I lost my phone and needed a new one. I got here maybe half an hour after they opened. There was already a line of three customers. There was one Verizon employee, the (newly hired) manager Elliot. He later explained he had only been there two weeks and his predecessor had left without really having time to train him. But you never would have known it. Elliot was doing his best to make sure everyone felt comfortable and like their needs were being addressed. I mean I was there for like 2 hrs. This dude is like Superman, for real. I've worked in a lot of public facing positions and I know how hard it can be. Especially when folks come in already frustrated about their experience with the company. It's a testament to elliot's good managerial / people skills that the vibe in the store was super chill and friendly even though everyone was waiting for quite awhile (and many people were about to shell out some serious $). I had a number of good conversations with the other customers while we waited. And when it was finally my turn Elliot hooked it up. Let's just say the guy was so friendly and persuasive that I spent way more money than I had intended to, lol. Give this guy a raise. Or make him regional manager, head of california sales, or ceo... something. At least give him a raise... and more staff to help out. I have never really had a good experience with Verizon customer service. But I walked out that door feeling like a million bucks (and with a brand new phone that cost somewhere in that ball park, haha). First off the customer service was very friendly very eager to help. Brandon the stores manager made sure to oversee his employees delivering the highest level of customer service possible. Secondly when inquiring for new products and new contract services they sought to get us the best deal possible finding coupons or just helping us decide what the best data package would be for our needs. In between providing us customer service there are also quick to multitask new customers and at least give them a hello and a heads up on how long they could wait before being helped. I recently ran into a problem in regards to a pre-ordered phone not being delivered. Upon hearing about it Brandon was immediately on the phone working with district managers and district inventory to find my product, iphone7+. Within 15 to 20 minutes later I got a text saying that he had got it and was waiting for me to pick it up. Initial customer service was pleasant,overcame a potential problem, and delivered on their word!I'm very pleased with my overall experience. This is why I have been a six-year long Verizon customer and will continue to be. Thanks guys. read more

Amazing customer service!! Staff was tentative to my needs answered all my questions in extreme detail and if they didn't have the answer they didn't hesitate to ask the manager. That's one thing that is over looked in retail when someone is too proud to ask for help if they don't know the answer so they lie. Not the staff here they had no problem asking an other coworkers opinion or the manager for the answer to make sure it was correct and that to me is PRICELESS!!! The manager was amazing came over introduced himself made sure we were happy and got exactly what we needed and wanted. He also helped my boys pick out phones and explained everything to them. Definitely will recommend this store over the other one down the street. I'm very happy to see the turn around this store is doing with staff and management the last year or so. I'm in there very often and these last few months the customer service has been on point 5 golden stars!!!! I came into this store last year and it was HORRIBLE ! The store was unorganized,unclean, and staff didn't know what they were doing besides lie, I noticed that there was a new manager and staff I went in and told the sales person Luis I was just looking he politely told me his name and let me know that he was there to answer any questions I may have. I walked around for ten minutes and noticed how this staff went above and beyond for their customers and not just the ones buying something but any customer service issue was taken very serious and not pushed away which is very refreshing compared to other stores around the area! You can really tell this staff enjoys working with each other making it fun for everyone in the store! I then asked Luis about my account he was extremely knowledgeable none pushy and respectable to my situation! I ended up SAVING money and walking out with a new phone! If you've had a bad experience there in the past give them another shot you'll be very impressed this is my new location for all my Verizon needs! read more

The best customer service! When my husband and I first signed up for Verizon phone service at this location the Store Manager Brandon seemed to be pretty cool along with the sales associate Meakala (spelling I know it was spelled differently). We got out contract signed and thought all was good until we go our first bill. Long story short we went back and forth with this place and were dealing with these two same people and they were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to us. Brandon used foul language with us and pretty much told us he couldn't help up! However, they got rid of the trash working there and brought in some really amazing people to work there! Franky, Asher and the other 2 men that were there! These guys walked us through everything while upgrading and even apologized on behalf of the rude people we had encountered there in the past! Outstanding customer service and great attitudes and eager to help! Will definitely continue going to this location and recommend everyone stop by this store if you have Verizon! read more

I came into the store to have my contacts transferred from an old phone to a new phone that I got. Dustin was so easy to talk to and helpful that I was able to vent a recent gripe that I had after going to the corporate Verizon store off of Haun Road in Menifee. Dustin went above and beyond everything is his power to correct and make the customer happy. The Haun location basically told me there was nothing I could do and had to deal with the issues I had. Yes, that was plural. Lol! Not to mention the long wait times over at the Haun store . Outstanding Customer service from this location saved a loyal customer from jumping to a new provider for sure. This will definitely be my new "home" go to store. I even came in with my two small daughters and left with two GizmoPal2 for my kids for free! Brandon thank you for the hook up on them! Awesome store!!! Went in to upgrade to the new Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, when it first came out. I still had the old unlimited data plan, I switched to the new unlimited data plan and haven't had any issues with the new plan, which was a concern I had. I use over 40gb of data a month, my data speed hasn't been throttled (slowed down) at all. Love the new plan! Brandon, the store manager helped me out. He set up my phone, transferred all my data, including my music. I was good to go as soon as I left the store. Everyone there was nice and friendly, awesome customer service! Dustin is the best salesman in that store. He turned a frustrating situation into something even more beneficial for me and kept me happy the whole time. He effortlessly guided us through a rebate process and made sure to check up on me every when he was off work just to make sure everything was going smoothly. I have never enjoyed spending money so much, and that's saying something! haha Seriously though, he is incredibly helpful, knows what he is talking about, and will always make sure you are being taken care of. I came into the store about a month ago to get my screen protector replaced and spoke with Mikiela. I also had a few questions about my plan but I wasn't ready to commit to anything yet. She was very helpful and gave me the info I needed. She even gave me her number and told me I could call or text her if I had any questions. My husband and I went in last night to get a couple of new phones and make some changes to our plan. Mikiela was AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a million questions and Mikiela was patient and knowledgeable. It was definitely the best experience we have ever had buying phones. Mikiela is the best! Ok so at some point last year I went into this Verizon store and had awful service. I was having a mega crisis today with my phone and this was the closest Verizon store to me. So I decided to try it out again. I am so happy I did. Cory was nothing less then amazing. Not only was he great but every employee in the store was super friendly and made me forget all about my mega crisis. I am so grateful to the friendly staff at this Verizon store and to Cory for being patient with me through the process of getting a new phone. Hands down the best service I've had at a Verizon store. First let me start by saying I had so much fun hanging out at Verizon yesterday. The entertainment was priceless!!!! Second, Brandon Cooper is the sh!t. Helped me get my new phone set up with little to no effort.....wait that's not true. I had seriously blonde moments and my log ins weren't cooperating. Then at one point I didn't exist. The team at Go Wireless in Lake Elsinore on Grape St., are not only friendly and very customer-service-oriented, upbeat, and pleasant but also pretty techy and made the time to help. James H. was the first person who went over the plan and phone that fit my and my family's needs without the hard sell. He went over and beyond to get me great deals. Dustin and Kassandra were also awesome in troubleshooting some major porting issues when I transferred over from T-mobile. I was referred to go to this store from a family member and I'm glad I went. My galaxy was broken and it wouldn't charge so I was scared of losing all my pictures. I originally was going to do an insurance claim but they let me know I had an upgrade and helped me get out of my galaxy and into an iPhone.
