I had one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had at the Victoria's Secret in the Streets of Tanasbourne. I went in asking about a new item and if it came in another color. One associate told me they only received two colors, so I went to look at the other one myself. While I was holding up the maroon version, another associate who was obviously plus size came up and in a shaming tone asked, "Are you looking for a bigger size?" I am a medium, so her comment was not only rude but completely uncalled for. I was stunned. My face flushed and I had to bite the inside of my cheeks to keep from crying. I felt so uncomfortable that I panick bought it in a large. my husband had to return the item I had purchased earlier. On top of that, the store was messy, cluttered, and hard to shop in. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I will never shop at this location again and management should be embarrassed. Victoria Secret, once the standard for beautiful lingerie, needs a Brand refresh. I find the majority of their items to be too costume-y, if that's a word! Just way too over the top for everyday wear. Time to up the styles, design and quality. It's not the bras and panties that bring me here, it's actually their body splash! A friend turned me on to Amber Romance over 20 years ago and I continued to buy it until they discontinued it recently. It has a vanilla scent that is sweetly addictive. The Victoria Secret scents aren't expensive perfumes, but light, often sweet, fragrances for every day wear. To give you an idea, you can usually buy 2 and get three free during a sale or 3 for $25 regularly. We aren't talking Coco Chanel quality! You can mix and match the body spray with the same scented moisturizer lotion, cream, shower gel and even buy small travel bottles. This allows you to layer on a scent that is consistent rather than use a body spray that competes with your other products. The set lasts for years, literally, as they are large bottles. Sadly they have discontinued Amber Romance but their new Bare Vanilla is a great replacement. Of course I still have several bottles of Amber Romance in my personal inventory so I'm good for a few more years! Staff always greets you when you enter and offer assistance. Parking right out front makes it an easy and convenient. read more

I have been a Victoria's Secret customer for most of my adult life. Their Body by Victoria line is my favorite. They are the largest retailer of lingerie in the US, with over 1000 store locations. However, due to changing consumer taste in lingerie, along with the pandemic Victoria's Secret plans to close about 250 of their stores by 2021. In addition to lingerie, they carry some women's clothing, beauty and accessories. I like this location because the staff is always friendly without being pushy and there always seems to be a good selection of their merchandise. On my most recent visit, during the pandemic, I was greeted outside the store by an employee who went over their guidelines with me such as the fitting rooms being closed. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted and offered assistance, which I declined. I prefer to browse on my own. When and if I have a question, it's always easy to find an employee to help. I've always liked the quality of the merchandise sold here. Sizes are easy to locate and the merchandise is nicely displayed. Check out was a bit slow because there was only one cashier and there seemed to be a complication with the customer being helped. There were four customers in line and no additional cashiers were called to help. The woman behind me wasn't wearing a mask so I was tempted to leave. While I do like the merchandise at Victoria's Secret, I think they are long overdue for a change in image. Their supermodel fashion show is beyond tacky. The majority of women do not relate to the supermodel look. The gaudy pink colors of their stores need to be updated with something more fresh and modern. Victoria's Secret carries some beautiful lingerie in a variety of sizes to fit any woman. Their image and store's decor are out of date. I will continue to be a Victoria's Secret customer hoping they update their tired old image. read more

I accidentally ordered all my bras the wrong size, and decided it will be better to go to the store to return them. One of the employee said I can just exchange the size. Great, I don't have to go back online to reorder them again. I even clarified with her if I need to buy the new bras, she assured me I don't have to since this is an exchange. So I found all the bras with the right size, went to the cashier, and she charged me over 80 dollars for the exchange. I asked her why I need to pay when I'm just switching the size. She told me they do not do size exchange for sales items, so i have to pay the extra cost. So I was misled to believe I could exchange with no charge, wasted my time finding the sizes, so they can trick me into paying double for the bras. This is horrible customer service, and whatever policy they like to come up with. I read their return policy, sales and clearance items are on the list for exchange. I returned the items to get my money back, and told the cashier that I'll just go back online to order the same exact items again without the need to paying double for them. There's no point of going to the store. She was not happy. :P read more

There is absolutely no selection or service. It's not hard to get what you need usually. But having just moved to the area I figured I'd check out the sale. Unfortunately they not only had nothing to offer as a store but they have a complete lack of the branding they represent. Not a single person who worked there was on the floor and they weren't busy. After finally finding someone to check the stock they didn't bother they simply had no options other than tan black and white. I wouldn't bother going back! This Victoria's Secret is literally the worst one I have ever been to, bar none. Although it is much more convenient for me to go to rather than the ones in Portland or Washington Square, it is worth the 30 minute drive to not shop at this one. It is always under-stocked (they rarely have the right items or sizes), the store itself is super small, and it feels dirty, particularly in the changing rooms. There's just a grungy feel back there. Perhaps it's the occasional debris that's strewn on the floor or the lack of elegant decor that I have come to expect of all Victoria's Secret stores. In addition, the sales associates are merely adequate. They do not go out of their way to be friendly yet are not unfriendly; they really must work on their customer service. My advice: go to the one at Washington Square or the ones in Portland. read more

Love Vicky bra's and undies..it is all I wear..but this location leaves a lot to be desired. The location is convenient to where I live..but I will make the effort to do my shopping at the Washington square location instead. The staff seems to select those who they want to greet and to help. Not one helped me and walked passed many times. I noticed they went for women that were very well dressed and had higher end clothes. Don't judge a book by its cover..you don't know how much they plan to spend. We spoke to management when they asked how our experience was..but they seemed clueless. I was already familiar with vs products, wich I really like. Their underwear last for a long time in good conditions. They have a really good sale going on right now and because of that the store were really full, you might want to avoid that because the fitting room line can get really big and you will be there for a long time. I've lost 120lbs over the last 14months and haven't worn a real bra in over a year. I clearly needed to be resized. Everyone said to go to Victoria's Secret for sizing and bras. Being 49 years old I figured it would be ackward and kept putting it off. I'm so glad my daughter talked me into going. America was so nice and spent a lot of time making sure I got a bra that fit and was comfortable. I was surprised they spent so much time with you individually, bringing you different sizes, and providing feedback on what looked best. Horrible! Slow service! I went in for a simple gift card purchase at the Hillsboro Victoria's Secret location and there were 8 people ahead of me. There was only one cashier and she kept stopping to answer calls. I saw one employee who kept wandering around the store but she never once offered to help. After standing there for 10 minutes with the line not moving at all I left and went to another store. When I came back I was number 10. The line hadn't shortened at all! What horrible service. Please cross train your employees so busy customers don't have to wait for an eternity. It wasn't even lunch hour either. read more

One star for this location, which is sad because other locations are a solid 4 star. The manager of this store (Sam) should probably leave the customer service industry as she is unfriendly, unhelpful and actually quite rude. If you have the option, the Washington Square location is MUCH friendlier and knowledgeable and worth the drive. If travel is not an option, be prepared to be ignored, insulted and/or ripped off at the register. Sam will find a way to not accept a coupon, not issue a refund and all around not help you and she will make sure her staff do the same. read more

Well I ordered $400 worth of bras and panties after my recent breast surgery VS CS told me I could bring it into the local store for a refund with no additional shipping charge. Although it took a bit for Julia to figure it out; she was hands-down amazing, polite, professional, concerned and attentive. Other than the fact she couldn't get the refund back on my debit card (since I used my VS card and already paid it off) it was seamless. She even let me keep the huge gift bag (with purchase) Thank you Julia for being an outstanding customer advocate. read more

What is the deal with this place? So disorganized. I came in recently and asked for a specific style in a size medium. The sales associate pointed to a drawer and said "all size medium are in there". I questioned as to whether I was allowed to go in the drawer and she said to go ahead. Well, what a joke....I opened the drawer and what I found was a jumbled mix of random styles all balled together that I guess I was supposed to sort through like a rummage sale. It was a mess. If I wanted to spend time rummaging through a bin of panties for styles and sizes, I would go to Target. For $10.50 to $20 a pair, I would expect some type of assistance. read more

I normally love going to VS and shopping cute undies, but today left me beyond irritated! I went in to get a new bra and the helper in the dressing room was really nice, and for me in and out quickly. Then I went to the register with two gift cards. I knew one had around $5, and the other had $48 (from a returned purchase earlier in the year). I handed the new obviously new cashier the $48 gift card first. She proceeded to run the gift card and I watched as the total went from $46 due on the card machine to ($2). She then said she wasn't sure what happened and called someone to come help her. I told her that card should have been $48. She scanned my purchase again, and ran the card in front of the helper which came up as $0. So the helper said my card had a $0 balance and told me I owed $46. Knowing she had JUST ran my gift card for the $48, I told her I know she just cleared my card and I was told that I was wrong because the cashier would have to have ok'd the total... Yeah, she did that, I watched it happen on the card machine. I am less than thrilled and will likely make the trek to the Washington square store now. The cashiers here have always been less than educated in their system. So now I'm out the money for the bra, and the $48 that was on my gift card. read more

Horrible customer service experience absolutely appalling and when I spoke to two managers they barely said sorry or at least could have offered a colon for their blatant rudeness. Appalling we spent $100 and returned it all cause the teenagers they had at their cash register were tacky as can believe!!! We won't be back and we used to go all the time. I love the fact that this store is close to home so I don't have to drive to Washington Square. The store is clean and well organized. During sales the sizes are always clearly marked which makes it easier to find what I am looking for. However, we all know that when people are rummaging through items, they sometimes place them in the wrong place so we cannot blame that on the sales associates. The sales associates are always friendly and helpful, and even when the store is busy, they do their best to ring everyone up as quickly as possible. read more

We waited in line for 20 minutes and barely moved...allowing us to truly soak in how filthy the store was. This store seems to only hire rude staff that ignores you. It is an extremely messy disorganized store. I left frustrated and determined to never return to this location. They never seem to have enough underwear in stock and it's never folded or in it's proper drawer. All sizes and styles seem to be haphazardly dumped into any drawer that is available. This location should either be better managed and stocked or shutdown completely. In my opinion it tarnishes the brand. Also, all locations need to do something about the overwhelming perfume. I went I to the store tonight. I wanted two bras to get the free bag. I asked the girl who was working for some help. She said sure that she would be right back. I waited and waited and she never came back. I stayed in same spot. I went looking for her and she was helping a new lady. I walked past. Then I walked past her again. She seemed to have forgotten about me. I was frustrated. Am I invisible? So I complained to manager and she gave excuse that they got busy. They were not busy. Do you know who was busy? Today was an example of how customer service can make lifelong customers, especially to a particular location. I went to VS to get some of the perfume I like, and the shopping experience was fine. However, when I got home, I noticed that my receipt was incorrect. I returned to the store (luckily I don't live too far away) and the manager that was there tonight was amazing. I wish I'd gotten her name. She was so sweet and helpful, and didn't make it awkward or difficult at all. She fixed the issue quickly, was very apologetic, and generally just made my night better. I used to love this store but my last experience was by far the worst. They actually have bra experts there. In the Tanasbourne store they sized me as a 32A, which before I was a 34B last time I was sized. I went to the WS store and they sized me as a 34c.
