Scam Artists!! Don't believe them when they say they will take care of something. Hope is the worst sales associate there and can't be trusted. She will lie to your face and the store manager let's her do it. 1. Hope told me my phone was free with a new line. It was not free, and I just found that out on my first bill. After asking her repeatedly in the store that it was really free and not a pay over time thing. Lies. 2. Hope told me she changed it from Unlimited to 5G plan. She did not. She knew when I left the store that it didn't get changed. I then had to go back the next day to get it corrected. They couldn't do it so we had to call Verizon customer service, and I had to use logic and reason to get them to change it. 3. My service is about $20 more than what was originally quoted. And yes, I asked with all the fees and everything when I asked what the line would be. 4. Oh and I had to do this because Hope couldn't add me to my existing family plan without my husband's authorization, and he was out of town for the month. Frankly at this point, I'm sure she was lying so she could get the sale. I hope it was worth it. Don't go in here. Go the a REAL Verizon store. I recommend the one on S Las Vegas Blvd. Those sales associates are nice, helpful, truthful, and problem-solvers, not problem makers. read more

Absolutely and positively the worse customer service ever. I purchased a new iPhone and went it to see if they could transfer all my stuff from one iPhone to the new iPhone. He said that they weren't able to do that because they don't have WiFi capabilities. I've had co workers tell me that their carrier ATT did it for them with no problem. I couldn't get Verizon to do it nor did he even bother to look at my phone. Low and behold the new iPhones you just need to put your phone side by side and it pairs from the other phone. If the unhelpful employee even knew anything or even gave me more than a minute he MIGHT have been able to give me that tad bit of information. Great employees you are hiring Verizon! Keep up the good work on selecting employees that lack the motivation to help others when your store is completely empty and hd couldn't take him 5 minutes or less to help someone out. This is the 3rd time we've been in a Verizon store and the employees have been lacking in customer service. The other Verizon store that lacked Good Customer service is the one on Eastern and St. Rose. Hopefully ATT or TMOBILE will get better with their coverage so we can leave Verizon soon. read more

BEWARE..... if I could give this store 0 stars I would. I went in for an upgrade and told them I didn't want the edge plan any more and would rather pay up front. Jasmine or "jazzy" told me that it's like only 4 bucks a month (which I thought was too good to be true but why would they lie right?) Next, I was telling her that I need a charger and she said that I get a charger, extra cord for the charger, a case, and screen protector included with a package they are doing. When I got charged a little over 200 I thought it was the package for a phone w/2 year contract and the accessories.... like she told me before I signed the screen. Then I get my printed receipt and this is what I paid for: $40 screen protector, $80 "goadvantage premium", $20 car charger, $11 cable, $45 otterbox.... That b**** charged me for everything including some wack $80 charge for who knows what... PLUS I'm still on the edge plan and getting charged $29 a month for financing the device when I specifically said I wanted to get on a contract instead! I needed all of that and would have paid for it if she was honest... however she straight out lied and was beyond shady.... telling me it was "including". I'm taking everything back today and going to purchase it at a real verizon store. It'll probably be the same cost but I don't care.... Jasmine does not deserve the commission on this sale... and from the reviews about her on this yelp she should not even have her job! read more

Just have to say the customer service here is awesome! So awesome they deserve a 5 star rating instead of the 4 start they already have. Stephanie helped my mom and I get new phones and switch our plan to the Verizon edge plan! We also received a promotion for 10GB data plan to share on our family plan! For a reasonable price! Which is more then enough! My mom isn't into electronics as much as I am lol she was going from the old Casio ravine or rock and upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S4! Stephanie and Martel were both very helpful! My mom also gets nervous when buying new cell phones so somehow Stephanie managed to help her understand her new phone, how our new plan works and break down the pricing for today! So props to her for that lol They also helped me get rid of my piece of crap iPhone and get me into the droid turbo! She helped me also realize how android operating system is better then iOS, which means a lot to me because if we're spending a lot on these devices I want to invest my money into something that will be worth my time and money! I work at a dental office in Las Vegas and we encourage our patients to leave us reviews when they have exceptional service! So I understand how it's very helpful for companies! That's one star too many! The mgr here amber wofford and her assistant mgr jazzy are two of the rudest persons i have ever encountered in a store and were beyond unprofessional. I originally came into the store to pay my bill and buy charger the guy said i qualified for new ph because i had been w/verizon for so long...i said but i would have to sign another two yr contract which i do not want to do...emphasized this!! anyhow i end up dealing with ms. wofford for some reason and they told me the phone would only be 249.00 i asked how come so cheap, don't recall what she said but then spent awhile showing me the gold ph but ordered me a blk???? Went to pick up ph and gave Meghan mine, she broke my otter case opening it and gave me papers to sign...two yr contract that i had said i definitetly wasn't getting into, i then spent 3 hrs in there before leaving after telling her to keep the phone and i didnt like being scammed. Went back to store to-day to get my refund, amber told jazzy to take care of me as she was w/customer, i told amber that because of whatever Meghan j. did my bill had risen..she nastily denied they did anything..very nasty, i guess she didn't like hearing the problem i had with the service or lack thereof... totally different than when she was selling me a ph with a contract i had told them both i didn't want. anyhow Jazzy also made some smart ass remarks to me, i told them i needed to bring back the charger that i now had for a samsung instead of the i ph, went home and brought it back to Jazzy and Meghan who yet again couldn't figure out how to get the r eciept frm the computer....Jazzy insisted that i pay 8% restocking fee, i asked amber if she was really going to charge me she replied to her rather loudly in front of her customer to 'just give her the charger i would love to just get rid of her anyway' quote end quote..really? up untill this time i hadn't even said a word! Worst place ever! I didn't realize this was a "GoWireless" store and not a REAL VERIZON. I went to renew my contract and get a new phone, which they don't ever have in stock, by the way. So we had to order my iPhone 6 and I had to wait for it to come by mail. I was frustrated and walked outside to have a cig. In the meantime, my 18 yr old daughter was talked into opening her OWN account and getting her own NEW PHONE since we had to wait for mine to come in the mail. But.....she still had a year to go on my plan!!! My phone was the only one up for renewal!! So now, 24 hrs later, I'm able to pry the phone out of her hands and explain to her what she had done. So, the next day, we return her phone and tell them she wants out of contract, it's only been 24 hrs so they agree and take her phone back but tell her that she has to pay a bunch of cancellation fees.....which she agrees to.....but she just turned 18 so she really doesn't know that she doesn't have to pay anything!!!!! Here we are 5 months later and she's STILL RECEIVING A BILL!!! It's showing that she is still under contract with them after paying at least $300 in cancellation charges! I called Verizon just now and spoke with someone who says that they owe her $508.79!! The charges are erroneous and will be refunded immediately!! This Jazzy girl at GoWireless needs to learn how to do her job because it sounds like there are several people upset with her "lack of knowledge". Or maybe "new contacts" is where they make their money. SO PLEASE, BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! Total scammers!! They will take your money, one way or another!!
