So I had signed up with Verizon and from the beginning the personal made so many errors to my plan that I just stayed away from this location till I recently had to make some changes and had to personally come in and many changes have been made with location and personal. I had came in and was assisted by Manager name Jennifer and she was super helpful and help me out with my plan needs and understand more on my plan. This Verizon franchise might be large and look nice (both inside and out), but the service here is horrible! We made two visits. During the first visit we ordered a phone and was told that it would be in within 5-7 days. 10 days later the phone hadn't even been ordered yet! We were notified almost a month after our first visit that the phone was finally in and we could come pick it up. We set a time to do so and arrived promptly at the set time. We were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes because it was in the safe, which had a time delay. WTF? We had just told them that we were on our way and would be there at the set time - they should have started the process of getting the phone out then! Incredibly unprofessional! We had planned to make a quick stop on our way to another meeting - which we ended up being late for. Also, we were flat out lied too about the discount for the phone! We were told when we ordered the phone that there would be a $400 discount. When we picked up the phone we were told that we needed to add another line to our plan to get the discount. Why the hell would we add another line? We made it perfectly clear when we ordered the phone that it would be an upgrade for an already existing line. And since when did they start charging to transfer the phone information? $40!!! Screw that - we did it ourselves (safer that way anyway since we saw them using their own personal phones to make calls to customers' phones to make sure that they transferred). read more

Very different visit to this Verizon store more than a year after a subpar visit. Wes provided expert assistance and, unlike previous visits, clearly explained how my monthly charges would change. Left with my phone totally set up right, and the service was quick, too. While waiting for my phone to update, a homeless person entered the store and was being difficult. With aplomb, he tried to help them, answered their questions, and treated them with dignity, and then helped them on their way. Note to Verizon: the staff on duty Friday morning is what you should be aiming for to provide best service for the face of the company. read more

This is my neighborhood Verizon store and every time I come here, everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I recently had to upgrade my phone and everything was seamless and quick. What made me give the review was how kind they were to their senior customers. I know that may seem a bit random to comment on but seniors tend to have more questions with technology and may require more patience and communication about their gadgets and the folks working here were really great. We have purchased most all of our phones at this dealer over the past 15-20 years. I don't have to tell you what a treat it is to get a new phone. It's always been an exciting time for my kids and even for my husband and I. ...not to mention expensive. In this case however, our sales clerk was abrasive and aggressive. He hurried us along and we did not have time to enjoy the experience. There were no other customers in the store and there was one clerk standing around so I don't think we were taking too much of their time. He had only his personal phone and the other clerk's personal phone to demonstrate the color options. He didn't have any on display nor did he offer to get one from the back. We ended up choosing the color off his phone's screen! Once we had decided on the model and color, he announced that it would be $128. As if I knew what this was for. I asked and he explained with impatience that it was for the screen protector(s) and case. I said I didn't know that was mandatory. His explanation was also aggressive. I really just wanted to weigh our options but he made us feel very rushed and uninformed. It continued like this for the rest of the time. I don't think he even said thank you for our business. Before we had packed up our items he was off pushing the next customers around who had just walked in. He said over his shoulder that we would receive a survey and that he would appreciate a "10". You bet, I thought. No survey has come so I found my way here. Like I said, this should have been an enjoyable experience and instead this particular sales clerk ruined it for us. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any Verizon affiliated store. We ordered our phones online to be picked up at the store the next morning. After not receiving an "order is ready" email we decided to call the store to see the status of our order. We were then told by the representative that our order was on hold and we had to call customer service to sort it out. I was given a number to call which ended up being the wrong number so we had to look for the correct number on our own. After speaking to headquarters our order was released and a confirmation email was sent for us to pick up the order. Upon arriving at the store we were told that our order was magically cancelled and we would have to start the process all over in store. The representative didn't seem to care about all the hoops that we had to jump through all day just to get to this point. It seems really convenient for the representative, who is probably making commission if he opens the line, that our order was canceled with no such email from verizon. As I write this review it's been hours since our order was magically cancelled and no email has been sent. I strongly believe if my order was cancelled for reason other than my own I would receive some sort of email. After standing in the store for over an hour waiting for them to start over they are now telling me that they are unable to do it since I initially ordered online.....what a joke. read more

Where to start my wife and I met Wes the assistant manager, who wrote out a plan as to what it would cost for my 8 cell phones and two tablets to be wireless un initial I thought it was gonna be more expensive. AT&T was offering free upgrades to the 15 same as Verizon so I went to my AT&T store to upgrade mind you I haven't upgraded in years and when cingular died in 2004 I jumped to AT&T before they merge the phones my brother didn't it took three weeks to get his phones working right . All of my lines had free upgrades with AT&T, the person at the counter, looked at my wife's 7+ my eight my 10 and said none of them were qualified for turning and they were worth 30 bucks apiece. We went back to Wes's and he said all of your phones qualify. Will give you free phones will set you up with a plan, then proceeded to set me up with a business plan because they were my business phones. I didn't ask to make my experience incredible so far the service with Verizon is, nothing less than perfect. I waited three weeks to see how I felt about their service. I would also like to mention due to my phones age. Wes had to work his butt off to get data transferred in the whole time. He apologize for it taking so long as an experience goeswith switching from one carrier to another this was my best experience of the other six times I stared with l.a. Cellular , on a personal note. Jacqueline went over and above to help us during three visits on this separate days. She was polite and friendly throughout and we never waited long. This review is mainly for Tawfiq, the Manager. He went above and beyond to fix a situation that started off soooooo wrong with the the asst mgr (young guy with glasses). The asst mgr. appeared to hate his job providing misinformation about trading in a phone and receiving a 300 incentive per line. He also told me a phone case was 39.99 but rang it up at 49.99 and didn't tell me until I questioned the receipt. Well when it was time to pick up the note plus we found that to get the 300 incentive you had to switch to an unlimited plan. Something he did not tell us. So basically my husband and I were paying almost full price for each phone. At this point we opted to work with Tawfiq, he was awesome with everything. Even though we didn't qualify for that 300 incentive, he found us some other promotional deals. He was social and personable...when you go definetly look for him and no one else! read more

The 4 stars are for the salesperson Pauline and the assistant manager Darrin. Both very patient, helpful, and professional. The manager is an idiot. He double parked, blocking in cars, so he could come inside store and yell at Darrin because "his" space was being used. His name is nowhere on any parking spaces nor are any dedicated to their store. This guy, name starts with "T" treated darrin like a child and he ignored the customers in the store. He yelled at darrin to follow him into back room so they could "deal with this in private" then he was so loud, it was appalling to listen to this man chastise and belittle his Assistant Manager. If I need help and the manager is only person available, I will wait or come back. He needs to be held accountable by the owner and Verizon! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This is NOT an actual VERIZON store, this is a third party store. I walked in to switch over to Verizon and already looked up the deal Verizon was offering (trade in your phone to qualify for a free phone). The customer service rep. stated "You have to purchase our accessory bundle for each line in order to qualify." I was surprised because I didn't read that online, so this employee charged me $400 in accessories that I did NOT want or need. On top of that, he charged me 3 extra $29.99 fees that he stated were activation fees but I got billed for an activation fee on my first bill (one fee Verizon customer service didn't even know what that was for). I called Verizon directly and they said that I do NOT have to purchase an accessory bundle and that employee should not be stating that & to go back and get a refund on the accessories. The manager was not there when I returned, so I had to call Verizon again and try to work out all the overcharges and mystery fees that were added on to my bill. I picked up my new Iphone 14 at Best Buy yesterday (Saturday) and had an appt w/ their tech "squad" for data transfer & set up. 2-1/2 hrs into my appt, their staff could not complete phone set up. I went home, disappointed. I decided to go to the Hastings Ranch Verizon retailer, Viktra, whose well designed, w/ several customer help desks with staff that seemed knowledgeable, doing their jobs. Elias A., a smart and patient man, was my agent today, and after first listening carefully to me, he proceeded to figure out how to set up my phone. He calmly went through a series of steps over the phone w/ Verizon support & my phone was soon properly set up and working well. Elias and the other Viktra staff who were there today all seemed to be working well with the other customers, so I wanted to write this review because I was very happy w/ the service I received today! read more

I usually go to Verizon Corporate stores but walked by this store and thought I would give it a try. I asked if they were different to Verizon Corporate and was told no. "We're the same, just no long wait". Great!! They had the phone I wanted and they said it's the same price. Pauline was great. She answered my questions and quickly transferred my data. Within a few minutes I was walking out with my new phone and was really happy how easy it was.. There is a $19.99 fee to transfer the data from your old phone to your new phone, but considering how easy, friendly, and quickly I was walking out with exactly what I wanted without waiting for an appointment or waiting in lines to be helped I think it's a small price to pay.. I really recommend this place to all my fellow Verizon people!! Go see Anthony or Pauline and you will be in good hands. read more

I had purchased a wireless hotspot from Best Buy and went to Verizon afterwards to fix my account. While I was there, the guy who worked there told me you can upgrade that for free. He asked me to pay, but the said I could request a rebate for my money back and that it's basically free. What he didn't tell me was that he was putting me on a 2 year contract when I clearly told him I only needed this for a month or two. After going back here to resolve the issue, he wasn't willing to help and didn't seem like he gave a damn. He seemed happy to have tricked a customer into a contract that I never even signed and happy that he got a commission. After going to an actual Corporate Verizon store, I learned to never trust this store or any other private store again. Avoid this place. read more

Oh Lord help me be nice. Save yourself and never go near this Verizon, which " is an authorized retail store and not really a Verizon store" - which is how it was explained to me. They didn't carry the case I've purchased several times from Verizon for 20 years, they couldn't bring up my account, which I've had since the beginning of cell phones and Verizon, and they could not apply my glass screen protector, even though it comes with a fool proof template. They messed up the first two and threw them in the back. Finally, the store manager came out from the back and applied the third one. Reps have no idea what their talking about when it comes to their promotions for new customers, and after misleading me for about 10 minutes about 2 promotions that don't actually exist, not only did they tell me to pay my phone off and would be reimbursed (which according to Verizon corporate is a lie) but after I paid 2 lines out in full, upon my return they remembered that they had no 5g sims in stock. Complete waste of time and absolutely furious about the misinformation. Awful customer service. I bought a phone online and picked it up at this store. The white guy who was working last Sunday was really unhelpful. He basically gave me a phone number to call to activate my new phone myself. I wasted gas and my time. My advice for you if you are buying a phone online is to have it delivered at home and call Verizon support. It will take them 5 minutes to get you all set up over the phone.
