Ive been here a total of 4 times and 3 out of the 4 I left satisfied with my nails. I've always said good things about this salon and even brought them new customers. Recently I went for a mani and pedi, didn't even get the pedi. It took them 53 minutes to get to me because they were seating people who got there after me (no they didn't have appointments) So some time goes by and I'm finally being serviced. Now it's a known FACT that the people who work in nail salons talk crap about the customers everyone knows this. But this was the first time i knew it and it was confirmed. I couldn't decide on what pink i wanted. He put one pink on and I instantly knew i didn't like it. So he starts wrapping it up to soak and says to me "30 minutes"then gets up has a conversation with the receptionist walks and goes to a room in the back. The receptionist comes by and says "you didn't like the color, it's gonna take 30 minutes to come off" so I asked if he can do the other 9 fingers while we wait for it to come off. She said he'll be back... 30 minutes later then he comes out. And at this point this is probably when I should have left. But I've been here before I know they do decent work. I wanted something I don't normally get. Veryyyyyy short French tip. The man just couldn't get it right it took him a total of 5 tries on the first finger for me to get the desired French tip i wanted. And it's not like I didn't show him a picture I kept my phone open so that he could look back at it for reference(which he didn't) he just kept doing a straight line with rounded edges instead of the U shape i wanted. Eventually I give up trying to explain to him what I wanted. He does the rest of my fingers and the total comes up to 70 dollars. 70. Dollars. Not only did it take over 2 hours to do the smallest French tip, horrible service, and the nails weren't even what I asked for I got charged 70 dollars. But I did like most of us girls do. Pay for it and then cry in the car. That's when I notice 4 of my nails are crooked. I did my best to fix them when I got home. Woke up the next day and just wanted them off. So I called them and asked if I could get them taken off and a refund. They went to the manager and I got a text saying that since they asked if I liked my nails and I said they were okay that can't give me a refund or provisional credit towards my next visit.... Take what you want from this review but I could've lived with the nails looking how they looked, like I said I fixed what I could at home. But it was the service and treatment that made me feel like I was robbed. What's supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience was frustrating and I expressed this to the salon and was met with a policy that I believe they came up with on the spot. What I suggest to this salon is to put your prices up or give customers a menu to look at. The last time I was here I got long square nails with cat eye polish and that also came up to 70. How are these nails and the ones I got before the same price. I truly believe you guys come up with your prices on the spot and then add your tip into it. Just make a menu. And ladies don't walk out of here if you don't like your nails tell them the truth or else they will refuse a refund. read more

Tina is the best nail technician I've ever had. She does things in her process that I've never seen any other technician do. She cares & takes the time to make sure you're getting what you came for. The water for my pedicure was cold when I asked for it to be warmer she said no it can't be any warmer. She tried using those cheese grater things to remove my calluses and when I told her I didn't want her using that she began what I assume is talking crap to the other workers. When it came to the "massage" on my legs she didn't remove the sugar scrub so the massage was painful. When she began rinsing off the sugar scrub the water was extremely hot and was burning my legs and when I told her she laughed and shrugged and didn't change the temperature of the water. The best part of this whole experience was when she finished painting my nails, with regular polish, she told me to get up and some what began forcing me out of the chair. The worst experience I've ever had while getting a pedicure. I have my license in cosmetology, I know what is expected and this is not how things should be done and your client be treated. I am a very generous tipper and have no problem leaving $10-15 just for a pedicure and felt bad giving her only $2. read more

Not a fan, this shop comes highly recommended but i won't be back. It took awhile for them to even acknowledge me, all the workers do is gossip and talk about the customers. Thank goodness for Google translate. Thought it would be an opportunity to have a good nail shop in town but I was wrong. I was charged $76 dollars for a pedicure for my daughter and I. My expensive pedicure was not bad but the worker didn't put any cuticle remover on my toes he used his tools and nothing else, I didn't even get cuticle oil; he had a cart full of supplies but I guess they were told not to use them. I asked for a #5 pedicure and he didn't even wrap my feet with the hot towels. My daughter wanted a flower design and I was charged $5 for each design, yet the lady told the customer in front of me 2 for $5 maybe it's because it was the color of my skin. (Hate to have to reference color) Mind you the banner outside says 2 designs free. I didn't even receive my $3 off as the banner states. $36 plus $40 nope I didn't get it. Well this is a one a done for me. It's too many shops to choose from nowadays. read more

They were so kind and did such an incredible job on my hands and feet. I got French tips and my toes and the lines were very clean and Ben never once nicked me and was very gentle. Tim did a simple manicure and was also very gentle and precise with the lines and flower details. The salon itself was clean and had a nice smell not like your usual strong monomer scent. Overall it was a great atmosphere and they will definitely be getting more business from me! read more

I got my pedicure done two weeks ago. I get regular not gel but by the third day chipped! THIRD DAY CHIPPED! And when I asked for my ingrown to be removed they said yes and didn't remove it. $40 for a regular & dry skin removal and it's chipped by the third day and the dry skin is still there. Definitely won't recommend this place for a pedicure. read more

Never Go Back!! Everything is awful about this place. I had to wait 35 minutes past my appointment time. Then when I finally was told the price for a chin wax, it was insane. A chin wax includes your jaw line, chin and bottom part of the jaw. This place said it's only the butt of the chin and charged $25. I declined and only received a pedicure because I was crunched for time. They had no respect for my time or my money. I will Never go back and I'm telling anyone that will listen! read more

I went here because of the old salon that was here before. The girl who did my pedicure failed to meet my expectations. She literally just clipped and filed and painted my nails as if she was in a rush. She didn't take her time to clean or take out Ingrown toe nails like a normal pedicure. While she was scrubbing my feet the scrubber fell on the floor and she just giggled and proceeded to scrub my feet with the scrub that was on the floor. Felt very unsanitary while there was a fly that kept getting on her meanwhile my pedicure. read more
