Yeah, so original five star review faltering. I turned in my last phone today for exchange and it took out all 3 numbers. Went back to store, Bill Davion and a 3rd worker were all sitting outside saying this was a national issue and would be back up in 2 hours. I'm now in hour of 6.45 of no calls being able to me made OR received. Also, my assistant has Verizon on her own plan with her other MD and their lines fine. Neighbors up and down the block fine on T-Mobile. Clearly BS being tosses around from somewhere, so downgrading to 4 stars. read more

BEST EVER!! The manager, Bill, and Lafay completely saved my birthday!! Back in September, an unfortunate incident happened with my iPhone 10 at a Main Street establishment a couple of blocks away. My phone was out of commission at the same time the iPhone 11 was released, so for a second, I thought I wouldn't be able to get a new phone since so many were claimed. They completely took care of me and figured out a way to get me a new phone with my existing plan, without costing me a ton of extra cash. They were sympathetic to my situation and went above and beyond to deliver awesome customer service. Unlike the other Main Street establishment (sorry I'm shady lol), Bill and Lafay actually care about the neighborhood locals as more than customers. Thank you, guys! read more

Just go to an actual Verizon store. They sold me an accessory that was defective and had failed to tell me at point of purchase that it was a final sale so I was unable to return it. Went online after and the same accessory was half the cost on Amazon. Also, the team member that helped me was rude and seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in. Go to a regular Verizon store they won't charge you $50 fee for purchasing a phone and you'll be able to make returns exchanges directly/more easily. read more

SCAMMERS!!! Absolutely do not go or buy anything from this store, they are scamming customers. I went in to get an iPhone 15, and was told its a *requirement* to purchase 5 accessories to get the phone, which ended up being $350 which is insane! I felt uncomfortable but they were forcing it onto me, and while I was checking out, they were resistant to even tell me how much these forced accessories cost. It made me quite unsettled and I went home and I checked Verizons Terms and Conditions, and that requirement is absolutely not true. I confirmed with customer service as well, and they told me to return the items to the store, as it would be under their 30 day return policy. Well, I went to the store and the manager screamed at me and told me she didnt care at all. I was on the phone with customer service as well who was absolutely appalled at the behavior of these employees. I hope I can stop at least one more person from being victimized by their scummy business practices. Avoid at all costs!!! read more

Overall I just haven't had good experiences with this place. When I initially went to get my iPhone I waited forever because they were short staff. Then when the gentleman began to assist me, another lady rudely interrupted our encounter and he addressed this lady. Excuse me, I waited my turn for over an hour, she can wait her turn too. An appropriate respond would have been I'm assisting another customer. The second time I went back I went so that the screen cover could be placed and I was charged 20 dollars for a job that literally takes 2 seconds. And it wasn't even installed properly it has a bubble in the screen, he didn't use the grid to place it correctly. Then they didn't have exact change and without saying anything he just didn't give me full change. I cannot recommend this Verizon location. read more

Wow !! What's fantastic experience. I don't post a lot , but today I could help myself but to wanta share. Went in to see if my data plan could improve and was greeted by Eric the store manager. Eric was knowledgeable, helpful and just the nicest guy. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It was fast , and efficient - the store is clean and inviting - all things that are important on a precious Saturday morning. Tons of parking and no crappy strip mall or dreadful mall experience. Your smartphone has been acting up. You Google the nearest Google phone helper. It happens to be on a favorite street on your favorite part of town, on your day off and less than 5 blocks away (post-sunset spectacular, pre-ramen special). It is 20 minutes till closing. No one is in the shop, save for you and the somewhat bored customer service gent, dressed like a coach. This is Santa Monica; so laid back you are almost invisible. But Doug listened. Brought up my plan on his monitor. Offered advice. Walked me through what suggestions were mentioned on my profile. Above all: he listened. Didn't push new devices or try to sell me an upgrade. We are not in Europe or intending to travel there before Brexit, so T-Mobile is out. Doug rode the Verizon shuttle and waived me off mighty happy on Analog St., hopeful toward data-driven possibilities. read more
