So I was dangling. Have a new Cadillac limo with an electrical issue, and no one in "car city" was willing to look at it, either because they could not do electrical, or didn't want to deal with the hassle of the car's size. One of the shops referred me to Victor's Automotive. Victor not only said I could bring the vehicle by immediately, but he stopped his other work to have a look at the issue. He fixed it in 6 minutes, and refused to cover me anywhere near the amount he had quoted. He even had a look at the rest of the car and gave me a fantastic summary of the condition of the rest of the systems and what I should keep my eye on in the future. He even calmly advised me after I called him with a neurotic question on my way out, again something very unusual today in a world where no one has any time to spare. It's increasingly rare in the world today, especially in this town, to find an honest broker who has integrity and treats customers so lovely as Victor. So I was in a recent accident, someone ran into the front of me and knocked my front bumper clean off. I took my car to Victor's and they did a great job. He quickly spotted the oil leak, fixed it and also fixed some bulb issues I was having with my reverse lights. He also mentioned what work I would probably need in the future. Victor and his team are very honest. He's been in business for a very long time and most of his customers are through recommendations. I was recommended to him by a male leader of my church. Victor has always given me the best prices and has always handled my car issues within the day. There have been many places that keep my car for 2 or 3 days for simple things. Victor will always try to save the client money whenever possible. For example, a chip in my car was malfunctioning. This particular chip us connected to another part; so in order to change the chip, the entire part would have to be changed which would be costly. Instead, he cleaned the chip and did some testing. He said if it started malfunctioning again to bring it back and he would handle it. Nothing ever went wrong after that and that was done over 6 months ago.
