I come back first thing the next day, and screen is not in stock (he didn't pick it up), advising that instead his boss is going to bring it in a couple hours. I call back 4 hours later to check on it, and the screen isn't there and he doesn't know the status but he said he'll call his boss. After discussing with my wife, we decide to drive over there and get the phone (about 30 minutes after getting off the phone with the employee) - he doesn't not recognize me ("ugh, can I help you?") and once I remind him of what's going on he says "honestly, I haven't even called my boss". In retrospect, I should have not been surprised due the employee wearing sunglasses inside during all three of our interactions and wearing the same clothes has he was the day before. Ultimately, I found a cheaper and more professional option in Stockton to complete the screen repair, and will never consider RepairALL at any location ever again.

My first choice with good ratings said they would need to keep my laptop for a couple weeks. That wasn't agreeable with me, so I ended up going to ComputerLink. ComputerLink said they may have my laptop fixed by Monday but definitely within the week. I didn't hear from them during the week and returned on the following Saturday - and they didn't even look at it at all. Needless to say, I was a pretty perturbed. The tech called me on the following Tuesday to let me know he's working on my laptop and will call me back when it's done - and I never got a call back. So I again go on Saturday to get a status update on my laptop and they said it's been done - but they didn't call me. They charge $80/hour and charged me for 3 hours. I would think they would call me to let me k is the estimate beforehand - especially if it's going over the initial hour. And highly skeptical it took 3 hours to fix. They took off $40 for their poor customer service but the good news is, they fixed the issue.

We were dealing with a very stressful and expensive car issue, and even though the problem wasn't his responsibility, Elijah made every effort to help us find a solution. When you're in a situation like that, having someone who treats you with patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to help makes a huge difference. He never made us feel like we were just another customer--he made us feel like he actually cared about helping. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, and Elijah is a great example of what it should look like.
