I understand my questions may have been basic -- that's exactly why I was asking. As a newcomer, I was hoping for guidance, not to feel embarrassed for not already knowing everything. I've visited other Games Workshop / Warhammer locations where staff were incredibly kind, encouraging, and made me feel excited to join the hobby. This experience was the opposite. Parking can be really challenging during the weekends. Sometimes it is really hard to find a parking spot. It is better to park close to Burger King since that area usually is not that crowded.

This one is on the second floor of a two-story commercial building. Not sure if there's parking in the back, so I just park out front off of Glenoaks. Stairs are on the side of the building. Inside is nice, tidy and neatly organized. Not too much singles for sale, especially for baseball, and most of it is Pokemon cards. But they have a nice selection of boxed sports cards for reasonable prices. Bought a 2023 Topps Baseball Chrome Logofractor box and pulled an absolute monster of a card (see pic).
