My boyfriend and I went into the store today to look at possibly upgrading his phone and getting me a Apple Watch. My husband and I went in to replace his damaged phone. We were there for 2 hours! I was irritated that they don't value our time at all. He just wanted a basic phone. We were the only customers there for most of the time. Every time we questioned our monthly payment, Richard couldn't explain it. He had trouble with the whole transaction. There were extra fees and charges for many things... which I can't even remember because they were not explained. They recommended a case, which they didn't actually have in stock. Yesterday they called him to let him know they don't know when they'll get that case in. Their problem solving skills aren't great. I called yesterday to ask about the iPhone X, which comes out today. Jayson answered, saying they "Were going to get a box, maybe with 10 units. So, if you show up early, you should be able to get one. So, I was there when they opened the door at 8. I was the only person there. Now I know why! "Jayson," who I now suspect was the guy who met me at the front door, pretending to be the manager, Victor,, texted to confirm they got the shipment and I should get one if I arrive early. I told him I was at the door waiting. When they let me in, they told me they didn't have any extra iPhone Xs, only pre orders. Then, miraculously, they found one someone "had canceled." Then they said I couldn't apply my trade- in but had to mail it to Verizon unless I wanted to use it for "store credit." I didn't want that. I wanted to put it down on the phone. Then, when they finally agreed to give me the right trade in value as a down payment so my monthly payments would be manageable, they told me about the "mandatory accessory package" for $150. I was even willing to pay that, -- dumb, I know -- but then they said the phone also had to come either with a Hum thing for my car or a Samsung tablet or, I would could pay an additional $259 to get a new iPad, none of which I need or want. So I refused. So the gal helping me asked Victor if he could waive the hum requirement and he said, "Unfortunately, no, I can't do it without that. This is a $1,000 Phone." So I walked. I know it costs that much. That's what I was going to pay and then some. I feel completely misled and ripped off and they wasted my time. I got up early and they tried to make a profit by lying and upselling under the guise of helping me. I am so glad I had done my homework so I could stop the rip-off in process. read more

Complete lies. After multiple questions & assurances, we were promised 2 new phones and a tablet for $150/month IF we returned the next business day because they didn't have the phones they were trying to sell to us in their store at that time. We traded in 2 phones and would be credited over $1200. After paying $450 in store the next day, our first bill was over $380. I then had to make time to go back to the store to inquire why my bill was so high when we were quoted $150/month. They tell me the manager who helped us was "a new manager and no longer at this location." The new manager apologizes for the previous manager's inaccurate quote, but says there is nothing he can do to adjust my bill and I have to call Verizon. "It's out of our hands now." I then spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon trying to get my monthly bill to be the quoted price of $150. The resolution they offered was for me to return the FREE tablet I was given that I was promised included free service for a year, which was in fact never free. The newest quote is $153/month for 2 phones - more than the original quote for 3 devices. 8 years ago we went to this same location when we first switched to Verizon. My husband and I went to the store together to open an account and get new phones. We thought all went well until a month later and my husband's phone wouldn't work. Turns out the sales person at this store opened 2 SEPARATE accounts, 1 for myself and 1 for my husband. WHY would a married couple want 2 SEPARATE accounts?!?! Of course when we went there to figure out what happened, they claimed it was out of their hands and we had to call Verizon. Part of the deal was we had to sign up for paperless, autopay. I truly believe they flat out lie and encourage this billing so you won't notice and "misquote" you solely to increase their commission. I have now had 2 very poor experiences characterized by dishonesty at this location and I will never go back. We will be leaving Verizon soon no thanks to these guys. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

Ok no one posts positive reviews but I absolutely have to for these guys. A little background, I went to upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus because my front and back were shattered. I had to replace the 8 plus before upgrading. I'm super clumsy and drop them so it's my fault. So I got my replacement and I wanted to upgrade the next day so I didn't ruin the replacement and I was going to buy a heavy duty case to protect the XR. Ok, so I go to this Verizon and they had a coral XR, the last one! Well someone had ordered it and didn't want it anymore. Something happened and they couldn't ring it up. Cody the sales representative spent over an hour on customer service trying to get me that phone! That's above and beyond any other Verizon salesman has ever done for me. Long story short they had to order me a coral XR. For some reason they couldn't sell me the one they had and it was completely out of their control. Eric and Cody tried everything to let me walk out of there with a new phone, and not just for a sale. They truly wanted to help me! Cody gave me the case off his 8 plus to put on my phone so I wouldn't break it before the new one came in. Seriously?! The case off his own phone to make sure I was protected? Went to get two new phones since they had a special of buy a galaxy s10 and get an s10e for free. I was told I could get a free tablet just pay $20 for the data. Dummy me said ok. First bill was charge a device fee and charged every month since. I didn't need the tablet but since it was going to be free I agreed. My husband and I switched from AT&T to Verizon back in Nov 2018 after seeing a deal that would allow us to pay less for (what we thought would be) better service. Eric set us up and told us that any deal issues we were having that day would be cleared up by his manager. Well, fast forward to May 2019 and WE ARE STILL HAVING ISSUES. We even went back to the store to complain in person, to which Griffin tried to help but was unable to. He forwarded a ticket to his district manager Fabian, and also informed us that the store manager Tim would also be told that we are unhappy. This was on 5/18/19. Today is the 28th, and we still haven't been contacted, even after confirming that all parties have our cell phone numbers, and that we are angry at this point. Do not do business here! The sales reps lie to get you to buy their phones/insurance - then when you go to use the insurance they say "Oh, that policy changed, we don't do that anymore." I spent 4 days going between this store & their insurance dept and in the end, they chose not to keep us as customers. If you want verizon, go to an ACTUAL verizon store or to best buy. This is the worst Verizon retail store! DO NOT TRUST THIRD PARTY STORES!!! I recently bought my iPhone 11 Pro Max from this store. The sales associate that helped me told me I could trade in my phone but not at this location. He gave me the run-around & sent me to an actual Verizon Corporate store to "trade in" my phone. To make a long story short- I wasn't able to use my phone as a trade in & was stuck paying full retail price for my new phone. I spoke to several different Verizon employees (General Manager, sales associates, customer services reps) at the corporate store who informed me that the third party stores have the tendency to make these "mistakes" & that it should have been as easy as making a price adjustment on the plan. However the associates & Manager (who was not actually in the store, the associates called him/her) continued to make it difficult to fix the problem. I will continue to be a Verizon member, like I have for years, but I will never again go to a third party store. read more

I had a really good experience here recently when I was upgrading my phone. Anthony was very helpful in explaining my options for updating my plan. My phone worked well for a few days but then malfunctioned. I came to the store, and Eddie and Kailen were able to diagnose the problem. It turns out the problem was with the phone itself and not the SIM card. They were nice enough to stay for 20 minutes past the closing time so I could go home and get my old phone to reactivate it. They processed a return for the defective phone and ordered a new one the same day. I recommend this store because the employees go above and beyond. Also, it is usually not as busy as some of the other Verizon stores in the area. Will definitely be back! read more

BEWARE of this retailer. They will deceive you into thinking you will be paying less. I purchased my IPhone 6 plus. I turned it in, they gave me a $650 credit and I had to pay a small monthly fee per month for my IPhone 7plus. Fast forward a year later, I received a call from this retailer and they said I had the IPhone Forever plan and was eligible to get the new IPhone 8. I said I'd do it only if my payments would be the same. They told me yes. I was so excited. I went into the store, paid what I thought I owed on IPhone 7 plus, less my payments and my $650 they gave me for my IPhone 6 Plus. I kept asking her if my payments would be the same. She kept saying yes. 2 months later I get a bill for $30 more per month. I am now paying full price for my phone and they basically stole my fully paid for pristine IPhone 7 plus I mailed back to them. I would've never upgraded had they not deceived me. I will be reporting them to the BBB too and any other sites I can. Thieves! Victors name was on their computer system, but it was a long dark haired girl who did this. I called Verizon and reported this store to corporate office also. Since they are a retailer, I was at their mercy....I do not recommend this retailer and if I could picket I would. I wish I had my 7 plus back. The 8 plus isn't much of an upgrade and I would have lower payments. I paid a fortune for their mandatory accessory package also. Verizon wireless store in Fontana, CA takes advantage of senior citizens. I have been on the phone and at their corporate store trying to get this taken care of. They offered a free tablet and didn't disclosed to an elderly man that there is line access fee for the tablet, they included insurance, asked if he wanted some accessories as if they were free then charged he for everything and all he wanted was unlimited data and didn't even give him what he asked for. Before he left there they should have reviewed everything but didn't they just put the receipts and contract in the bag and told him he was all set. This is very deceptive practice. read more

Beware!!! The sale rep was very nice and lead me to believe that she was taking care of. Be very careful when you ask questions and they respond I asked if the location was a actual Verizon dealer and not an authorized retailer she answered that they were just a smaller location. That should have been my first warning. I turned in an iphone 7 and got $250 credit toward the purchase of my new phone. I also turned in a iphone 6 and a Galaxy 7edge which turned out went to pay for very expensive screen protectors that 1 cracked the 1st day and the other didn't even work with my new phone. I was able to exchange them for phone cases that I could have purchased elsewhere for much less. She also claimed that she wave me a discount on the setup fee cuz it usually cost $99 per phone as a set up fee but she only charged me $20. She also gave me a HUM and said it was all inclusive on my plan lead me to believe it was a free deal. But again I got charged the setup fee of $20 and a $40 activation fee (not sure what was set up). Had I known that I would never have taken the Hum which I didn't want and haven't installed in the car. I know I am part in fault because I trusted the sales person, It happened so fast and she was really good talker.
