Terrible store. I ordered an upgrade online through Verizon for pick up at this store. I am on day 3, and they have not contacted me to let me know that my device is ready. I am not able to just go in for pick up, but needed to wait for the confirmation. I called the store, a few times, and they do not awnser. I get forwarded to Verizon Customer service. Verizon cusomter service does not know why it is not ready, and they don't answer the phone when CS calls, either. Avoid this location at all costs. **Verizon customer service stepped in and is sending my phone overnight. They also helped with activating an old phone/sim as the phone being replaced was damaged. They have been great--it is this store that has horrible customer service. read more

20 minutes until they closed and the guy said they were booked for the day as the first excuse but I asked when do they close and told me at 4pm, further continued to talk outside and apologize while no other customers were in-store and employees were just hanging out chatting inside. My husband and I went into this store and got completely ignored and not one employee acknowledged us. We waited about 20 minutes before walking out. I typically don't expect the most fun experience when I go into upgrade or buy a new phone, much like going to a used car lot. We were 'lucky' enough to get Andre as our 'solutions specialist'. To start, Andre couldn't bring himself to pull his hand out his pocket to shake my boyfriend's hand. We spoke for a moment about plans and how my boyfriend needs to go unlimited due to heavy overages. Andre then informed us that the phones were buy one get one free. So instead of a Samsung we started talking iPhone. Which he informed both of us that if we didn't want a second iPhone (for free) we had the option to get an iPad for half off or an iwatch for free. Thhheeeeennnn the real plans came out. Suddenly, there was actually nothing for free. We missed the buy one get one free by a couple days (cough*cough* the end of February). The 3 options were basically some discounted gear and an Iwatch that you could pay full price for (the discount is that you are able to pay it off on a payment plan). Both of us were rather perplexed and asked Andre, "so there's no buy one get one free phone?'" Andre was so kind as to laugh and respond to us, "well nothings free." I gave my boyfriend the 'let's go look at phones in privacy' signal. We both decided the last thing we wanted to do today was purchase a phone from Andre or this Verizon store. We were going to walk out with a new phone today. After pushing, prodding, lying and overselling, Andre talked himself right out of a guaranteed sale. We will take our commission and sales number to another Verizon store, ran by a better manager and staffed with a better team. Andre did say that one of the plans came with a free jet pack; suuurrrprise suuuurrprise, it wasn't a real fly your butt to cool places, jet pack (nor was it free). You know what, Andre, honesty, eye contact and getting off your damn phone when dealing with customers is free. read more

Verizon, saw your response. I have already filed a complaint with you and have been awaiting a call back for 2 days. Look at your system and give me a call as promised 2 days ago. If your truly trying to make amens then look into your own system, see that I called and was told I would be contacted back by the store manager. Still waiting and number is a Verizon number on file left in the compliant so you have my number. Sadly I would love to give a higher review. Unfortunately my wife and I purchased two new phones and making this happen during this time was almost impossible. We tried the online ordering (system issues prevented, so advised to visit store,we tried calling to order online (yep still NO), so as a last attempt we tried to schedule an appointment at the store or order for curb side pickup. Guess what, they are not taking phone calls! So after attempting to do things the right way during this pandemic we had to resort back to good ol fashion drive down and walk in. After pleading our case to security we were allowed in helped by Jonathan and left with new phones (FYI our died and we could not wait as the old phones did not work). Seeing you have to transfer phone info yourself now, we won't home and attempted to no avail. After hours on the phone we were told there was an error and we needed an new SIM card. So now we have to go back down to the store, here we go again. My wife went alone and was met at the door by employee Chase. Now Chase is mad he is working because he approached my wife very aggressively outside asking why she was there. She informed him of the issue and he then tells her you need to call 611. She went to inform him she has tried and was told to come in he places her hand in her face and says "don't Interrupt me and let me finish. So my usually quite school working wife informed him to never put his hand in her face again and that she felt he was threatening her. He advised her she no longer allowed to shop there and that she would have to leave. Here is the moral of this review. During this pandemic when trying to follow guidelines of less in person contact Verizon has made it impossible to NOT have to go into a store. And then the employees are obviously not wanting to work and not trained properly on customer service and lack the knowledge or understanding that their own company may not be running 100%. I have been with Verizon for many years. Looks like they want their customer to go to T Mobile and not in the business of retaining customers. read more

I am so happy accidentally went to this store. I was waiting for Apple store techinician request. I bought apple watch series 4. Need to ask Verizon to connect the watch. Since must wait for apple tech at least 3.5 hours. I yelp and found the store in walking distance. Kamran was so professional and friendly. He helped me and made me feel I can trust him. Since my account is business account. He asked me why am I switched over from Verizon to ATT around May. I told him, Verizon in Ontario, retail independent store, Victra, lied and cheat to me. I moved back to ATT 37 mobile lines. He asked me if it was ok to ask his business manager, Ms. Heba to contact me. I said "sure". I just got out of the store (June 6th 2017 8:08pm)waiting and waiting and no and helped me . I was there and the manager showed me where the phone was since I told her that I want iphone 6s plus. She got my phone number down, and he disappeared. They served people who came later than me. Asked help but none actually helping. They rather stock phone cases on the display case than selling a phone to a person who repeatedly ask for help for purchasing a phone. What was wrong with them? There were staffs who could help us. Wow my wife went to this store to buy a new iPhone CASH and use her existing number. She needed my permission as it's my long standing account. She called me as to helping her with Pin or what ever they would need. Her salesperson Andrey told me in no uncertain terms he would be FIRED if he tried to assist us. She walked into Apple 20 mins later call me with her new iPhone 7 and said that Apple had gladly excepted our money and our business. SHADY! Avoid this store. One of our phone numbers was hacked and transported to a new phone without our authorization. They did it at the end of the night before closing and we were lucky enough to catch another Verizon store near us to rectify the situation. We were sent a text that said they were moving the number to a new phone and before we could even respond it was done and we were locked out of our account. I called Verizon corporate and told them the situation - they tried reaching out to the store manager but the store has the phone number go to a corporate loop number so you never get anyone which they assured me was wrong. From explaining the situation it did not sound like protocol was followed and it was probably an inside job. I was given the name of the regional manager and finally relented to reaching out to him via linked in. He assured me someone would reach out. They did not. Nor did he return my follow up. We're so lucky the store near us helped and the customer service was great and no issues getting someone on the phone there. Two months ago I went in to switch over from my t mobile account to Verizon. The wait time wasn't long for assistance and the service was great. I was helped by Sean. He was so helpful. He help me figure out which plan I wanted, didn't pressure me to buy extra stuff although I couldn't pass the great package deal they had! He was very knowledgeable of everything I asked and made sure I was walking out knowing what I was paying for and satisfied with my purchase. I was at the Verizon store in Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, this morning. I had been there 1 year before, and an excellent 5 star gentleman named Zaid, helped me who apparently no longer works there. However, today I would give them a zero for helpfulness and customer service, both of which were severely lacking, hence, a 1 star on this review since there wasn't a zero star selection. A few minutes after entering the store, a lady digitally signed us in on an IPad and told us we were second in line. An older couple was ahead of us, and were already there waiting when we walked in. A third couple walked in shortly after we had been waiting there for a few minutes. Jonathon, the person who eventually helped us (or not) told my son that he was going to quickly help the couple who just walked in, before he helped the older couple ahead of us, and then us. That "quickly" took twenty more minutes. Then he went to help the older couple in front of us in line, who had been waiting there for quite some time as well, and basically blew them off in a few minutes, told them they can do whatever they needed to do in the computer on their own. That's why people go to the store, right? So they can be told to do it themselves on a computer. Wow! How insensitive! Our turn came up, and instead of really helping us to make sure we did what we needed to do correctly, he kept walking away and coming back instead of paying attention and helping us with what we needed. He started helping another customer who walked in, while he was supposed to be helping us with our technical issue, and I finally had to ask him if he could just stay put with us to make sure we were selecting everything ourselves correctly. I had to put the phone flat on the desk on speaker when we were calling, as Jonathon was too far away to hear what the company we were calling was saying or what was on the screen and had no interest in helping us with what we needed to do. We had to call again, because he wasn't paying attention to what they were telling us. I asked him some questions he was unable to answer, and which he didn't want to look up, which would have been very helpful to us later in the day when we again called the insurance company, after we still had not yet heard back from the insurance company about the claim. Ray, from the Asurion claim department on the phone was extremely helpful and helped us step by step to process our claim. I feel sorry for this Victoria Gardens store. I don't know who the manager is, but he or she should be ashamed of themselves for such shabby and lazy customer service. I hope Verizon Corporate reads this review and calls the Victoria Gardens store on it. read more

I received an offer in my email from Verizon for $100 off the purchase of a phone. Also, they had a promotion for Ipad. The promotion says order online and I was advised by a rep that I could do in store pick up. I completed my order in the store, waited a hour for the order to process in the system to find out they put my order on hold. I had to call customer service for them to explain that the store couldn't process the promotion because the store didnt have enough phones in stock. I was ordering a Iphone 6 plus so it wasn't like it was a new phone. So although they had the phone in stock, the wouldn't honor the discount. Typical of big companies like Verizon not to honor their promotion and turn their head. They had the phone in stock but didn't want to sell it to me at a discount. What a joke! Two hours wasted!!! I came to this store today around 7pm because I wanted to see if I could upgrade to a diffrent phone. The first thing I noticed was that all of the employees were just sitting. When I entered the store, they didn't even get up, just said hello to me from where they were sitting and chatting. I got "help"from a very unhelpful employee who basically walked away from me without helping me while I was looking at all of the phones and asking about them. A few seconds later, he ran back to me, and said, "Sorry miss we are closed!" First of all, there's better, more polite ways of kicking a customer out. Second, if a customer comes into the store you are working at, make sure you at least out effort into helping them. If you don't want to work there, quit. This was the worst Verizon store I have ever visited. I went in to replace a screen saver that I had purchased at a different Verizon store. I was told to go to a kiosk in the center of the mall. I went there and they sent me back to the store. When I returned, the two men "helping" me were condescending and rude. They told me a purchased my screen saver from an authorized store, but not a corporate store. That's fine, but they continued as to why I was stupid to do so and it was my fault that I can't get my screen saver replaced. I was "man-splained" about screen savers for 10 minutes before being told I was "dumb" for shopping at a sub-par non-corporate Verizon store. This was infuriating and demeaning. I left the store frustrated and in tears. I called my local store and they were more rah willing to help me. I will NEVER shop at this Verizon again. (15 yr customer) read more

Such a bad experience. The guy with the scooter tried to sell me a "free" phone...he did not like it when I pointed out it was not free (you have to get a new line). Then he just handed me my new phone in a box without any additional help or support. It was an awkward & uncomfortable experience. Not sure what her name is but it's the girl with the Nike eyebrows. She was extremely rude. I went into the store because I needed help setting up my new iPhone. Due to Covid 19, they couldn't touch any screens which is completely understandable. As she started walking me through the iPhone setup process, she looks at me and says "that's why they sent YOU the phone so that you can set it up". I explained that I wasn't tech savvy but there she is being rude. Then I had asked her a question about screen protectors and she cut me off shaking her head saying "nope weren't doing it". Don't ever come to this location! I was put on a two year contract for a jet pack without my consent. I was told it was free when given to me. As soon as i noticed I was being charged $20 a month I complained to the manger. He said he could do nothing and if I wanted it cancelled I would have to pay $250 or continue paying. I called customer service after and they did nothing as well! I was robbed of $480 for a jet pack I never used. I've been a customer for over 12 years and this is how I am treated!? F**** you! Terrible experience at the Apple store, went to the Verizon store and this great guy, Xavier introduced himself and check my phone then proceeded to give me all the options and either repair or replace. No hard sale just gave me all the options and pricing. Ended up with a new iPhone 8s and a great package. He lowered my monthly bill plus gave me a the upgraded phone and a bunch of extras. Outstanding customer service skills. Really enjoyed his travel & family history. Excellent experience. I highly recommend going to this store and stay far way from the rude salesman at Apple store. read more

I went to this location 3 days ago and purchased a IPhone XR ( unlimited package ) , Apple IPad ( unlimited package ) , 2 Air pods . The person who helped me Zade didn't tell me about ANY promotions you get when you have the unlimited package he purposely didn't tell me about the 6 months free Apple Music the Verizon Up app rewards program and so much more . Zade also removed valuable information off the receipt/Slip that suppose to state his name , and what the packages come with . He also lied and didn't give me a selection of colors I could've gotten the iPad and phone in stating they both ONLY came in black which of course was another lie . The employees at this location are obviously trained to only tell customers that they feel are "worthy" of knowing about the promotions. Purchased there new glass screen saver and it cracked a week after didn't even drop my phone. Talked to the manager Terry and she basically said I was lying and that they where not responsible for the damage. It is suppose to be a stronger screen and the sales guy pressured me to buy it for my iPhone 6 plus. This location cares about making the sale and making there commission but when it comes down to taking care of a customer that has been with them for 10 years they don't. Be careful when you go into this store I spoke to customer service and you don't have to buy any accessories from them they are forcing people. Manager needs to have empathy for her customers. Stopped in during the holiday to add an Ipad to my family plan. I was taken cared of within minutes. He installed a new sims card and all. I even purchased a brand new Ipad case and film protector. They took the time to listen to my concerns and resolved all the issues quickly and with care. He even installed the protective film for me. Went into the store to buy two new phones, was willing into buy phones outright. Andre helped me, he gave me all the deals and told me if I I went with two iPhone Xs, I would receive buy one get one free, I wouldn't have to change my number or anything, my bill wouldn't change as long as I would pay off the phone after the 30 days, I just would have to wait 30 days to pay the one phone fully off. I told him I did not want my phone bill to change and I didn't want to finance any phones. He reassured me multiple times as long as I paid the one phone off after 30 days, nothing will change and I will the credit of the second phone on the bill. Thought hey this is a great deal might as well do it. 30 days passed and went to pay off the one phone and surprisingly I saw that i was charged for two phones with no credit!!! I went in to talk to Andre he reassured me I should have a credit and not to worry but don't pay off the second phone just yet to make sure that the credit goes through. After 3 months, each month my bills showing no credit so I was having to go back to the store consecutively and each time being told you'll have your credit, or, the manager will credit you, or I just need to put this paper in to show, don't worry you'll see your credit, and then you can pay off your 2nd phone, and the manager will call you and help you. Last night, I spoke to Andre and their manager once again, which they had a horrible attitude, but they said I am sorry I made a mistake, but were not going to help you or give any kind of credit. Spoke to Customer service and their supervision and they said I see that you have been to the store multiple times with and being told to come back with all the hopes, but were not going to honor anything. I would NOT got to this store, they do not honor what they promise, they are not helpful, very deceiving, and have poor customer service. As far as phoning in and speaking with customer service for over a hour, not helpful which is upsetting specially after seeing all the notes with being a previous customer to this company for years. They didn't even want to take a formal complaint, but I did give a formal complaint finally. I am very disappointed and I will be looking elsewhere. I will also NOT be referring this company to any of my fellow veterans, family members, friends, or to anyone else. Next time Verizon own up to your mistakes, honor what you say and don't treat customers who have been with you for years with such disrespect. read more
