I drove 4hours one way to test drive a vehicle listed on the website. I called the night before and confirmed the car was in the lot and would be available for me. I made sure Ericka knew I driving 4hours to drive this specific car. I was assured the car would be ready. On my drive in, I received a text from Ericka asking if I was still coming to drive this vehicle, I confirmed immediately. Upon arrival I was greeted by Fran. He had zero prior knowledge of the vehicle I was coming to test drive. He wrote down the stock number and asked how I would be paying (cash or finance) to which I answered "cash." He proceeded to go talk to someone and smoke his vape for a few minutes. He came back and told me the vehicle wasn't available & that it had went into service. He offered to show me other vehicles, I declined. I explained I was only interested in the one I called about. I asked why no one notified me that it went into service, he said it was a last moment type of thing. He said he had no idea when it would be ready and did not have the phone number or ability to contact his sales manager or his lot manager. He said Ericka is only a receptionist and does not have the ability to confirm if vehicles are available. I asked why she blatantly lied to me. Fran said he didn't know and he was a new employee. At this point I left. My husband called and asked about the situation & the receptionist lied to him and told him the vehicle was on site and I was currently looking at it. Bought the car about week and half ago and went to vacation the day after had no time to notice any imperfections and just got back . they serviced it before I took it and now its missing a matt in the back called them and no help at all and they cleaned the car but did a horrible job , interior has alot of scratches and buttons peeling the seats have some rips that I didn't notice. The trunk emblems are coming off and has paint peeling of the trims . if they are giving me a hard time with a matt . Imagine these small details that I want fixed and supposedly I have bumper to bumper coverage and paint protection and interior coverage. "THIS PLACE IS A SCAM" I had an horrible experience here. I drove all the way to Bronx from Central Jersey. My friend had seen an online advertisement which said that the car costed 9,995 dollars excluding tax. He called the showroom and spoke to "Melissa", she confirmed that the car was available and including all the extra charges it would come up to around 12,000 dollars. My friend booked an appointment for the next day. When we arrived at the showroom the sales person "Brandon" spoke to us. We kept asking him the price of the car and he said it was the same as the online advertisement. He kept us waiting for almost 4 hours and towards the end we were told the car costed 17,000 dollars. I get home after signing paper. the car was worth 20k i get home with a $30k+ loan. while I was signing the papers he said" with this car you'll get a free oil change everything is covered at no extra cost. The moral of the story is he agree to every question I had regardless of it being truthful. I haven't had a good experience with this dealership since I bought my car a year and a half ago until they hired all new people in the service department they still need to hire new people in the sales department and financial dept because they attitudes are terrible they try to be nice until you buy a car and they get the money from the bank. They run your credit soon as you walk in the door without even test driving the car you want first. They rack in 6-7 grand more than the cars value the BBB need to look into these guys because I swear they pocketing money.... I drove 2+ hrs because I wanted to purchase a specific car, before take the drive I called and spoke with a lady and asked all the necessary questions like: is that the final price? A: no the price is negotiable Are there any fees adicional to the taxes en registration fees? A: no, no hidden fees... What's the condition... it's in mint condition. Long story short when we arrived I just wanted to check the price of the car, my score was 802 so I new I could get any car a want, the deal breaker was the final price, they made me signed the car loan application and I made it clear that I didn't want my credit to be run without knowing the final price and they said no worries that won't happen, after 2 hrs of making waste my time I got a credit report notification saying that I got -5 points because they run my credit with multiple companies and later found out that the car price that was $48k after taxes, registration fee and CRAZY DELAER FEES was 62k. Conclusion: after wasting 2hrs I left with 5 points less of my credit and with no car, please do yourself a favor and do a research with different dealers before doing any business with them, they're the only dealer charging all those unexplained fees. They checked my credit and asked me for a down payment before i even saw the car. Highly dissatisfied. The service department manger is the most disrespectful human being. On my brand new car they manage to put a 2016,2017,2018,and 2019 tire on my car with a PATCHED Run flat tire. Patching a run flat is illegal. I have Tried being reasonable with them but they are very dismissive! The sales manager states we are not responsible for your tires any longer after we changed them! So within less than a month I have no come out of my pocket for something they did! Oh to top it off they gave me all used tires and I have to balance themselves! How in the world this man got promoted I would never know. Also I have no paperwork for My warranty so I have no contact information for that so I can't even use that! They must have a tone of friends giving 5 start reviews, because nothing about this experience warrented even a 2 star review. Do not believe the prices of the cars listed on their website. I drove 3 hours to get there because they had 4 cars I wanted to look at. Once I got there I was told only two of them were available, because the others had just come in and needed to be reconditioned. They were luxury vehicles, but were extremely dirty and in rough shape. Scratches in the paint, wheels all sraped up, very dirty interiors, one had a missing chrome tip on the tailpipe. I figured for the price I could have the scratches buffed out and get it cleaned up. It went from bad to worse once I met with the finace guy. The car was listed for $25,995. After he gave me the monthly payment, I said something is wrong and asked how he came up with the astronomical monthy payment for a 72 month loan. He worked the financing up for a $30,000 car. He then went into trying to explain to me that they will make hardly any money on this car. I asked what about the $4000 you added to the price. That was enough. I wasted an entire day driving 3 hours to get there, spending 3 hours at the dealer, and driving 3 hours back. I did learn a valuable lesson. Hi All , I am feeling cheated today , i went there to purchase honda crv from them. I talked to Manager of this dealership he told me the on road price for the car = Car value ( written on thier website) + sales tax ( for me NJ 6.7% approx) + DMV charges (500$) + documentation fee (175$) I asked 3 times and confirm any other hidden charges/ or any charges apart from this. He told you have to do finance. I agreed on that. He ran my credit score and came back told me that everything is excellent. you have to pay pdp + adi charges = 4000 $ also. I told him why this charge now coming why you did not tell me upfront before running credit score. He told we do like this only. What is this I never expect this from a mistubusi dealership. I waisted my whole day in their process and don't know how much my credit score was effected.
