I bought a phone here last year and returned it the next day. They failed to cancel the service contract so one year later and the charges still have not been removed from my account. I was very excited to get the new verizon 5+ cube. I was told both by a representative and also the Verizon app that my area was very good for this product. I signed up for the 30-day trial and was ready to switch over my devices once the cube was proven. I plugged it in and was greeted with a download speed of 5 mbs. I thought this was a fluke and moved it from the room. At no point in time did I get over 10. So, my first technical support was pretty standard. Plug unplug, push the reset button, and wait for the lights to come back on. The representative said it could take up to 24 hours for the system to normalize. The second phone call was 24 hours later. That technician was a little more knowledgeable and was not reading from a script, and I was able to get 11. After another hour, it had gone back down to five, and I called for the last time. I tried explaining to the young woman that I've already reset it several times and was there anything she could do from her side. She definitely was reading from the script and directed me to do a reset, which accomplished nothing. So after about 1 hours worth of resetting another hour of telephone calls, I took it back to the Verizon store. Besides the employee, I was the only person there and was greeted by the representative Joshue. He asked me what he could do for me today, and I told him he could take this worthless paperweight and return it. I did not yell nor did I have a raised voice. It was a normal speaking tone. He asked what was wrong with it, and I uttered the simple expression that it sucked dick. At that time, Joshue informed me that if I spoke profanity again in his store that he would kick me out. I asked him if he considered dick profanity, which he replied he did. I can understand some people are a little more sensitive, as he obviously was. I did not utter any more words except the necessary ones to complete the transaction. When he went into the back room, I asked the very small Veritas guard if he was the manager. I got absolutely no response, no eye contact, and he walked away from me. After the transaction was complete, Joshue told me to leave his store. I read over the document and proceeded out the door. After I got on to the sidewalk and started walking towards my car, which was approximately six parking spots up, I openly sweared while walking on the sidewalk regarding the transaction. I was not facing the store, looking at anyone, just simply walking back to may truck. I had already left Verizon and figured it was okay. I turned around momentarily after about 40 ft and saw the little Veritas guard following me. I asked him if there was something that he wanted once again, and he did not respond. I asked him if he had an issue or a problem , and he continued walking towards me mumbling. I told him you obviously are following me, so you obviously have an issue. He mumbled something under his breath, which I did not understand or hear. At that time, since I figured he may not understand English, I told him to kiss my butt in Spanish and continued to my car. I am curious about what he was trying to accomplish. The peacocking grand gesture of stalking me to my car might have been intimidating if I had been his equivalent size. The fact that he intentionally followed me halfway towards my car shows poor judgment on his part and should be questioned by his employers. I had no point in time did I turn around after leaving the door with the exception to confront my would-be stalker. read more

I am very disappointed in the customer service here. I am a long time account holder with 3 lines and an iwatch. I needed help with financial services. I was taken to a land line where they connected me to the same recorded answering was getting when I called 611. I need someone on the phone to speak with, but when I needed more help they just ignored me. They employee said you can try reaching them another way, but was of no help trying to do that, just answered an incoming call and acted as if I wasn't even standing there. As another employee watched on 1 ft away not trying to help either. I just walked out. Thanks for nothing, the employees are completely useless at their store. The store associate in the attached picture came out to the front of the store as I was waiting to pickup my purchase, using the front door pickup service, and he aggressively told me to leave, without giving any explanation. He also wasn't wearing any uniform or name badge, so I'm not sure who it was. It was 555 pm and the store closes at 7 pm, so I asked why they were closing. He then started shouting at me, so I started to walk away and he continued shouting behind me. I know we all have tough days, but this made me very uncomfortable. I came to this location seeking assistance for my WiFi service. It was clear the location was busy and so I waited for someone to help me. One of the employees who was already helping someone talked to me and asked what I needed. I began to explain my situation and the employee often cut me off with "I understand" using a tone I didn't appreciate. I didn't feel I gave anyone a hard time when I entered and was willing to wait my turn, and he was rushing me. He got a Verizon representative to call my cell phone directly and then pretty much kicked me out of the store. Now, I will be the first one to say I was not having the best day that day and considered that could be why I was feeling annoyed with the customer service. However, when I stepped outside the rep on the phone asked me if the store was closed. I said no. He asked why the store staff was rushing me out of the store- so I know it wasn't just me. I made an appointment w/ the Verizon in Sherman Oaks because I needed a new cell phone and a cell phone plan. The sale person was polite but told me they don't do that. He suggested I go to their website. I left there thinking, there are crazy homeless people w/ cell phones, people who don't speak English who have cell phones. They can't be getting the Verizon style brush off. Where are they going? Then I thought where do I see crazy homeless and non speaking English people? Downtown LA where I work. I booked an appointment w/ T Mobile at 7th and Fig. They said they'll help me. The point of my review is this. If you are like me and need both hands to find you ass when it comes to cell phones, go to a place like downtown. Don't go to a cell phone store in an upper/middle class area. They're too uppity. Also if you have to have Verizon go to Wireless Plus, they are an authorized dealer and don't blow people off like Verizon. Verizon knows they have a good product, excellent cell phone reception, as a result they forego the customer service. Honda did that and Hyundai came along and stole their business. DO NOT SWITCH BUSINESS LINES TO VERIZON i had 5 business lines with t-mobile and thought to switch to verizon to get better deals and better service, well let me tell you, SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND THEY NEVER HONORED THE DEALS that i was promised. DAVID ROSAS was the person who helped me, he just wants to receive the sales credits and never do his job. He promised me 800$ credit and 250$ a month for my bill. I never received the full 800$ credit and my monthly was never 250$. The worst part was how he treated me. I had make time to call, text and email him several times a month to follow up, he never treated me right and always had some excuses. The last time i contacted him he didn't even bother to reply back. I switched over in September and have nothing but negative to say about this company and they way David has treated me and my business. He should be held accountable for the empty promises and lack of communication. Prior to coming in, we spent a couple of hours on the phone with customer service to figure out why my brand new iPhone 11 Pro, a birthday gift, came in with a crack on its back. Customer service directed us to this Verizon for help, to replace the phone and take in the broken one. When I arrived, I was kindly greeted by two employees who took my name down and checked me in. However, the rep who came over to help, Anya, was remarkably rude. She didn't seem at all pleased to have had to interact with us. Within 15 seconds of talking to her and explaining to her what was going on, she "whatever"-ed me and developed an awful attitude. The entirety of our conversation, she was short and seemed pissed off. I struggle with major social anxiety, and her demeanor brought tears to my eyes. I was so embarrassed. Even after watching me shake in the middle of the store, her attitude never changed. Honestly, I could care less about the phone. I just care that people are nice. Store staff forgot to ship out the return of four phones. This is ridiculous and sad how the store staff has handled this situation.

So I came here to get the Verizon wireless 5G internet. The guy was nice and set it up but he put the account under a number for the Device not my actual phone number. When I tried to set up an account and call about the slower service it wouldn't let me. I tried to call about the bill and they said I had no balance due. I returned the item to the store and cancelled because we weren't getting strong enough service and there was no online customer service to help. We got a email and a text we owed money. We called because we couldn't pay online cuz there was no account and the representative said there was no balance. We got another email we called back and they said no balance. Then we finally transferred to the tech dept she said we had no balance I told her we just got a text message we owed money and threatened to go to collections. So she looked for 30 minutes and finally found the account and the rep in the store put the device under the device phone number not mine. Weird that Verizon can text and email me the bill but they can't accurately find my account. I had to pay $113 for a device I couldn't get customer service with cuz they don't know how to set up an account properly. They almost messed up my credit because customer service said there was no balance on my number when there was a balance on the device number I had no access too. I think Verizon is hands down the BEST mobile network in the country; perhaps even globally. But lately I've been having a hard time with their customer service. I purchased a new phone about a month ago (outside of the store) and I have been trying for weeks to get the correct SIM card for the my device. Everytime I go to the store there is a 1 hr wait minimum, and then I get to my turn only to hear that the SIM card will not work with my device. Which I know it will. Then I tried calling customer service, and we solved my problem, and then they sent me the wrong sim card. If I could give this store negative stars I would. AVOID THIS STORE! These people are FRAUDS. Please read. I came in with my fiancé a few months ago as she was signing up for service. A salesperson, Ania, signed her up with a Buy One Get One deal for two iPhones, and assured us that her account would get a credit in a few statements. This was all a LIE. My fiancé was charged full price for the iPhones, with no credits to her account, so she started getting billed. When she called customer support to fix it, they told her that she had to contact the store directly. So she did. After not returning her phone calls after several attempts, the manager of the store, Fadia Mayor, finally got back to her. She then told her that she would credit her $700, which was not the full price of the phone, and claimed that my fiancé had agreed to that amount, which was absolutely NOT TRUE. We then provided all of the documentation that Ania had given us IN WRITING with details of the BOGO agreement. After contesting this amount, Fadia has refused to return any of her calls or emails and we have not heard from her since. We will be taking legal action if this is not resolved soon. Marvin helped me resolve the issue patiently, calmly and with compassion. Terrible experience. I came to get a new phone and was attended by an older gentleman that could clearly could use some lessons on customer service. I asked him a few questions about the new phone and service prices, and he kept giving me vague answers, and even lying about stuff he didn't even know just to make a sale. He got bothered when i caught him lying and said I was asking "too many questions. I pointed out that his job was to answer questions, so hebecame increasingly condescending towards me, mocking me and treating me like a child. I wonder how many sales he is going to cost this store.
