    Only talk to one guy, he was Unfriendly condescending, and shady. Gave me information that directly contradicted another employee.

Great work, great prices, don't miss it. :) Update: Ended up having issues with the screen a few weeks later, took it back to get it replaced, and the lady helped me this time. Replaced it quickly and professionally, for free, and fixed my issue. These two were super professional/humble and didn't give me any B.S. even when we were having trouble tracking down my receipt.     Stay Away! This is a kiosk in the middle of the Alderwood Mall and I took my IPAD 4 in there…read morebecause there was a small crack in the very corner of the screen. Strictly cosmetic. I spoke with the person "Zaib" (see pictures) and we agreed on 90.00 to replace the screen. I had him give me a card with his name, the details and the price. He said it would be 24 hours or so to fix it. We gave him 48 hours and called in advance to pick it up and make sure it was ready. When we called, he said the price had gone up to 150.00 and they had not done it. He really did not give a reason other than he gave us the wrong price. Mind you, we discussed price in depth and agreed upon 90.00. I said we would be there immediately to pick it up. Upon arriving there, I asked why he had agreed to a price and then not honored it. He proceeded to show us a text message from his boss, telling him that he could not honor the price. When I told him this was a typical bait and switch, he stated that would just say he could not get into the iPad - which you don't need to have in order to replace a screen - and was a lie. He turned very nasty, rude and sarcastic. In closing, I went to the Apple Store - they were less money. This place is a joke! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

    Went in to get a new Iphone to replace mine that had a battery that wouldn't stay charged. I had…read morean upgrade to use. I did NOT request anything else, but just to change to a new phone. I had to pay two charges that day. Then I got my bill, and it went up $261 a month. Unbeknownst to me, they upgraded ALL three of my lines and added an additional line and services. I called customer service and they suggested not going into stores because they work on commission. After one hour, it finally got taken care of. I am waiting for the credit. Absolutely unacceptable.

I was helping out my 79 year old grandmother with her plan and she needed a few things changed. I went in to help her and was greeted by an employee from the back sitting down. I explained the few things she was needing help with and was shown a phone number on his (Reilly's) phone. Reilly told me he can't help because when he's tried in the past he gets in error and it just happens all the time so to call in or go visit the corporate store in Everett as they maybe able to do it. Now you would think if this was an on-going issue you would call in to have it fixed so your customers would not have to drive 20-30 min out of their way or call in to an already hard enough phone system to navigate (especially for an elderly person). In the long run I was able to get the changes needed done, but with no help from the employee Reilly other then here's a phone number do it yourself. If your are looking for any help. I would highly suggest seeking out a corporate location vs franchise owned. Corporate stores will actually help you no matter what, even if they aren't going to make money off you (commission) during that visit.

They spent two weeks trying to repair it even down to working on the motherboard itself, but they still weren't able to get it to charge because it's a manufacturers defect and a poor design . when I went to pick it up, they didn't even charge me. They even helped point me in the right direction to try to get it fixed from the manufacturer. They really went above and beyond. Thank you guys.

    My work computer was making a horrible noise. The woman that checked it in said it sounded like a…read more"kazoo". I have not found a better description of the noise than that. The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair. Great service, content location, and that helped me a ton. It is most certainly appreciated.
