Everything about this place was awful, unorganized and unclean. The salon has no ventilation whatsoever so it reaks of chemicals and all the tools used were wiped down with unclean fingers. The "vibe" is awful with complete silence and a hostility toward every client that enters (even with an appointment). They even switched my nail tech mid session. The nails I received were barely what i asked for and look so messy. My tech kept cutting me, giving me huge bloody wounds on my fingers and the sizing is way too tight for my nail bed, causing throbbing pain enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. My nails are crooked, lifted, unevenly shaped and entirely the wrong colour. I have never wrote a review for a place until now because of how bad this experience was and continues to be (gonna get these off asap). Don't even go here if it's the last option. read more

Honestly it was pretty good. The service was great, great nails, and kimd people. The only downside was that i asked for no gel, and they gave me gel anyway. I didnt realize it was gel until I checked out, (I am younger and I dont get my nails done often) We paid 35 bucks for a set of gel nails. But other than that, good quality read more

Breeze into town for a family wedding...need a pedicure since its warm weather and you don't know if you will be wearing open toed shoes and presto....Vibe Nails! The salon is spacious and clean with several welcoming pedi chairs just waiting for you to sit, relax and be pampered. I found my experience there very nice with only a couple minor comments. I prefer my foot bath water to be more warm than cool and I prefer a stronger calf and foot massage. The technicians were all very pleasant and efficient in delivery of the services they offer. I will not be returning to Vibe nails. I have lived in Henrietta my whole life and love a good pedi...to be fair they had a nice END result. I did not like the way they cleaned my foot bath, it should be CLEANED between each guest and there needs to be more than 30 seconds from when one person leaves to when another sits down in the chair. It was very busy the day I went in and I was not happy with the cleanliness. Please do your research and know what should be done to ensure ALL OF OUR SAFETY at these salons. A quick google search and you will see that many salons do not comply with what needs to be done. read more

Vibe is the only place in Rochester I've gone that is affordable and consistent. I always know I'm going to get good service (albeit there is a language barrier), and my nail color will last. They give you your own box once you start frequenting the place, and everyone is super nice (again, aside from the language barrier)! I keep trying nicer/pricier salons for my mani pedis, but I keep coming back to vibe because I just get better results! What can I say?! I've never had a manicure before (I'm a nail biter) so I warned them when I came in and they were annoyed I didn't know the steps. I also could barely understand the woman. I didn't get any cuticle treatment and I feel like she took off a big chunk of my nails! That's hard to grow! I don't know what people are saying about a massage but that certainly didn't happen. Vibe has gone downhill. I used to frequent Vibe for all things nail related and waxing. After not being able to get into my regular nail salon a few weeks ago, I stopped at Vibe as they had less of a wait time. I got a gel manicure and a pedi. The lady who did my manicure kept asking me if my nails were fake and I had to tell her no about 5 times after which she already started pulling on them with some tool thinking she needed to remove them. It was terrible! After that she didn't know how to remove the gel polish that was ok there and it took a half hour plus for her to do that. Finally, she got to the actual manicure part and after I asked for a "party nail" she went ahead and painted all of my nails the same color and had to fix them. All in all I was there for 2.5 hours for a simple gel manicure and a regular basic pedicure. The service was terrible and they didn't know what they were doing. Also my gel started peeling about 5 days after the manicure. I will not be back. read more

I have gotten nail work for many many years. Vibe is excellent. The place is very clean, and the quality is consistent and terrific.

After frequenting this place on and off for 2 yrs. paying and tipping well, my daughter and I went in for manicures and pedicures. Even after shoddy service in the past we went back because our regular place is crazy busy. Bad bad bad!!! Paid 95 plus tips for said services, after 2 days my daughters manicure and pedi started to peel , My acrylics started to lift. We went back to have these services corrected and while the shop was empty with 5 ! Women doing nothing we were informed to come back later they didn't have time! Wait what? Nope , left will not go back and trust me save your time and money. You may have to look around as there is a plethora of nail salons out there but if you find one that is clean and you can actually understand them and communicate do not stray stay you'll thank yourself later read more
