AVOID this company. *invoices/pics attached I have Samsung appliances that were covered under a protection plan through Lowe's. Toward the end of my contract, I experienced issues with both my dishwasher and gas range. I filed claims and selected VRP for the repairs. While the initial diagnoses may or may not have been accurate, the repairs were clearly not completed properly--and ultimately led to unsafe conditions. VRP advertises a 90-day warranty on their work (it's even printed on the receipt). However, when I contacted them because my dishwasher was still not functioning correctly, I was told I needed to file a new claim through the warranty provider. The problem was that my Lowe's protection plan had already expired, even though I was still within VRP's 90-day service warranty. For reference, they charged the warranty company $430 for that repair. The situation with my gas range was even more concerning. I filed the claim while my Lowe's policy was still active, but by the time VRP obtained the necessary parts, my Lowe's warranty had expired. Within a week of the repair, I noticed the small inner burner on the largest burner would go out at low settings, causing gas to be released into the air. This was the original claim. I reached out to VRP but received no response. Shortly after, flames began coming out of the front control knob. This happened multiple times, creating a serious safety hazard, and I stopped anyone from using that burner. I attempted to contact VRP again--first by email (no response), then by phone. I was told that emails "go directly to the owner," yet no one followed up. Once again, I was told I needed to go through Lowe's, despite being within VRP's 90-day warranty period. Their final response: "We can't help you." I ultimately contacted Samsung directly. Their technician found a loose connection between the valve and burner, along with the same "stripped" screw VRP had supposedly addressed. (Check out my invoice below) If a company cannot perform repairs correctly or stand behind their own warranty, consumers should be aware. My $1,500 gas range is now unsafe, and my $775 dishwasher still doesn't work--despite a $430 and $800.93 repair. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. read more

LG gave us this company as an authorized dealer for TV repairs so we decided to give them a try. They charge the diagnostic appointment fee when calling to make the appointment. There is no set appointment time or window they provide, the receptionist says the techs all contact you the day of and tell you when they'll get to you. We needed to cancel and set a later date and they said they refund the appointment money fully only if the tech doesn't step on your door. This morning the tech calls before they open and we informed him we needed to cancel and he noted and said he'd let the office know once they open. (We are home when he answered and he was not here). Due to the scary reviews we call once they open at 9am but get through once and the line disconnects right away. We continue calling and finally get a hold of Sadie about 25min after 9am. And she stated the office manager Elizabeth can send a confirmation email for the full refund and that it takes 5-10business days. (Didn't ask our name but knew already it was for the TV because they have caller ID and saw how many times we've been calling this was frustrating to experience) Elizabeth isn't in yet, and we ask what time will she be in and Sadie says she's sick today and will be in tomorrow. They will throw parts at the problem instead of diagnosing the issue. My washer has been out for over a month and they keep ordering parts instead of diagnosing the actual problem and fixing it. If your warranty company refers you here I would recommend requesting another company. read more

This company is terrible, the word terrible is a compliment, the owner Josh is a liar and a thief, he sent a so called Tech out to my house 4 times, the first diagnostic was via text, no one initially came out to my house. They ordered 3 part to guess what the problem was from the text I sent them which was motor is humming drum will not turn. Then came out with the 3 parts and the tech said these parts won't fix this issue. So they ordered more part twice and neither time did these part fix the issue. No trouble shooting and all no diagnostic at all. Just guessing, then after a month he said sorry sir we can't fix it you'll need to find and other provider and his statement was we don't have technical support to fix your system issue. But he is more about bragging that he has done this for 30 years. Total incompetence and the worst customer service. Stay away from this company........... unless you like wasting your money. This company came out mid October 2021 to repair our Samsung Refrigerator due to ice buildup that was happening about every 3 months, supposedly this and that needed to be replaced and $700 later it was apparently fixed but what do you know here it is mid March 2022 and it's happening all over again. Call them up to see if they can come take a look and was told we only warranty our work for 90 days. If the work a company does can't last longer than 5 months, they probably should not do the repair! read more

This company really does not deserve 1 star. I have a home warranty. My dryer was not getting hot. I called my warranty company and made a claim. They dispatched this company. Well I waited for 2 days to be contacted. No contact. So I contacted my warranty company and found that this was the company that was dispatched. I called them. They started asking all sorts questions. I was then told they would not be able to come out until at least 3 days. Well a week passed by. I received an email stating they ordered parts for my dryer. How in the hell can you order parts and no technician has come out to diagnose? Well I Googled another company and they came out within 3 hours, fixed the dryer, and I am back to business as usual. I will be letting my warranty company know about how unprofessional this company is. No communication with the company, no technician coming out to diagnose, and mainly contact with customers through email. read more

I have been waiting 2 weeks now for this service to come look at my tv. I purchased a Geek Squad extended warranty from Best Buy for a 65 in tv I purchased in 2019. I'm starting to get a black line through the middle vertically. When I set up the appointment, it was supposed to be the next week. They stated to me that the part might not be in by then. I said fine, keep me updated. I then called on the Monday before the appointment that was supposed to be on Wednesday 2 days later. The lady on the phone said she would look to see when the parts might come in and would call me back. Never heard back, so I called the next day. The lady had a smartass tone and didn't help one bit. Def wouldn't recommend this company. I am STILL waiting for an update. The deserve 0 stars. read more

Been trying to repair tv since 8/25/2021. It is now 10/2/2021. They are working for Walmart warranty. They are in no hurry. They could care less that we've been without a tv for 5 weeks. Always bring out wrong parts have to consult with Walmart then order more parts then show up hours late. Wrong parts now back ordered. Then parts arrived but can't come to attempt to repair for another week. Still waiting. Try to imagine no tv for over 5 weeks. Walmart's protection plan stinks and so does the repair come they contract with. Shame on all these people. Just the sign of the times so sad read more
