When recognizing I did everything needed to proceed, he let me know someone will be able to help you soon and it will not take too long to get everything processed. I appreciated that. After roughly 10 minutes, Jasmine assisted me. She was very friendly despite closing time approaching and was able to process my trade in phone quickly and everything was seamless. System was down and they wanted me to return or if I had cash they could do it for $20. I didn't and totally understood things happen. I returned today and Louie helped me. He was the only one there. He tried charging me $65 (or more? I don't remember exact price?) and I said wow last week it was $20... he said he could do it for $20 if I filled out a survey. Great yes. Thanks for that offer after I had to question the price difference. He replaced my cover and didn't put it on correctly. Handed it to me with bubbles because someone else came in he wanted to help. I said wait this doesn't look right. He's like just press your finger down and the bubble will come out. So I did that and the whole protector slid off. It should not do that. Like he never had it sticking correctly anyway. So I tell him and he gets mad at me. Huffing! Gets up from the couple he was helping and tries to put the cover on again that is not sticking now. I just asked him straight forward so am I supposed to leave here with no protection that I just paid for? He says you should have come get me before doing that. Like shifting it on me like I took it off? I said well you walked away and helped another remember? He gets another one all pissed off and just went downhill from there. I get he wanted to move on and help another costumer. He prob gets compensation. But WHAT THE F! Very very poor customer service I just left. He should be fired. Wonder if an older male came in if he would have treated him the same? No one else would have tolerated that behavior. Never going into that store again. Please don't either unless you want to be blamed for their actions like narcissistic behavior. The best part. one of my camera cover stickers had cracked too. I wanted to buy more to replace the sticker. He told me that I didn't have camera stickers on it and it must have fallen off. It was the actual camera that shattered and I need to take it in to replace whole thing. When I got home. I looked more and camera is not cracked! It was the protection sticker that cracked!
