in the store and that's what I really wanted! I was going to pay off the phone with the two year contract, but Tim assured me that I would save money with the edge plan. He said if I upgraded on edge, that I would get a $25 credit every month, so even with the $20 a month I would pay for the phone, I would still save $5. Thank you Tim! Excellent job on the sale! Oh, and on top of that, with the Verizon edge plan, I got a (almost free) case, car charger, and a JBL flip 2 portable wireless stereo speaker! Tim really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied when I left the store! read more
