He then explained to me by watching the video that I was not opening my club face on the back swing and was coming over the top which I did not think I did. The video showed all my mistakes. He showed me the proper swing and had me work on that. My slice has pretty much disappeared! How exciting is that? On my last lesson he took me to the short course and had me work on my pitching and putting which was definitely needed. I will work on the things he has taught me in my swing over the winter and maybe I will see him again for a tuneup come spring. He was very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend him for anyone that has a slice or hook or want to improve on their swing. Thanks Duse! You are making golf fun.

They told me that it might be under warranty and told me that I had to bring the shaft in (why?). So, I drove to Bellevue and five days later they told me it wasn't under warranty and offered me a 10% discount instead. I bought the same shaft for $350 elsewhere.

Low down is, there are lots of elevation shots, wooded areas but no tunnel shots, nice signage, clear paths, benches, and beautiful scenery. Not beginner friendly. Yes, can be cart friendly, but there are some places where you will be pulling up a steep incline. Now for the deets... You will need UDisc to navigate this course or play with a local. The signage at each tee is nice, but does not tell you which pin position the basket's in. Many of the baskets are not visible from the tee, so you end up guessing where to drive. It would be nice if the signage showed the pin position. On most baskets, there are directional arrows pointing you to the next tee. And on some of the signage, it also show what direction to take for the next tee. That said, on many tees, you could spend some time looking for them. Use UDisc. I played in a drizzle and hardly anyone was in the park, so I can't comment on safety or how busy the park is. However, the baskets are DGA Mach 5 baskets, so 24 strands of lighter heavy duty links. These baskets have no colored band and so are grey. In a grey, overcast Seattle drizzle. Good thing it isn't very overcast here many days. [sarc] Therefore, it is difficult to see the basket. Pink, red streamers hanging from the basket would help immensely. On a few baskets, putting a fiberglass pole with a red triangle flag would be helpful as you cannot see the basket at all from the tee due to elevation, or a hill in the way. This is not for beginners, at least if they do not want to become frustrated. It seemed like most of the throws are long due to the elevations. For example, #9 is "only" 251' but you are driving up a 40'-50' hill. Many throws are like that. There are a couple, like #10, I think, that throws you off because even though there was only slight wind, there are clearings in through some trees where you have a head wind, and of course, sends your disc upward. This happened twice. This is a very clean park. There was no trash of any kind that I saw. A very pleasant outing in a picturesque park setting. There is a playground with minimal playground equipment. There is also a neat bike/tricycle track for little kids at the park. Brick restrooms are open in the spring and summer, port-a-potties otherwise. Benches behind most of the tees. I would give 5 stars if they would improve visibility of the baskets and indicate pin positions. There is supposed to be a pro shop on site, but I have no clue where that is. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

They also answer questions and hold lost and recovered discs as well. They have a selection of discs but inventory has been down over the summer on Innova. They did just get in some new bags. The pin position changes like any other golf course but generally are in the same spot. This is my preferred course as it is less challenging than pro SeaTac

My original review notes generic reply if "PM me" and it leads to no where bc you can't call. There's no email. I've tried to email Topgolf btw. No reply either. You will get hung up on if you try to call. The virtual assistant wouldn't send us to a real person who I know is behind the desk.. actually staring at the 2 people just not doing anything but standing there. I physically go in to talk to the worker to let them know that customers are being hung up on and they said there was no physical phone number to this location and that it gets routed to a call center in Dallas. He apologizes but has absolutely no fix. He tells me there's a 60min wait for a bay. I swing around back and I see at least the entire 2nd floor empty! Over 34 bays are empty when they could let people play. The parking lot is 1/2 full. If there's no wait staff, then at least tell the patrons that there's no waiter service and I can just hit some golf balls like a regular driving range. You're still getting my hourly rate for just hitting the ball. This is why I don't ever want to book a party here. There's no way to even coordinate with anyone, the workers have no power/resolution. I mean, I WANT to give them my money but Topgolf is horribly managed and run completely not efficiently. This place could make so much more money but no one is listening to the customers. Money is actively leaving bc customers are being turned away. And the staff can't/won't help and don't even have phones to answer phones bc they don't get phone calls routed to them. Might as well not have them there bc what do they do but turn people away and apologize as money walks out the door??? I'm so disappointed. It's a great place to hit a golf ball if they let you or let you give them money! I can't believe a business can be run so poorly: can't talk to them on the phone and I saw the other reviewer saying the same thing and the reply from Topgolf rep was to PM him... like, how is a customer supposed to contact management to get help/resolution/change? Oh also, there used to be free foosball and air hockey to play while waiting for a bay. A fun way to have food/drinks and stay entertained while waiting for your chance to play and not having it be so painful to wait on the waitlist. That so least made waiting 60min just to hit a few golfballs tolerable. Nope. They got rid of those and put overpriced arcade games instead. What, so I pay to wait while you refuse to allow me to play at the bays that I know is empty! It's like they WANT to turn people away.
