When her iPhone SE started overheating, she went into the store for assistance. She was told she could upgrade to an iPhone Pro for only about $11 more per month. Instead, I received a bill showing an increase of roughly $45 per month. Between the misleading information, broken promises, and wasted time, we've decided to switch back to Verizon as soon as possible. If you're already a T-Mobile customer, I'd avoid this location. When I went back in, 5 minutes later, to question this she said "Yeah. Sorry about that. Our phones are more expensive sometimes.
