If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute thieves! My husband purchased a new phone through them in February which they were not able to complete the data transfer on (sounds like a common problem). We brought the phone back to the store as directed for the trade in a before March 25th. I should have known better than to trust them, but I felt bad for the employee who was working there as I had watched a guy screaming at them when we arrived. That should have been my warning I suppose. I was there with one other woman ahead of me around 6 (they close at 7). After waiting 20 minutes or so the non-manager employee started to help. He took my husbands phone and started whatever the electronic paperwork it was for sending the phone back to Verizon. They kept telling every customer they were having "technical issues" that were keeping them from completing the transactions. After waiting with him for over 45 minutes for what should have been a simple return, the employee and manager told me they had everything they needed and we could go. I hesitated at first but after both employee and manager said we were all set, I trusted them and left. Well.. here we are over a month later and the phone we left with them has magically disappeared and Verizon hasn't issued us our trade-in. These people are not just incompetent, they are thieves. I wonder how many other people have had to deal with "technical glitches" to later find out their trade ins have gone missing? DO NOT TRUST THEM! read more

**KNOW BEFORE BUYING** This isn't a corporate Verizon store, but that itself isn't the issue. My experience with Authorized Resellers have historically been pleasant. What you need to know is that this particular reseller will charge you a "Setup Fee" of $20 PER DEVICE. Under no circumstance will they waive this unless you buy their high markup accessories --- even if you are familiar with setting up your phone or watch and can do it yourself. Again, this is a FORCED FEE PER DEVICE. For clarity, the fee I am referencing is NOT the $35 activation fee. This is an ADDITIONAL fee stack on top of the activation fee. (See receipt in photos) In this economic climate, $20 should not an added penalty for doing business with this particular store. Before going into this store, I highly recommend you ask them upfront to waive the setup fee before proceeding to purchase a phone or watch from this location. Or you can avoid this practice by going to corporate store, or purchase online. **Store owners** --- I will only redact or update this review if you stop this practice for ANY AND ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS. I don't care about a refund for myself. Update 09/21/2022 - ***Response to Victra Team who commented below*** No need to reach out to you via email. Again, not interested in a refund for myself, as it doesn't help the next potential customer to this store. I only ask that you mimic the Verizon Corporate stores and do not stack an arbitrary $20 "Setup Fee". If you publicly announced ceasing this practice, I will happily redact this review. Conversely, I will remove this review under the condition that you can clearly articulate why there is a disparity between corporate and authorized reseller customer experience and why you charge the fee while corporate stores don't. Furthermore - After posting this, my wife pointed out that the setup wasn't even completed in store, despite being charged for the fee. I had purchased a S24 at a corporate store and I was having trouble with it. So I thought I would see what the franchised store would do. He was fast with the greeting and asked if he could help. I told him my problem and took out my new phone. He said I should go to an Apple Store. I said "apple!" He then realized it was a Samsung Galaxy. He couldn't help me and I was happy to go back to the corporate store. Ugh read more

THEY ARE NOT CORPORATE VERIZON!! They are independently owned. Customer service is HORRIBLE!! My daughter was having problems with her phone so we went to talk to a rep about the problem, there was only 1 person there working and 3 people he was helping. He did speak when we entered and said he would help us in a minute. 20 minutes later, he never checked to see what we needed, he never came to help us so we left. My daughter worked nearby and went by herself to get help. She called me on the phone saying that the reps there said she needed a new phone and was pushing all kinds of services and products she didn't want. My daughter was not an authorized user on our phone account and they tried to get me to make her a temporary authorized user so they can sell her the phone. I told her to leave. The next day, she went back and had a lady help her, I was not present so my daughter waited until I got off work and we went back over there together. When we entered, the lady rep saw us but didn't speak. She was helping someone else. We waited and waited, she never spoke or asked us what we needed. After 20 minutes, an Anglo man entered the store, the rep saw him, spoke welcoming him and asked him what he needed. All the while we were there, she never even came to us.
