First time coming to this salon and it was definitely very unpleasant. My pedicure was okay. The lady who did my gel manicure did not clean the black nail polish to make it look clean around the edges. I felt like she was being rushed to get the job done and towards the end two of my nails had bumps and although she somewhat fixed it she seemed upset about it and blamed me for it. My nails look bulky. Never coming here, if you want to have customers come back you should definitely practice better manners, especially if you're making people pay for overpriced shitty service. read more

Rude. Just unprofessional. Barely pay attention to when you walk in, laugh at you when you ask if they happen to have a specific color. Won't provide guidance when selecting services. laughed when I didn't want to upgrade my pedicure service to something more expensive. I kindly let them know that the water for my pedicure was too hot, laughed at me and said it wasn't. It's just so incredibly unprofessional to laugh at a customer over and over. Then you have an employee that thinks she's an opera singer and belts out notes the entire time. Just not a warm or relaxing experience whatsoever. Poor experience. Walked in and noticed every worker was sitting at their stations on their phones or other things. That's completely fine for a slow work weekday, but when we (their only customers at the time) came in, we got little to no acknowledgement, let alone a warm welcome. Trying to talk to the technicians working on me wasn't "bad" but it was just cold one word answers or even grunts. The lady who worked on my pedicure was great and nice. She did a great job. The man who did my gel manicure was rough, rushed, non-communicative, and did a bad job. He initially was using a UV lamp that didn't work well, so he kept having to redo a couple nails. He just scrapped the polish off with his nails, buffed off a portion, and repainted over it like it was going to solve the problem. Obviously, the base bonding layer came off and he did not reapply it. He, finally, changed out the UV lamp for a different one which didn't really help. And, now, I am left with a bad filing job and a chipped nail literally BARELY 2 hours after getting it done. Also my sister in law let me know that the technicians working on her were very clearly talking about us and laughing during the entire thing. Pretty disappointed. read more

Ok this place aight and the ladies are friendly, however, I don't agree with their cost structure. It's very pricey for something so ordinary. EXTRA CHARGE FOR CLEANING CUTICLES $5 EXTRA CHARGE FOR USING CREDIT CARD OTHER THAN VENMO= $3.00 Those two charges are stupid in my opinion. I don't like that at all and have never been charged for cleaning up cuticles at other nail shops. Have you?? Ugh... so close to my house but will have to find another place. Cost is not worth it in my opinion. Also one time the dude at the payment counter would announce how much tip each person was giving out loud!! I think that is not appropriate as well. For those three reasons, I will look for another place. I don't like shady extra charges for stupid things. read more

They are fast and efficient. BUT they do not listen to what you want done. I asked that my nails ne shaped but keep them long. The guy who did my nails filed them all down to match my shortest nail! I almost cried I was so frustrated. Got French manicure and pedicure and the whites on all my nails are completely uneven. They may be good for other services but the attention to detail needed for a French manicure wasn't there. And again- expect that they will do whatever they think best rather than what you want. They will charge you for things you don't even get. the comments from the person doing my nails was disturbing and the owner was extremely rude to my friend when trying to understand why we both were being extremely over charged and for things we didn't even get. Been two times now. Wont ever return again. Both times I did not see them open a new bag of sanitized nail tools from the blue bags. Who knows if they're using someone else's toe cheese tools on me. I stopped the girl from using the nail drill on my toes because I noticed she did not change the buffer bit to a new one. Also looked like the same drill bit was used all day. I asked her to use a handheld buffer square which she did, but even that was 100% used looking. Those are meant to be disposable and one time use after each client, it's basic hygiene. This is how fungus and bacteria is spread. Not to mention my toes were completely fine and pain free when I came in. While doing my pedicure, the lady decided to trim my sides or "ingrowns" which I did not ask for. She did not pull it right and left a piece. My big toe is now throbbing and pulsing and red and I did not even have this discomfort before going in. I really hope it doesn't get infected, it's so uncomfortable. read more

Just had a really bad experience at Versaci. It's my first time here- I was immediately surprised with the high prices. $23 for a basic manicure and $28 for a basic pedicure. They tried to upsell my service multiple times, charging $9 for a shiny buffing. I was also very disappointed with the actual manicure and pedicure. The massage was quoted in the description as being 5 minutes but both lasted only 1-2 minutes. They didn't clean under the toe nails or fully cut the cuticles. The nail polish job was rushed, see picture below. Finally, the complimentary drink is no longer offered, in case anyone was coming to enjoy that perk. And $3 extra to use credit card! read more

Ok so I don't know exactly what their rating should be. Where by water and I first open the door welcome and greeted with a smile. I let The receptionist guy know I needed 2 pedicures 1 fill! They set my daughter and I immediately for 2 pedicures wonderful right! 2 girls sat from my pedicure I guess the one doing my toes was being trained fml!!!! I feel like maybe they should practice on each other because if we're paying customers clearly we are coming to relax and get shit done correctly. Not coached. OOOOORRRR at least ask if it's OK because I can't lie it doesn't always bother me that Cruella Deville or anything. All right so I'm not even gonna say anything about that wack pedicure... im saying tho ....she could have at least faked it just a little bit harder like just by poking my skin and I won't mention the thick ass nail polish. The girl that helped me because I wanted them painted over was very nice not to mention my daughters pedicure which I will show you is absolutely amazing the girl is extremely patient with her my daughter is 11 and the cello kitty did a fabulous job. Oh boy did not listen to me at all I wanted them almond shape he gave me I don't even remember what he gave me but actually he gave me like a granny roundish type nail I said it again I would like almond with a slight tip... (I say and I'm trying not to be rude) WHY On my nails getting more round he's like you don't want round.... "goddamnit NO you're not listening to me". I don't know whose nails this guy was doing but they weren't mine he just consistently did not listen to me and then when I insisted upon him listening he would like make these noises I was ready to go seriously and I'll see what I walked out with. I also will say Johnny at the front door absolute Gem. He's a guy not looking for extra money very considerate very nice. And guess what else guys let me close by saying this I went on ahead and paid every last drop didn't even complain one on black and I just didn't wanna be looked at like that into how should I get my ass up maybe the second time he didn't listen but oh well. They do a decent job. But the person who did my pedicure cut the skin on one of my toes pretty badly, it took more than 10 minutes to stop the bleeding. She didn't even apologize for it. She just kept dabbing a cotton soaked with some blue liquid on it, but didn't say a word. I know stuff like that could happen, but at least acknowledge that you had hurt me and feel sorry for it. I asked for gel pedicure, but I was not told it was $15 extra. It might have been in the menu that I was quickly showed, but I was concentrating on the cut in my toe. The manicurist is good. I'm happy with her work but felt I was pressured to pay for the $55 mani that was not worth the money I paid. read more

It has been a while since I was able to get a Gel Pedicure. I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told no, I could come now. I went in and happy to see how beautiful the place is. I was immediately greeted and asked to sign in. A technician "Moon" took me to my chair, she was very pleasant and did an outstanding job on my Pedicure along with my Gel color.
