Whatever I write here will not do these guys enough justice. They are dedicated, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I took my putter to a big box to be reshafted and they completely bungled the job. Took a look around and found these guys, read the reviews and gave them a shot. Well they blew me away, not only were they quick but they charged a reasonable rate. Steve and Josh are lifesavers! True professionals that are knowledgable. THEY DO HONEST WORK! I came to them after my putter was absolutely botched by Puetz Golf in Seattle. I requested a cut down and regrip, only to receive my club back with odd lie and loft. I asked them to fix it, in which they said they did nothing out of the ordinary, and that they cannot offer services to bend back putters unless I go to their Tacoma location... Obviously disgruntled, I called Steve on the way home, and he told me to bring the club on through because if anybody can fix a lie and loft issue, it would be Josh; upon inspection, Josh found that Puetz had separated my shaft from the putter head for some reason, and had epoxy-ed it back on crooked, causing the loft of the club to be far too low, and causing the lie to be ahead in front of the putter face. After an hour of tinkering, and sharing stories about golf, Josh got my club back to working form and in immaculate shape. You have earned a lifetime of business from me! Regards, Fred read more

Steve and Josh at Victory Golf are fantastic! Had them reshaft a set of Titleist irons with Aerotech Steelfibers and they are straight up money. Steve is an incredibly good communicator, and keeps you posted all throughout the job. And Josh's work on the clubs is second to none.They're both just really fun to talk to as well. Highly highly recommend that you give these guys a look for any golf repair/custom needs. I was going on a boys trip and I had golfed with my new clubs a couple of times and realized they needed lengthened. I only had a few days before this boys trip and we were golfing pumpkin ridge a couple of times so I wanted my clubs done prior with lack of planning on my part to be honest. I contacted them on a weekend they responded had me bring them in the following Monday had my new grips ordered already and had my clubs back by Thursday so I could leave Friday morning!! Last two times at the range my swing started falling apart and I could not figure out why. Josh and Steve had great ratings on Yelp and I went for a lesson. Josh was able to quickly diagnose my problem and also give me some great help with my setup. Went out after the lesson to the range and then played nine. Back on track. In the age of big business it is refreshing to have a small business with such great knowledge of the game. I signed up for more lessons. I am getting to a point with my game where I want to take it to the next level and I think these are the guys to help me do this. I am also happy that they are also club fitters and Mizuno certified as I play MP-25 irons. They have a great setup for monitoring your swing. They use video, are very patient. I had a set of Mizuno Blades with DG S300 shafts and on the recommendation of Steve, had them swapped out for Nippon NS Pro stiff shafts. Josh did an excellent job and the clubs are better than ever. Less boardy feeling, more accurate with no loss of distance. The lighter weight allows me to load theshaft without having to swing as hard, giving me better control. I highly recommend Victory Golf.
