Same crappy customer service from Verizon. Went through the the Victra Guest experience team which also did not do anything to help resolve this issue, only that the reached out to Verizon to now state that this took place too long ago. I've been recently advised to contact the FCC since Verizon and Victra have not resolved this issue by crediting my account or sending me a reimbursement for over a year now. Of course all the notes mysteriously disappeared that the Verizon service reps stated were on my account for reference and escalation. I'm advising others as well if you've had the same issue. Verbiage below is a bit of the history: I have been contacting Verizon customer service, various contact numbers, for over one year. These are the last representatives I spoke with and supposedly they had noted my account with the issue: January 2025 - Manoch, Misha, Caleb February 2025 - Manisha, May, Mary March 2025 - Rio, Stephen April 2025 - Mary, Rio, Fatima, Caleb May 2025 - Chris, Iana June 2025 - Janelle, Chris July - Victa Support This all started, as mentioned in my post, when I purchased an Iphone and was given an Ipad that was stated to be free of charge and no connection to a line..... I had autopay set up so I nor my other account owners were reviewing the billing because we thought we could trust Verizon, let alone the associate. After receiving notice of a large bill, we started to look at the charges and noticed that we had been initially charged for a line (phone number) that we did not even own. The phone line was eventually removed and a small credit was issued because Verizon could only credit back for a small period of time, again ridiculous. As we researched further, we found that the Ipad that was supposedly free had been given a number and we were being charged for this as if I purchased it. So in short we were being charged for the Ipad and the phone line, hence all my calls to Verizon. They promised a credit of $780.00 based on all the unauthorized billing for the phone line and the Ipad. Prior to this, I had gone back to your store to try and find the individual who set up this unauthorized plan. Supposedly he transferred to another store unbeknownst to the service reps. Prior to this, the same individual had given me a Hotspot device that he also said was free, and again I fought to get this credited. Hence the call to the fraud department only to be told that they don't investigate employees. So this is what I have and again, no resolution at all from Verizon. I would always be promised a call back from the supervisors, as these calls had escalated, and I would be promised a credit to close this matter.
