Tonight we dined at Victorias Pizzeria located on Great Neck Road in the heart of Virginia Beach. They are adjacent to Yannis. We were in the mood for some pizza tonight and after hitting a couple of our regular favorites and finding them at capacity, we decided to try Victorias. They were not very busy and we were able to score a couple of seats at the bar. Nicole the bartender took great care of us tonight. She was very helpful with menu questions and suggestions. We started with a Cesar Salad to split and they were kind enough to split it for us even without asking, great service and much appreciated! The salad was fresh and delicious. I suspect that the croutons were made in house but I didn't ask about that. We really enjoyed it. For dinner we tried the Suprema Pizza consisting of Crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, soppresata, jingle bell peppers, onion, black, olives, and mushrooms. This was a fantastic pizza! It was cooked in their wood fired rotating pizza oven. The result was a slightly crispy bottom and a perfectly cooked top with the vegetables having a firm crunchy texture. It was fantastic! Their timing was perfect as well. As soon as we finished our salads, the pizza arrived! We had a great time chatting with Nicole and enjoying the great food. While this was our first visit, we will definitely be back! If you enjoy great food served by people who love what they do and at reasonable prices, check out Victorias Pizzeria, you'll be happy that you did and you can rest assured that you are supporting our local restaurant community!

Been here several times. The pizza is second to none. I've tried several of their specialty pizzas and sandwiches and they've all been great. I was lucky enough to be there when they were giving out a dessert that had pistachios and chocolate. Wish they would add it to their menu. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always friendly. I highly recommend

Alright where to begin. Staff is sweet, I came in on July 20th and the host was very helpful! I ordered Takeout through their website and arrived slightly early but didn't mind waiting because that was on me. Now for the pizza... typically oven fired pizza should be eaten in house. Surprisingly enough this didn't get all steamy from the box! So one bite everybody knows the rules ... The dough is ...perfection. The sauce was full of flavor and my only critique is that there was too much of it. This is a great fancy pie. If you like quality this is the place for you. If you prefer fast food pizza (dominos, Marcos etc) then this won't be your place because clearly your taste buds aren't fully grown yet! Also I got a side Caesar and their dressing is definitely made in house it's so good!! Really enjoyed the grilled chicken I got with it as well!

Gyro meat chips... were supposed to be add on to salad with max price of 3 dollars, was charged $9

Undercooked flavorless pizza, over charged for an add on item to a salad $9, counter person couldn't takes a simple order to be picked up at a specified time well in advance of said time, when picked up food ,on-time, the food was cold like it had been sitting there for an hour. Under cooked dough is disgusting to bite into. The gyro meat add on looked gross. Never coming backed, $61.00 for small pizza and greek salad... oh hell never again..

Supposed to be hot honey. Looks like normal pepperoni to me.

Ordered for pickup again. Had another great experience. We got the Diablo with onions and I tried the margherita for the first time. The Diablo with onions is still my fav pizza here. We ordered for pickup so can't really speak to the service or ambiance. This is one of our fav places to order pizza from.

If I could describe this place in one word, it'd be "Wow." Amazing pizza. I would rate it a 5/5 if the service was better. My pizza also needed a bit of salt, but other than that it was the best pizza I've had in Virginia. It was thin, crispy, fire roasted, and had good quality ingredients. I liked how the pepperoni cups and crisps up at the edges, and the onions are sautéed before being put on. The little things can really make a pizza more gourmet and really show the love for the craft. As for the calamari and shrimp, I liked how it was seasoned after being fried. It was definitely up there on the list of best calamari. It was cooked well, had a little chew, and as for the shrimp, they were cooked better than them. They weren't rubbery or too big or anything, it was great. The tail being attached wasn't bad either, usually I'm picky and don't eat that part, but it was nicely crisped up enough to eat altogether. The batter was good as well, the right amount of it, and good consistency. As for the sauces, the marinara was our favorite. It was fresh, and had a good tomato presence. The pesto one was a bit overpowering when dipped into, but it was a good pesto, just too strong for the delicate flavors. Onto the salad. It was one of my favorite salads I've ever had in my life. That dressing, whatever it is, is absolutely perfect. The capers weren't too potent, the cheese had good flavor, good balance of toppings, well-dressed, it just had everything. It's a good amount to split between two people, or just to eat on your own. I would come back here 100x over just to eat that salad. They also did have a display case of their desserts, which also looked great. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good pizza or salad or meal in general. Definitely will be back!

My grandson and I were out running errands and I have been wanting to try Victoria's Pizza for sometime now so we went for an early dinner. Upon entering is was very welcoming and smiles loved it . They sat us down very quickly and I think his name was Tatum ( sorry if I got the wrong name) he was our waiter very pleasant and attentive. We ordered our drinks and what they call on their menu "Snacks" we ordered mozzarella sticks which were nice and hot and the cheese melty but nice pull very tasty , nonna's meatballs which were very flavorful but a tad bit on the cold side , we also got the rice balls which were cooked perfect , flavor 100% and yummy. Then we ordered a large margherita pie to share it was cooked to perfection , just enough sauce how I like it but not enough cheese but over all it was delicious. I would definitely say the experience was a solid 9/10 and we will definitely be back oh let me not for get the carrot cake slice I got to go 10/10 for love it. This establishment is very inviting , soft and enjoyable

The hot honey pepperoni pizza was a favourite of the kids and the shroom truffle pizza was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. This is a great hidden gem so don't pass this place by.

The bar is sexy! It's not a full U shape, but it's a good size. Plenty of seating and airy! If you choose to dine from the menu you can or you can order the buffet (next door) from Captain George's. I am not a fan of buffet's, so when I ventured out with my husbae and friends, I opted to order from the menu. I ordered a simple salad and the scallops for my meal with two sides. My meal was so good! The scallops were not free of grit, but it was limited. I would order the meal again. But my favorite part of the restaurant, is the atmosphere. I noticed sound boxes at the booths. We sat at tables in the center and I do not believe sound boxes are portable for those tables. The vibe was still cool! Usually checking out sports or anything on TV, no sound is really needed. If sound is needed, you would go to a quieter place, right?! Nevertheless, the waitstaff and bartender were on point throughout the night. This was a Wednesday night and it was still a pretty good crowd out. Surprisingly, but it was a good time and the waitstaff did not miss a beat! Check them out if you are in the area. Especially if you like an upscale bar atmosphere type vibe... this is your spot. Happy Hour specials on drinks and food are featured daily. I cannot wait to visit again :) Be safe ~ have fun ~ enjoy life :)

You would never suspect the great atmosphere of this venue from the location. But the charm of the place really isn't the story. Our first table ended up being under a spotlight that was directly in our line of sight (it looked like it was meant for the specials board), so we asked to move. Staff was accommodating and got us to a better table quickly. The space itself is really nice. It was clean, rustically decorated, and the live plants in liquor bottles on the tables are a nice touch. Our server was friendly from the start and took drink orders right away. My daughter and I had sodas, and my husband ordered the Southern Charm Old Fashioned off the specials menu, which he enjoyed. The menu is on the smaller side, which we actually like. One unique detail was the option to "buy a round for the kitchen," which we thought was a really nice touch and decided to add it when we ordered our appetizer. We started with the fried deviled eggs after a friend recommended them. They were creative with three styles (classic with pickle, togarashi ginger, and crispy prosciutto), but overall a bit on the dry side and not as flavorful as we expected. We asked for Dijon, but they don't have it. Our server suggested and brought out the Baja dipping sauce instead, which did pair well and kind of improved them. My husband had the fish and chips and really enjoyed it. He said the fish was flaky and well cooked. I ordered the Union grilled cheese, which unfortunately seemed like it had been sitting a bit before being served, as the bottom was soggy. It was just okay overall and not particularly memorable for the price. The sweet potato fries on the side were the clear standout. They were crispy, the perfect balance of sweet and salty and honestly the best part of the dish. Our daughter had the kid's smashburger. It was exactly that. Service throughout the meal was good. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and there when needed. The main disappointment came at the end. When our meals were served, the server actually offered sauces at the table (ketchup, mayo, ranch, etc.), and specifically suggested items like the baja sauce for the eggs and ranch to us. Because of that, we were surprised to see several charges for the sauces on the bill, especially since they were offered and recommended at the table with no mention of any additional cost. We were also charged a credit card fee, with no signage anywhere (entrance, hostess stand, or menu) indicating that paying with a card would include an extra charge. It just left an unnecessary sour note on an otherwise solid, casual meal. Nothing was bad, and nothing really stood out as exceptional, but the lack of transparency around those final charges really impacted the overall experience for us.

Surprisingly, with everything going on, it was not hard to breathe and I wasn't feeling stuffy or hot although I danced the night away. The service was patient and quick, but the quality of the drinks were not affected. All the drinks I've had were well made and tasted like they had the perfect amount of liquor in them, not too sweet but not too strong. I love the look of the glasses they came in too. I expected plastic cups or just a regular glass cup at most since it was a club, but they really put effort into the aesthetics of the drinks as well. The DJ was lit! I loved how he not only played music that was popular right now, but he also threw in some songs from different cultures and played some throwbacks. It was a set made where there was at least a song or two for everyone to like, and luckily, I liked every song he played. I had a section and the seating was comfortable. Along with the club, it looked nice. The only thing that bothered me was that it was by the door, so it was hard to dance with people coming in and out a lot. But I wouldn't go to the dance floor either, people were crammed like sardines. Besides the size and layout of the club, overall, I really enjoyed myself and will definitely come back. Happy hour was 3-6pm I think, and there were 2 taco specials on the board. I'm not sure if it was valid or not.. There was one person at the bar taking orders, serving drinks, and pretty much running the place. She was very busy. The anxiety of watching her try to handle everything made me a little uncomfortable. She was doing her best, and kuddos to her for not flipping a table and walking out. She was nice, but she asked us every 3-4 minutes if we knew what we were ordering. It was very aggravating. I don't think she realized after several times we were over it. The inside is pretty much a bar setting with a few booths. It's very dated and low-key kind of gloomy inside. I'd say this is a bar for locals, not really a restaurant. It's definitely the kind of food you could eat if you had a few drinks, maybe. But sober, heck no!! Lol. Ugh. I was excited to try them because they have some 5 star reviews, but it wasn't what I expected. When it was time to eat she went and got the cook from outside. We ordered 2 burgers and fries, and chicken nachos. We left and came back to pick up our order and the seats at the bar was packed at this point. The waitress met us as we walked in, with our food. I was hungry, so I tried the food in the car. The burger was definitely a frozen patty and thick as heck. It looked decent kinda sorta, in a way, maybe, just a little bit. Idk what to say. The fries were crispy but awkwardly greasy!! There was one tiny tomato on my burger and a huge onion that was a little moldy. I've never seen someone use a slice of onion this big on a burger. The burger definitely needed seasoning. I think if it had flavor it would have been decent. I'll give the burger a 4/10. My sister got the chicken nachos and she was not happy. Whatever mystery beans they had made were disgusting. They tasted old or something was off about them. The guacamole was a little sour tasting also, and the chicken was flavorless. She tried so hard to make it work, she even re-cooked the beans and it just didn't help. 2/10!!! She spent $25 and felt it was the worse decision she made all day. I wish I was exaggerating or something, but this is actual factual. The prices are reasonable, I'll say that. But it's definitely certain things to stay away from on the menu. I don't think we'd ever return. Maybe the tacos are better than what we had ordered. If you're looking for a drink maybe things would be better. I think they specialize in drinks over food!?

The event did not actually begin until 8:30 p.m. Furthermore, although the event was marketed as "30 & Up," the venue remained open to the general public, including children and younger guests. It was frustrating to pay for an event that started over two hours late and was not exclusive as advertised. Additionally, the bar service was slow; it took 15 minutes for a waitress to greet my friend and me. One of my biggest pet peeves is the lack of clear pricing listed on a menu. While their food menu listed prices, the drink pricing was a mystery. The waitress also charged us automatic gratuity, stating they do that for large parties and events. When I questioned this, the server claimed the policy was on their website; however, I have been unable to find any mention of automatic gratuity for attending paid events online. Given these inconsistencies and the lack of organization, I do not feel this should have been a paid event. This experience has left me hesitant to return to Hacker in the future.
