Attempts to resolve things over chat on T-Life were fruitless. The app either locks up or just says chat isn't working... go the the website. The website loops you back to T-Life. We were fools and went in thinking that they were a Verizon store. We explained that we ran into a glitch while ordering a couple new lines of service on the website. They told us that they could help. At the end of the transaction, the cost was significantly higher than the Verizon website. When I questioned this, the clerk explained it as taxes and setup fees. When we got out to the car and looked over the paperwork in detail, we discovered that they didn't honor the same phone price as the Verizon website was offering and we paid $100 extra. When I went back in, 5 minutes later, to question this she said "Yeah. Sorry about that. Our phones are more expensive sometimes. Unfortunately, there is a $50 restocking fee (per line) if you want to return them". Cold blooded sharks out here taking advantage of people in this economy.

This means that an employee who is cashiering has to break away from what they're doing to come over and do returns. This often results in lengthy delays. Instead of getting instant service like we had before, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes to return my package today because they were understaffed. This has happened several times and each time is worse. Not the employees fault, but the management.
