*UPDATE* I have not had time to update this review since it was a family event weekend but; WATCH OUT FOR THEM SCAMMING YOU FOR MORE MONEY!! SAYING THAT "YOU DID NOT SEND FULL AMOUNT AS YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR". As I mentioned my god mother, grandma, & cousin all come here and they actually had gone the same day as I but earlier in the morning since that's when they had time. As I was done with my pedicure I told her what happened since I live in her back house & guess what! She said they tried to do the same thing to her! She said for all 3 off them it was over $300 and as she sent the amount that the lady in the front told her to pay she said she told her as she was walking out that she did not pay the full amount and had to send more money. My god mother also confused told her what does she mean when she sent the amount that was first mentioned to her. The lady charging in the front proceeded to tell her no that it wasn't right and actually was more so she had to send more. My god mother unlike me got more upset and gave her attitude because she told her "you told me this amount and that's what I sent". The lady charging ended up telling her "okay that's fine" and ended up letting it go. I can't believe they have done this to multiple people and who knows how much more they've made just by telling people that they supposedly haven't sent the full amount!! To top it off, I'm 37 weeks pregnant and my feet get super swollen by the end of the night. As I raised them Saturday night after our family event I noticed one of my toes isn't even done! So again beware! I've never had this happen before and I'm super disappointed. read more

I really wanted to like this place. Staff are very friendly. The place is gorgeous, chandeliers, brand new bling bling furniture. Even the staff are all handsome, but I paid $72 for a dip manicure (plus tip) and didn't realize how bad my nails looked until I left. I had to file around each nail and buff out edges. The photos are from next day. I know my hands are dry but even then, they look terrible. I did pay $10 "extra" for a chrome powder rub and even that wasn't worth it. For now, won't be coming back. I may give them another chance later because the place really is beautiful and staff are great, just expect a better quality manicure and need my nails to look great for a few weeks-not just after I leave. read more

I was not too happy with my visit here last night. :( I called around noon the same day and made an appointment for a full set at 5:30pm, after work. I arrived at 5:30 and it was pretty empty. Just a couple were there getting pedicures. The inside was very nicely lit, had relaxing music and the staff was very friendly. I waited about 5 minutes and a man came to get started. He was very nice and asked what shape and what color/design. I showed him a picture and advised him I wanted coffin and a V Shape Red Tip with a white line. I told him short/medium because I still need to type at work. He said ok. He cut it and asked if the length was ok, I told him no, shorter...he only cut a little off and started placing the acrylic on. After placing the acrylic he started buffing, etc. I told him that they were still too long and I needed them shorter for work. He replied that once he files and shapes them they will be shorter, so I figured I'd trust the process. He barely filed them down at all! The length was still too long for me. I had already told him 3x I needed them shorter and he disregarded my requests...so I was just ready to leave. He started painting them and the lines were crooked and uneven. At this point I was over it. They were done drying and he asked if I wanted any flowers on my nails. I said no. He then asked if I was sure. I said yes. He then pulled out his jewels and asked if I wanted any jewels, I said no. He said it would be so pretty with a jewel. I said no..once again. He kept asking. At this point, I felt like I had to say yes just so he can let me leave. He ended up putting 1 jewel on my right hand and 2 on my left. I went to pay and they ended up charging me $70. I ended up going home so upset and had to cut and file them down myself just so I could be ready for work. I understand they are a new business and just opened but being pushy and not listening to their customer's request is not the way to gain clients. I won't be coming back here and will stick with my normal nail salon, Glamour Nails. read more

Worst $40.00 pedicure I've ever had. First warning sign, she sliced my toe open with the nail file and then said "It didn't cut." When it was very clearly bleeding. And then she did it again on the other foot and told me "I had very thin skin." Uh, OK. The massage was a joke, she put on gloves, put lotion on my legs and rubbed it around. No massaging involved. Lastly, my toenails were cut at an angle, so they all looked crooked. I had to go home and recut them and file them. Literally any place in the area is better than this. Terrible. read more

It was a weekday, they had 3 people working and 2 customers. I did a walk in and was happy to see lots of chairs and tables- all new and clean. I went to Helen, she did a good job. Took a while to get the gel removal but did a good job for new gel. I was pleased and price is reasonable. They had none listed so took pictures here fresh gel manicure and current growth. Just an update as I went for my second time today. Ivy was somehow better than the first time. She remembered my name as soon as I walked in and sat me down right away. I was able to book the same day and she was ready for me right at my appointment time! Ivy took her time to make sure my nails weren't splotchy or uneven with the tricky bright colors. Worst place ever, 1st of all the lady that did my pedicure did not even say hello or anything. For manicure & to remove the dip/gel I had on my nails it was going to be $38 with a regular manicure no gel with gel the owner said it would be $35. He was charging $15 just to remove the dip/gel. So guess what I opted to get gel done for a difference of $3. Jen was my nail technician for my manicure her uv light was not working so she did my nails about 2 times on one hand she was trying so hard to fix my nails she had done for me, but still at the end when I walk out in the natural sun light I saw it still didn't look good, so lumpy with streaks. I spent over 2 hrs. there. Unbelievable place. I been to so many nail shops but this one be aware don't waste your money or time here! read more
