George does amazing work. I had him install 4 new ethernet ports (2 of which were pretty hard to…read morerun a cable through due to the location in the house/attic), and mount a large TV and soundbar, along with some in-wall cable/power management. He was meticulous and thoughtful every step of the way. From vacuuming up any dust/debris left behind, to clever cable wrapping so that we could extend the TV out while still hiding the cables, and everything in between. He even had some good suggestions for how to improve and streamline my setup a bit, some of which included a slight additional cost, but I never once felt pressured into any of the decisions. I'll absolutely be hiring him again for any future A/V work needed.

I'm updating my original review because, with the benefit of time and additional troubleshooting, I…read moreno longer believe it accurately reflects my overall experience. After the installation, we experienced ongoing audio and video issues, including intermittent black screens and audio dropouts. At the time, the problem was extremely frustrating because it persisted for months despite multiple attempts to resolve it. Looking back, I want to acknowledge that George put significant effort into helping us. In addition to mounting TVs, installing network outlets, running cables, and setting up our amplifier and speaker system, he spent time troubleshooting the issue both remotely and on-site. George's conclusion was that an existing HDMI cable that had been installed before his involvement might need to be replaced. We chose not to pursue that option at the time due to the additional cost, which would have been an unnecessary expense (a few hundred bucks). I decided to contact the vendor directly myself and eventually resolved the issue by changing settings recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Once those settings were adjusted, the audio and video problems disappeared. Because the problem was ultimately not caused by the installation work, I feel my original review was unfairly critical. While the troubleshooting process was frustrating for everyone involved, I appreciate George's professionalism, responsiveness, and the quality of the installation work he performed. I wanted to update my review to provide a more accurate and balanced assessment of my experience.

Almost a year ago, they sent someone out to set everything up, and boy were they quick. I got the devices from them that allow me to wireless watch and manage my alarm and the guy was really helpful in making sure I understood how it works. Every time I've accidentally tripped the alarm, they have been really prompt in calling me to make sure everything is ok, and on the rare occasion I have had an issue with my cameras or wireless, they have gone out of their way to help me right away. When you are a business owner, you NEED security like this so you can sleep at night. ;) Anyways, They've been great to me, they're affordable, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

They also sold me two universal remotes and programed my existing equipment for surround sound, wireless interface (blue tooth), apple TV, cable etc... This was several thousand dollars and they agreed to do it for less than the original bid. They showed about an hour late and worked throughout the day to hook up my existing equipment in addition to the installation of the speakers and programing my new Universal remotes. There were two guys however one left early while the other ended up working into the evening. I wasn't exactly prepared to spend the entire day and evening at home waiting for them to finish. I was very dissatisfied with the way they did wire management and their lack of communication.. In addition I was there late waiting for them to finish the job because the guy who left early was the one who knew how to program the remote to the Apple TV. It took a couple hours for the other guy to figure it out and he wasn't to happy about it either. In addition there was a lack of follow through and customer service. I highly recommend that you get several bids and ask questions specific questions about their service. and installation techniques. Overall I give them four out of ten stars. If possible find a team that offers good customer service. That was not my experience with Custom Electronics.

This store is an absolute abomination now. I was shocked at the amount of trash and dirty food…read more The clothing section is the worst. I didn't manage to grab a photo of it, but there was a bunch of crushed hot Cheetos on some clothes. Please see the photos and see for yourself. I'm not blaming the employees because I suspect that the store is very shortstaffed and not being given the payroll budget they need to hire additional help. On the day I went shopping I ran into so many customers not even wanting to shop for clothes because of how disorganized and messy everything was. And it's not just messy. It's unsanitary! With flu and cold season coming up, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Either in the store shopping or drive up. It's really easy to shop in the app for pick up especially because they offer a larger variety of baby items (Stonyfield yogurt) than the local grocery store. I just shop in the app and select drive up. If an item you want for pick up is out of stock, they will either make a substitution if you opted for one, offer you to pick it up from another location, ship it to you, or cancel it. Usually when you order online the minimum is $35 or orders placed using your Target RedCard can score you free shipping. The staff at this store is helpful and drive up has always gone smoothly. The layout makes sense and it is easy to find items. I still love the OG scanning machines to find the price. TIP: I've scanned items using my phone with the Target app, but sometimes items can be marked as clearance without the sticker. I scored kid's boots on clearance. The app had a higher price than the store. TIP: if you have Sprint/T-Mobile, the cell phone service is horrible in the shopping area so be sure to screenshot the drive up code once you get it as the employee needs it to close out your order if you're picking up.
