On top of that, there was a constant high pitched ringing or buzzing noise near the pool, possibly from the pool equipment. It was surprisingly loud and definitely took away from what was supposed to be a peaceful, relaxing environment. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. I asked one of the employees behind the bar where the towels were since it was my first time visiting. Instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, she scoffed and rolled her eyes as if I should have already known. It was such an unnecessary interaction and really changed the tone of our visit. After that, we decided to pack up and leave rather than stay and enjoy the rest of the amenities.
