It seems their business model is based off scamming customers for the assessment fees, breaking the appliance and then charging 2x as much as the appliance is worth. Save yourself the hassle go with a different company or just buy new. Never dealt with such rude people...I was actually shocked. Looking at all these reviews it's noted others share the same experience. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and making a report to their licensing agency. He said the part I need would take 2 days to arrive, 7 days later I call the company back because no one called me and asked what the hold up is. They said Josh would be out tommorrow between 10-1pm. Taking time out of my work schedule that I don't really have, I said ok. 1pm rolls around and still no Josh. I call once again, and Josh will now be here between 2-4pm. I ask why they didn't he/they call if he was delayed? Just appologies and several more hours of waiting.... Now at 4:15 and still a no show and no call, no one can get ahold of him. I missed an entire day of work and still have a dishwasher that is not working even though I was charged up front for the repair. Extraordinarily bad customer service... I would not use them if you value your time and want a good customer experience.... Absolutely horrendous. Update, Josh finally came out a day late and put the part in to repair the dishwasher, it still doesn't work and has the same issue that I called them about in the first place even though I was reassured that this was the part that was needed. I explained my issue to the technician and he agreed with my assessment, and said he had the part I needed.
