I went to their Santa Clara location and their mechanic was out for the day because of an emergency, so I said no problem and went back the next day. I received good, honestly priced and quick service that time, so I didn't hold it against them and went back a second time a couple months later to get my car smogged. Firstly, their Santa Clara location doesn't do STAR smogs, so my bad - although it's in the name. They told me to go up to the Sunnyvale location so I did, where I was told the tech left for lunch or something and would be back in an hour. Since I was already there and it wasn't too far from a dry place to sit as it was raining that day, I left the car with them and went somewhere else to wait. About 30 minutes later I get a call saying the tech was not coming back for the day and to come get my car. O...Kay. Not cool. Sorry, but I won't be back.

While their price is not the cheapest, if you need to pay out of pocket, the workmanship is fabulous. They only use manufacturer suggested parts and fix the car to how it should be orginally. They also take care of customers if customers need to pick up a rental by driving you directly to the car rental place, instead of you waiting for a pick up.
