Worst service. I stopped in mid afternoon one person ahead of me in line with no one else there. Three people working behind the counter. It took a full 10 minutes to get a few pastries for the person in front of me. When it was finally my turn I asked for two sprinkle cookies. The man behind the counter tried to enter something into a handheld computer devices for the next minute or so. I asked if it was necessary for him to do computer work for me to purchase two cookies. He said no and walked to the other side of the counter still entering something into the handheld computer. I stood there for at least another minute while he struggled with the handheld device and then I gave up. I walked out. No cookies. 15 minutes of my life wasted. I will not be going back. read more

I have been getting my breakfast there for the past 3 months and it will be my last today. It's bad enough that the service is slow but what bugs me the most is that the workers act like we are lucky to be there. The management is very poor, and they have to learn how to work with each other too. I understand that sometimes customers are rude because I own two nail salons. But as a manager you should know how to talk to your employees and customers. read more

Great Cuban bakery, the staff is really nice and they always there willing to help you, I went today to have a nice meal for lunch with my girlfriend and little brother, Nass was really good and didn't hesitate to make sure we were satisfy. Definitely my new favorite bakery!!!!! read more

I'm thrilled there is a Vicky's in Miramar (finally). I stopped by, recently and ordered a media noche. Dear, sweet, baby Jesus...it was so delicious! Fresh bread. Juicy pork. That sandwich have me life!! And don't get me started on the desserts (no, really. We could be here all day.) The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean and very cutely decorated. The pastelitos are good, but be sure to ask for sugar in your coffee because they don't make it like the other Vicky bakeries or most other Latin cafe's that automatically put azucar in your colada. read more

I would like to start of by saying Vicky bakery has always been one of my favorite breakfast places from a very young age. This experience has changed my outlook completely and I probably will never eat there again. (At this location) this is a new location and has a clean and open layout and the display of the food looks great. I've been there three times since the opening and each time I've experienced delays in receiving my food order and the food and pastries end up cold by the time everything is ready and it's time to eat. However because of the location it's convenient to grab some breakfast to go so I kept going back. This last experience will be the last because of the combination of things: i had one person ahead of me and my complete order took 20 min. (Cafe con Leche, couple of pastries and a croissant sandwich.) The server was very rude and unpleasant from the moment she took my card to charge the transaction to me finally receiving my food. I ordered a croissant egg (scrambled) and cheese sandwich no meat, when I got home and was finally ready to eat I opened up the box to find a croissant with fried egg, HAM and cheese. So not only I waited very long for my order but it end up being incorrect. The Cafe Con Leche had no sugar and cold, after I requested for sugar. This was a complete fail and terrible experience, not a good way to start your day especially when you look forward to having a nice breakfast to start your day. Servers name is Sonia, this place has lots of potential but has to make some serious changes or it's going to lose loyal customers due to bad employees and food delays. read more

This has to be by far the nicest Vicky's I've ever been to. The decor is gorgeous, and there is plenty of seats. Not your typical crowded little bakery. Every single server behind the counter had a huge smile on their face, and even after being attended, I was still getting offers from other employees for service. It seemed empty for a Sunday morning, but they ran a pretty efficient shift. I had never met so many nice lively Bakery employees. I'm usually expecting the rude, overworked bakery employees who meet you with eye rolls and bothered looks. This was NOT the case. Their attempt at creating a coffee delivery bar (much like Starbucks or Dunkin where you order & then wait at the other end of the counter) could use some work as the ladies filling those orders took a bit longer than the servers with the food, but either way their demeanors were so pleasant, I didn't mind the wait. Will definitely find myself here more often! read more

Ordered and paid for some items for the next day at 3 P.M. They told me that it would be available after that time. Arrived at 5 and after the girl attending me ran around for 20 minutes she comes and tells me that the half my order is not ready and tells me she will refund my money. , wtf!!! I explained I have a party in an hour and I was depending on them for the hors d'oeuvres, then she said well if you wait it'll take a while to make them., really!!! As I'm sitting there waiting because I have no choice at this point, Customers keep coming in and the eemployees are just playing around with each other not even Attending to them. One of the girls finally tells them guys take care of the customers and it annoyed them. Never again!!! read more

The Miramar location has very poor customer service. I have tried again and again, but to no avail. No matter how many times I have requested a birthday order which include cake and three sides, it is never ready at the pick up time that I have requested. Can you imagine having everything ready for a party on a certain date and time but not having the cake? This is terrible unacceptable service. Supervisors are never available. The young ladies run around like they are missing their heads and will not deal with the issue that an order paid in full and requested for a specific time IS NEVER READY FOR THE REQUESTED TIME. read more

The owner of this business needs to immediately remove the ticket dispenser (take-a-number) system at this location. Today, while waiting to be called on to place my order, the "manager" is calling aloud the next person in line, instead of calling the next number in the rotation. If you have ever visited this particular Vicky's Bakery before, on Miramar Parkway and Flamingo Road, in Miramar Florida, you will learn almost immediately that there is never a line to place one's order; everyone's either standing around deciding what to order, ready to place there order, or waiting for their number to be called on. Meanwhile, today 8/5/2017 people are cutting the "line", customers arguing with each other as to who's next in this imaginary "line" causing unnecessary commotion and tension between customers waiting to place their respective order. To the owner of this Vicky's Bakery: Please remove the ticket dispenser from the entrance of your establishment if you don't plan to use it to maintain order for your customers!!! It is causing an unpleasant experience amongst your customers cutting in line and arguing who's next to place their order!!! read more

Simple, unpretentious, affordable, excellent. What more can I say. Everything is fresh with taht homemade taste and quality.

The pastelitos and croquetas taste fresh however, I ordered a cake for a co worker and the cake was really dry and did not meet my expectations. I have ordered cakes from other Vicky's and they haven't had this problem before. The service was good and fast and the décor was also very nice. read more
