Nothing like some hot Pho to warm you up on a cold winters day.... Seriously it gets the job done. The Pho broths are absolutely delicious and they come with noodles and veggies are always served on the side. I've tried chicken, brisket (my favorite) and meatball (least favorite) pho. We usually come around lunch time and have never had to wait to be seated. The service is prompt and the food is tasty. 3 stars because I wish they served a half portion. I am a grown woman and I have never been able to finish the whole serving of Pho no matter how hard I've tried. Pretty good Vietnamese food! There's only a few other Vietnamese restaurants in the area, but this one is definitely the most popular likely due to their location. When I'm craving Vietnamese food (which is often) I will opt to go here. They have a good variety of options on the menu, my personal go to is the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and bun bo hue (spicy lemongrass-y beef broth with rice noodle soup) yum! Service is pretty fast, its clean in here as well. Only annoying thing is is that they only accept cash.. ew get with the times read more

I no longer wanted it.. They argued with me. And tried to tell me I was crazy. They said the chicken was cooked in a spice that made it look like dark meat.. No way.. It was 100 percent dark meat . First of all, CASH ONLY!! They do have an ATM machine inside. Was craving bun Bo hue so settle here and it was good enough to curb my cravings. My husband got pho and it was a no for me, the spices in the broth was a little too overpowering. I was extremely disappointed in the banh mi. I got the pork roll with pate... there was little to no pate on it and the bread was stale and as you see in the photo.. bread ratio was way too much for what was inside. We came here after reading the good reviews. Service was quick and our server was patient with us. Parking is available at the front. We ordered bon bo hue which is shrimp paste based broth with all sorts of meats in it. It was spicy and savory. I wish the soup was hotter though. We also ordered double b bahn mi which came with pork and pate. This was a disappointment - it was mainly baguette with little meat which was too fatty for my taste. We customized our smoothie with coconut (powder), avacado and banana ( supposedly fresh) and added bobas. Didn't taste avacado and bobas were not well cooked. Our bill came out $21 which was very low so that was a plus. read more

My rating is only for the boba cause thats all I got but im telling you, I will be back!!! The minute I walked in, it smelled so good I was so tempted to buy food. From looking at other ratings and listening to recommendations from my friends, I can already tell the food is bomb from here. I'm happy the place is less than 5 min from my house. The boba was soooo good! Their bubble tea is more of a smoothie consistency rather than milk tea, but I think they also have milk tea options. I got the honeydew green tea boba and it was delicious!! 2 of my absolute fav flavors in one, I couldn't resist. My bf got the taro and it tasted like purple oreo!! So good!! Next time though, I will ask for double boba because the drink is rather large and the ratio between drink and boba is off. The boba itself was of quality. Cash only spot, didn't know this before hand and there are no signs anywhere but at least they have an ATM in the restaurant for you to use. The bubble tea was so good! Cups are a little thin and too flimsy if you're not careful, you can spill but they use Cafe Du Monde and the coffee drink was 100/10! We also had a Thai milk tea and that was also 100/10! The spring rolls are so yummy and the crab rangoons were massive! I wish the filling had been a bit thicker but they were served fresh and were soo soo yummy! Menu Ordered: Beef Pho + Taro Milk Tea Boba + Shrimp Spring Rolls - Added some chili sauce, bean sprouts, jalapeños and basil leaves. Go soft on the chili sauce if you do not like spice. It has a SERIOUS kick but so worth the taste. Results: Pros: Absolutely delicious. It's here to find a pho that actually makes you want to come back and eat. As my friend mentioned to me, "it's all about the broth. This beef broth can revive the dead! Service was good. All smiles... and that's that the server was wearing a mask. Our group was of five people and it was pretty tight. Large groups would be difficult to accommodate here. - Shrimp Spring Rolls could use a bit more taste. This place deserves 5 stars!! I found this place by accident and was blown away. I returned the following week with my co-workers and since then we've made it a weekly thing. We cant help it!! I literally dream about this place. I've have taken friends and they have taken their friends and family. The chicken pho AMAZING! The brisket pho AMAZING! The spring rolls, crab & shrimp ragoon AMAZING!! Smoothies AMAZING! Literally tried so many things here and I have nothing bad to say. It is cash only but they do have an ATM inside and since they own it they removed the ATM fee which is a total plus for me. OH and did I mention they do not play with their portions. The Pho at Viet Taste is phenomenal (phonomenal?)! The broth is always so rich and flavorful, and the bowls come with nice portions of meat. I recently tried mine with some brisket in addition to my sliced beef, and it was perfect! I've also tried the BBQ pork Banh Mi. The bread had a nice crust, but was soft inside. The meat was marinated and cooked perfectly. Fair warning, my sandwich had Mayo on it, which I'm not a huge fan of, but next time I would just order without. The bubble tea is also good, and they have a large variety of flavors. The prices are very reasonable with a bowl of Pho running about $10. The staff is very nice and helpful. I really prefer a star anise-forward phở broth, so this place has my favorite bowl of phở in the city. I love walking in the door and just getting slapped across the face with the aroma of an oncoming delicious meal. The rest of the menu hits me less, but that's personal preference. By far the worst Banh Mi sandwiches I've ever had. The bread was NOT fresh and borderline stale. There was a minuscule amount of beef, maybe around a tablespoon. I'm giving 2 stars cause the chicken inside the second sandwich was decent. Maybe I'll try the Pho one day. We'll see. read more

Love the location being so convenient right next to the HIP. There's parking on either side of the restaurant with an entrance in the front or back. Seating is limited with only 6 tables, but worth the wait. They also do take out! Business is cash only. As for the food, my favorite is pho with eye round, brisket, and meatballs. On my last stop in I tried a bún vermicelli noodle salad with pork for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The homemade sweet and sour sauce really adds a lot of flavor to the bowl. I'm not a big fan of smoothies but they have a pretty long list of smoothies and bubble teas made fresh. read more
