Be very CAREFUL when setting up a plan here. I went over what I wanted several times with the employee and was convinced to pay the set up fee so I didn't have to go through someone on the phone. 2 days later when I looked at my bill it was 120$ a month compared to the 55$ he guaranteed me. If I didn't catch it and have to spend an hour on the phone with corporate I would be locked in at that rate. He didn't seem to care or apologize he just said I can't help you with that and to call 611and stared at his phone. Said his system just glitches like that and it was there Ai software that did it and it happens all the time. I worry about people who aren't as tech savvy or cautious as me getting taken advantage of. Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. I recommend just calling Verizon instead! read more

Don't go here. I bought head phones and they broke with in the return time and when I brought them in to exchange they said they did not carry them anymore. I said I just got them and you don't carry them anymore they said no you will have to contact the manufacturer. Matt may seem sweet but he is a salesman and lies about everything. I bought 2 XRS and he said that I just had to pay the taxes on the phone and then added on some other fees that he said that he was going to take off later. the taxes added up to 160.00 I was charged 271.00. Then he said my first bill would be 270.00 a little higher and then the next one would be lower. Then my bill would go to a normal rate of 150. plus tax monthly. My first bill was 450.00. I also was suppose to get two 200.00 visa cards which I never received. So everything he told me was a lie. read more

Alexander gave me on the surface great customer service until I realized he had fraudulently charge me. First, he didn't send me a copy of my receipt so it took several calls and days to notice unauthorized charges. He charged me a set up and go fee he failed to EVER mention. He handed me a phone with a tempered glass protector which I never agreed to. He told me that he would give me a discount on my case by waiving a customer service fee of $30! WHAT?! so it's a total of $50 just to go into the store?! what's more, I called Verizon and that fee does NOT exist. So in essence, the shady salesman made 3 charges that I was unaware of and logically, didn't send me my invoice because I'd notice. Same thing happened to me as Vanessa Z. This store has shady business practices. Not sure if it is Victra training them to rip off people but something needs to change. DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE. They will add tempered glass and different items to your receipt and tell you you total in "taxes and fees" and email it to you so you don't see it while you are at the store. They have lost my family's business and I will definitely persuade others to avoid this business. Read the rest of the poor reviews and be prepared if you go in there. read more

incline peeps, becarefull when u go to this store. my sister and my niece went to see few items. up on living one of the associates name andrew called the the sheriff's because he claims the my niece stole from the store. up on living he comes out and writes my sisters plates. 20 min later the sheriff's show up at my sisters house. he ask my niece if she stole the item from this store. my sister ask the officer, to see the video survillance . and sheriff's respond is under review. a officer cant not go to someone's house with out watching the video. i called version corporate. they told me the same thing. u cant accused someone with out evidences. i worked for survillance before i know how procedures go. before u accused someone u need to see the person comminting the crime. before u go to there house. this is racist issue. matt or district manager get of hold of me. read more

I am so happy to have this store in town. I needed to upgrade my phone and I had lots of questions I couldn't figure out over the Verizon wireless site. The young man working today, by himself, was named Buddy. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and did a great job juggling customers to the best of his ability. Yeah, it took forever, between phone updates and iCloud, this and that, but it beats going to Reno any day, where I would wait to be seen for an hour, then spend and hour or two with a pushy sales person. Only sucky thing was I was going to get the iPhone 6s Plus, because they were running a promotion with a rebate, but then they were out of the model I wanted. I'm sure that will happen with this small location. Still beats Reno. read more

Brook sold me a bunch of stuff i did not want or ask for, the deal took hours, i could not even think straight at the end of 3 hours, she has me sign her tablet accepting things, then at the very end of the deal (she slapped on covers to things without asking me, gave me $100 phone case without telling me the cost, told me i was getting a free table, $200 gift card from LG and free virtual reality glasses, went home with tablets not realizing until after she slapped on cases and charged for extra things i did not want or ask for that there was a $10 a month payment, she presented me the $440 bill at the end of 3 hours, i kept asking how did i spend so much, she just kept pointing to the column that showed discounts she was saving me, would not go through and itemize what i spent. she never put in for the $200 card with LG, i never got the virtual reality glasses, she had also offered me to be able to return everything within 2-3 days without a stocking fee, the next day she was out, two days after the transaction she said she never said that and she was really rude as well as was one of her employees. i asked to speak to the district manager, she refused. i dealt with verizon who in the end helped me out, but i asked them too to have the district manager call and he never did. do not shop here, they are struggling to keep the store open and using unethical business practices to do so. read more

We decided not to keep two "free" tablets they were having a promotion on and returned them within 2 business days. First of all I showed up at 9am when they opened and no one was there, doors closed and locked so I waited for a half hour when a sales gal finally arrived. The manager was sick. Then I was in the store for THREE hours trying to get my money back, all of it, including the activation fee which it clearly states in the fine print they will refund if returned within 3 business days. The store started to get busy so the manager on duty kept texting someone to get approval codes to give me my money back which she finally received and I walked out happy... until I received my bill and they added the $80 activation fee back on. What a mess! Here's the key note about this store - It's not a Verizon store but you would NEVER know that so they don't have the same policies as regular Verizon. In a pinch it's ok but I would just run down the hill to a real store. My situation was resolved but the customer service at this store is not worth the time. read more

My mother recently visited this location to purchase a tablet. the representative would not help her with out an account. he called to use mine. she is not a signer on the account and can not do anything on the account. she walked out with a tablet that she thought she paid for. the rep put her on a 2 year contract on my account. the transaction should have never been able to go through. something seemed wrong with my account so I called Verizon directly and found out the rep had lied to her and put her on a 2 year contract... once again on my account without me there. I asked her to return the tablet. she was still in her 14 days. they charged her a restocking fee, an activation fee (Verizon has an additional activation fee seprate than what the store charged her), and for the SIM card. she got 48 cents back from a 101 dollar transaction she should have never been able to conduct. the company is third party contracted through verizon. Verizon directly has been more helpful in clearing up the stores mistake than the store, and Verizon refunded me the restocking fee that I am giving to my mom but she is still 30 out for other fees. now I am told it can take up to a month for me to get my mother her 30 dollars back from the store from a transaction she should not have been able to conduct. the employee has been fired, but my mother is in tears and won't talk to me cause she is mad at me for the stores mistake. I contacted the Verizon local rep to see if he can speed the resolution. this third party store is very unprofessional and took advantage of my mother just for a sale. I recommend taking a trip to Reno for the day and dealing with Verizon directly so you don't end up paying a bunch of money for extras like a 20 dollar activation fee on top of Verizon's fee. plus at Verizon direct, they don't charge for Sims read more
