    Was given wrong information and rep I was dealing with went MIA. Avoid this location. It's cheaper to get a new phone online anyway

    Reception is absolutely awful since they forced us to go to 5g. No longer worth paying the premium price.

We were sold a WiFi system that never worked properly and were…read moreexplicitly told by the sales associate that if it didn't work, all we had to do was return it via UPS and we would not be charged. That turned out to be completely untrue. We returned the equipment as instructed and now our bill is completely messed up with charges that never should have existed. On top of that, the entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. The associate talked nonstop, barely let us ask questions, and went on long rants about how he was a shop steward, how terrible AT&T is as a company, and how he's constantly fighting management. If you hate the company that much, why are you representing it to customers? It was bizarre and did not inspire any confidence that we were being given accurate information. Between being misled about returns, incorrect billing, and listening to an employee trash his own employer the entire time, this was one of the strangest and worst retail experiences I've had. Now we're stuck wasting time trying to fix a problem that should never have happened. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store unless you enjoy confusion, misinformation, and billing headaches.

    I've heard this is one of the main places recommended on where to go to fix your broken screens. So…read morelet me just say, I went to try them out and my experience here taught me that you really have to stay on top of your service from here, meaning keep checking in on them, because they will not check in with you. I brought a tablet in to get fixed and they told me that they would order the parts, which would only take 4-6 days to be delivered, and that they should have it fixed within 1 day. I went back in on the 7th day asking for an update (because I didn't get one). They told me that they weren't sure if the parts came in because they didn't check their deliveries. My style isn't to create problems, so I told them I would be back. I asked them if they were going to contact me when it was done, and they asked me for my information. I told them that they should have had it from when I brought the tablet in? It was very strange to me. They didn't send a receipt through email as promised either. At this point, I started to worry a bit that I was going to get scammed, but I held on to faith that they would do the right thing. My husband went to pick it up weeks later and it was ready. My husband asked why they didn't send us an update that it was done. Their response was "it should have been sent out in an email." That email never came. Did they fix the screen? Yes. It was in great condition. I am glad they came through with that. My only issue is the transparency of their process. If you're not on them, I swear they might keep your item, say it was abandoned, or that they never had it. At least that is how my experience with them came off to me. Oh, and make sure you get a receipt before you leave! I can say that that part was my fault, trusting that it would have came through email. I know better now if there is a next time, anywhere.
